Hi I placed an order for a swytch kit and now find they dont deliver to the isle of wight. I wondered if anyone else has had this problem please? I am quite cross as they dont tell you this before you make a payment.Many thanks Sue

If you like community events and live in the United States, there’s a good chance that you have participated in a Turkey Trot. As the name suggests, the Turkey Trot is derived from one of the most common foods served at Thanksgiving dinner, the turkey. Turkey Trots bring communities together and are fun for the whole family.  It all began in Buffalo, New York back in 1896 when the local YMCA (Young Men's Christian Association) hosted an 8K race. Six people signed up and just four of them crossed the finish line. This year, the YMCA Turkey Trot will mark its 128th consecutive start making it the longest consecutively run race in the world. This turkey trot has become one of the most popular races on Thanksgiving; there is so much interest that it is now capped at 14,000 participants. Been bicycling with Strava for the Summer outdoor season, now I'm focusing on indoor winter training with a KickR, Zwift and Strava,   And liking many of the features on Strava.

I'm missing my favourite features .. what happened Strava? Over 10 years full featured paying member and all of a sudden I can't compare my results with other cyclists in my age category. Why did I not get a notification of this change. At least I could have decided to upgrade my subscription. 

Hi there everyone. I can't believe I've been using Strava since 2011 and I never joined the Community till now!I live in Minnesota and participate in a number of endurance sports. For cycling categories, I do fat tire (studded tires for fear free winter riding!), road (time trials, structured workouts, fun rides), gravel, and dabble in cyclocross. Trail running, road running, and I started racewalking in August 2023. First racewalking meet on December 10! I also do strength training and love Kelly Starrett's mobility activities. I loathe doing endurance work indoors, so I cycle, run, and racewalk outside no matter the weather. It can be a challenge when it's -10 degrees F or lower, but with the right gear (including an Airtrim mask), I get it done. 🥳🥶☃

I plan to do a thru-hike similar to the Pacific Crest Trail where there could be a few days without cell service.I know the Strava app can allow you to save un-synced training sessions. I just tested and was able to save 10. My tests were short, just a few minutes long. I wonder if I can save several long days hiking un-synced. For example Is there a data limit? 

I use Strava on a Samsung S22.  Recently it has stopped recording moving time correctly.  Take today.  Did a 3.74 ml hike.  Elapsed time 1:52:22, moving time 0:44:20!  This gives an average moving pace of 11:58/mile, which is just not right.  Max speed was 23.4 mph!!  Have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again without success.  Any suggestions?

Hi Everyone, I want to set a goal to do 2500 miles by running, biking, walking, swimming, crawling, etc before my 47 birthday. Is there a section in Strava where I can set that as a customized goal? I want to be able to track my progress on Strava and brag about it.

Hello community, just wondering that wouldn't be more challenging if monthly challenges would be like beating your PB's like fastest mile, 10K or half marathon,etc... 

Ref this. I find that voice over volume and the way lady communicate needs to be improved.  I find of Nike very good. instead of every .5 kms it should be made available in. 25 kms wise also as it will help monitor pace.

Hello, community; I started running three years ago so far, I have three marathons under my belt. The complicated part of my runs is my type 1 diabetes and ensuring I do not drop too low or jump too high. What I would love to get is a CSV file of my runs detailing the time of day for each mile. I am able to export my glucose numbers for every 15-minute interval during the day. If I could compare those numbers with my strava activity data, I would know exactly which mile my numbers began to fall or rise. 

Hello,For the past 2 rides, I noticed that Strava data is not update on my PR times. A certain segment keeps showing my old PR even though I have beaten that PR twice in 2 days. I have tried refreshing segment data with no success. As you can see in screenshot, my new PR from today shows 1:11 but if you look at the “your PR” it shows my old PR of 1:35 It did this yesterday when I set a new PR of 1:20. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi all 👋 Killerton here, we're a National Trust property in Devon, UK. We're lucky to have thousands of hectares of green space, teeming with public footpaths, roads, and bridleways. We can see from Strava heatmaps that our space is being enjoyed by runners, walkers, and cyclers and we would love to hear about their relationship with nature and how we can improve our trails to support this. Has anyone used this platform to grow a community in this way? Any tips would be brilliant. Thanks!

First up meet Gonzo:     He lives in Boulder, Colorado, and his favorite hobbies include backpacking, trail running, backcountry skiing, frisbee, and sniffing EVERYTHING.   Gonzo's favorite Strava features are route planning to find fun exciting new hikes and runs, matched activities for knowing how much off-trail smelling he did compared to his last outing, and gear tracking to make sure he replaces his dog booties when they're worn out. Happy Tuesday! Let's start off with some did you know?...You may have heard that a group of wolves is a pack and a bunch of cattle is a herd; but did you know that  a 'group' of cats is a clowder? Yes, that's the correct word for a group of cats and we have quite the clowder of cats here at Strava! Let's start with Jiji (he/him):  Jiji is a 10 year old feline living in San Francisco, CA with one of our Engineers, Daniel. His favorite thing in the world is feeling warmth, whether that be from laying down in a sunbeam or being huddled up next to the radiator. If neither of those are available he loves to cuddle up on a lap or two. Being the runt of his litter, Jiji is on the smaller side and some medical issues have made it very difficult for him to put on weight, but he still loves to eat and will meow and meow until he gets his snacks. On Sunday, November 5th over 50,000 runners from over 150 countries, 12,000 volunteers and over 2.5 million spectators will come together in New York City for the 52nd running of the NYC Marathon. Started in 1970 with 127 runners (55 finished), the course consisted of over 4 laps around Manhattan’s Central Park. The race course was updated to cover all 5 boroughs of NYC in 1976. The race begins in my hometown of Staten Island but runners won’t be there for long; within minutes of the start they’ll head over the first of five bridges, the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge, that will take them into Brooklyn to cover miles 3-12. Hitting the halfway mark in Queens participants will cover miles 13-15 before heading into Manhattan for miles 16-18. To finish the race, runners will take a quick trip into The Bronx for miles 19-20 and then back into Manhattan where they will cross the finish line in Central Park. Good afternnon and greetings from Scotland.Im looking for on advice on Segment creation please .Im doing a local project of walking all the local Rights of way in my home town .im using strava to record the walks and would like to create a segment for each Right of way in all sports /Disciplines so in the fiture i can view who and how many times the Right of way has been used .can anyone tell me if this is possible to create a multi sport segment or do i have to create a segment for each individual sport catagorie eg walk,cycle,ebike,run,horse riders etc thanks for reading my post and i look forward to hearing your adviceTam Miller
