I wondered if anyone had any idea how long it takes to have an issue resolved. I raised an issue nearly a week ago as I paid for a subscription and it hasn’t applied to my account. I’m now nearly a week in with a wasted subscription and no resolution. It was kind of made worse by the fact I had initially clicked on the free trial and got charged.
Not really sure what to do really as I’ve already lost a week out the month subscription waiting for a reply. Any pointers?
