I have logged an indoor ride, a run and an indoor manual input swim in the last 24 hours and none are showing on my progress for this week. I see this is being reported by many others too.

My activities are uploaded correctly to Strava, but when I look at the progress graph, it doesn't update. Today I cycled 56km and the graph shows 0km, as if I hadn't recorded any activity, even though it has been uploaded correctly to my general activities dashboard.)

There's no way to remove Kudos once you give them.

Hi all im in need of some help! I logged out of my account which was associated with an old email that isnt active anymore, meaning i cant change passwords as every time i click "forgot password" the email is sent to this inactive email! Is there any way to regain my account or potentially change the email without actually being logged in? Any help would be great! I dont want to lose all my runs!Same to log in to the communcity, I had to connect with the same inactive email..

How can mountain bike park administrators manage open and closed bike trails to appear or not at Strava?Do to maintanance and soil conservation at San Nicolas Totolapan, a mountain park in Mexico City Mountains some of the trail that face severe erosion will be closed while opening new options, is there a way to ask Strava to no longer have this trails online while redirecting routes and do soil conservation.Also we are having probles  with real trial names and users nicknames?  Who should we contact?

Hey y’all!So I went down a little rabbit hole to figure out how to submit feedback on the app, and took a minute to register for the Strava Community Hub. That said, my usual username I use everywhere, “marahaga”, persistently received an error message along the lines of it containing restricted text. The same went for my full name. So I went ahead for the dumbest thing I can think of in 2 seconds to prove the point that;1 - the username restriction parameters probably needs a bit of love.2 - The community hub should really allow you to use your Strava profile to register or simply be connected to your Strava account. Anywho on to the dumb little thing I was trying to log in to report! 😂I had noticed before, but today it really caught my attention that activities logged in Finland display as [City], [Province], so e.g. Helsinki, Uusimaa. Hi Strava. I can't cancel my subscription on strava because when I click on "Cancel Subscription" on the app it takes me to the google play store subscriptions and where i do not see ANY STRAVA SUBSCRIPTION. So I think that there is no ongoing Strava subscription. But then just yesterday there went a payment of R600 down which I couldn't even cancel. So this is what I am insisting or I cancel the subscription and get ALL MY MONEY BACK or we can take this further. So in short YOU GUYS do not allow me to cancel my membership which I had for a free trial and now I have paid a lot of money for the membership I do not even want, because of YOUR APP THANK YOU

I emailed Strava Support two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from them, even after sending a follow-up message this week.  Is there any other way to talk with a human?  The AI bot is completely useless.

I understand the rule is you only get a pr when you use GPS…. But WHY! It’s negative degrees outside, it’s snowing, is dark before I leave for work and dark before I come home from work. Chances are I am going to run on the treadmill. since October I went from a 44min 5K to 31min…. Curious to know if there’s something I’m missing with imported data and how it reflects with Best Efforts.With -25°c weather, I’m running indoors on a treadmill. I’m using the Apple Workout for tracking the run and then using RunGap to import into Strava.I completed a 10k yesterday that would qualify as a Top 10 10k for run time, but it hasn’t populated into my Best Efforts. Is this a limit of the data being imported, or a limit of the run being indoors even? Thanks!

The "My gear" feature is very useful. Could you add the option to mark the type of ride for a given component?Often the same bike is used, for example, as a road and gravel bike, but with different wheels, and the mileage is counted for all components. If bike components had the ability to mark from which types of activities (regular ride, virtual ride, gravel ride, etc.) the mileage should be counted, it would allow for better tracking of equipment wear.It would also be good to remove the limit on components, for example, wheels. It would also be useful to have the option to bring components out of retirement, for example, when rotating chains, etc.

I would like to have the heatmap baselayers from all sports when creating a route for example, mountainbiking. There are more potential tracks for mountainbiking available in other sports as well

On the Watch App, at least on Apple, Speed has the largest font size, followed by time. Distance and Heart Rate are nearly readable.I have hard time imagining anyone needing real time speed while doing XC skiing. Would it be possible to either have this field customizable, or skip the speed, and let Heart Rate and Distance have the largest fonts?

Hi,It seems other folks have asked for more filters years ago. It would be cool if we can search activities by location. Since these requests were not taken care of for years, I would make a simpler suggestion. On the phone APP we can search activities with filters like type, distance, time, dates etc., and every activity showed up came with a track thumbnail. Is it possible to sync these features to the desktop brower app?Thanks.

So I use 2 devices for cycling. My Garmin Enduro 2 watch (backup) & my Wahoo bike computer (priority).When I look at my "activities" I see both are reported.A) are both workouts calculated in my "year end review numbers" - so inflating all my distance, elevation, total time numbers? Or does the system some how account for duplicates automatically & only tally one (or average both & tally)?B) some duplicate activities show as "a Group Activity" and yet some are not. Why & how does this affect A?C) if these duplicate activities are inflating my year end numbers, how do I fix it? Do I have to manually delete hundreds of Garmin cycling duplicates activities?

The year in sport summary is great but received 6 days ago, there are still opportunities for me to add to the data so it is currently not a true reflection of 2024. Why cannot it be done in January to ensure all data is captured?

Reposting this because the first time it got an invalid response.The website lets us filter saved routes by distances up to 50 miles. I rarely ride less than 50 miles. I have many routes of 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100+ miles. The mileage filter needs to not stop at 50. I’d say go up to 150.The point is to filter routes of any distance. For example 40-60, 60-70, 70-90, 90-100, 100-120, etc. If I set the slider to “any” it shows me all of the dozens of routes I have over 50. Please just make he slider go up to 150 or so.The cell phone app has no saved route filter at all. Add a distance filter for saved routes on the phone app. And of course make it go up to at least 150 miles in increments of 10 miles.

Hello. I used to be able to look at my last walks on my map while I was currently walking. I'm trying to find a loop in the woods. I started at one and one day and backtracked out. The next day I started from the opposite side so I could see where I left off yesterday to try to complete the loop, but it's no longer showing on my screen. I used to be able to see all my walks, with my current walk being tracked. Did I somehow remove that feature?
