Would be great to have an option for yearly goals to account for months of very low activity like winter in northern hemisphere instead of projecting equal activity every month Current goals screen showing simple linear expectation of equal monthly progressCurrent goals screen showing simple linear expectation of equal monthly progress

How would Strava know how long your individual off season is, when it is and how low you're activities go down? I see the current implementation as simple to understand and sufficient.

Would require user input, saying for example, plan zero progress for Nov–Feb

Thanks for submitting your idea. It would be challenging to determine each individual's off-season dates and from your suggestion, it's not entirely clear what this would look like implemented in the goal progress projection. A little more clarity here would be valuable. A lot of people still resort to indoor training or other types of training during the off-seasons, so zero progress might not be an ideal entry. I don't think this is easy to customize. However, we will open this to voting to gauge interest.
