Bike Path Safety and Quality Grading

Hi there, I run a non-profit called Streets Are For Everyone in Los Angeles. We are currently mid a project to grade every Class I and IV bike path in Los Angeles on several metrics. It would be a great feature to have an op-in feature where cyclists who use Class I or IV paths can grade the safety and quality of these paths. This would be similar to what the All Trails app does for hiking trails.  This would be helpful for others to see as well as ride clubs and advocacy groups like mine to use. 

We have a grading matrix we've created for our project and would be more than willing to share it with the development team.
