Activity vs Route.

Currently, when I ride, I simply click the "record" button and then save that activity. It shows nicely in my Activity Feed, and tracks in my statistics.

Now I have entered a Route into Strava and will use the app for navigation. Will that automatically create an Activity? or do I need to also click the "record" button?

Hey @rjk,

Once you have select a route that you would like to use, you will have to press "Record" to start the performance of the activity.
