Galaxy 5 watch has stopped finding the GPS fix for all activities

Hi

I have been using the GPS to track runs / walks / sailing / skiing / rides with no problem until this weekend.  Strava is getting stuck on "Getting GPS Fix" in a circle of doom.  Ive been on the forums and checked the Location services and the battery optimiser and the running in the background option.  No joy so far.  I've tested the GPS on the watch using Maps and it seems ok.

Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same probleme with my new galaxy watch 5 pro. 
I tried a reinstall of the app and it didn't work...

Did you get a feed back from the support team ?

Nope - still not resolved unfortunately.  It has been escalated apparently.

I had also uninstalled and reinstalled already but I have done it again just in case.  It hasn't worked.  What else could I try?
