J'ai participé au challenge huawei, pour avoir la possibilité de gagné la montre huawei fit 3 et gagner 20%  de réduction, mais le challenge ses fini le 18 juin, j'ai toujours rien reçu. I bought the annual subscription two months ago. The transaction is showing in my bank account, but my Strava account hasn’t been upgraded. I’ve tried all of the tips that I could find on here and elsewhere on the internet to no avail. I’ve also tried emailing support on three separate occasions and have not received a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey everyone, How can you delete a comment (or message) on Strava? 

Hi,I do running training 4-5 times a week with a friend. 2-3 of those are intervals. We do more or less the same kind of runs, or at least very comparable. We also consider ourselves to have approx the same fitness level. Except on Strava, we recently noticed. He has 71, while I have 18. It is also extremely stable around 17-19. Another friend of mine who does a couple of easy runs a week has 30.. Does this make sense? Or might there be some settings which are not set correctly? I have allow Strava to access heart rate data.Cheers

Strava will be the right choice. I dont want to remember to switch it on. I just want to know how far I have gone and where I have gone. I am not concerned about time. Advice?

Hello,I am having quite a challenge updating my email on my Strava account, and it keeps saying my account is suspended. I do not have access to the email that is listed on the account, and will be unable to access that email AT ALL on the 21st. I have put in two tickets to Strava support and haven't received a reply, and REALLY do not want to lost all my great data. Can someone help? 

Trying to keep this short!I have been training pretty hard the last several weeks and I have seen some pretty significant changes in my heart rate. Ultimately I am wondering if I should be adjusting my heart rate zones in Strava or Garmin Connect (I have a Fenix 7).The main issue I am seeing is that I will be doing pretty large efforts, however, according to Strava the relative effort is very minor. For example, last week I did a 30km run. Average pace of 5:30/km, my average heart rate was 145. So according to Strava, the "relative effort" was only 89, which basically meant I saw no "fitness increase" (I was wearing an HRM pro).I don't really think the solution is that I should be running harder to increase my heart rate? My legs definitely felt the workout, but according to my apps it was basically nothing.I know these apps are imperfect, but it's all I have and I'm training enough at this stage where I would really like to have thing

I'm trying to view my current pace during runs but can't find it on the display/in settings.Is there any way to view this during an activity? Or are there any recommended websites/apps?Thanks

I am 70 now and have lost most of right lung, 2 lobes to carcinoma removal in 2017. I have difficulty keeping a positive form score, generally -1. Big effort today and Form went to -9 on Mountain Mash. I usually ride fairly flat and at low power and HR. Level 49, Streak 24 not sure how to proceed now. Hate days off but Form only recovers 3 points per day for me?

Question: I just finished a workout with a friend and noticed our activities were not grouped together. How can I fix this? Remember to submit your answer in the comments by May 31st.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I thought I had somewhat of a grip on fitness and relative effort, but this observation shakes everything I thought I knew.I went on a virtual ride today. I recorded the whole session on my Apple Watch with the Fitness App (indoor cycling activity. The recording on Strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/11579328823I also started a couple of different activities on Zwift and saved the one in the middle where I rode 20 minutes with the C bot. The recording on Strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/11579328823I understand relative effort (and consequently fitness) is tied to heart rate. Since the full run includes the 20-minute segment, I do not understand how the relative effort can be so much higher for just that segment alone vs the full run.

Hi guys. So a few months ago, I bought a used 66i Garmin. I bought it really to get me through a night section of a 100 mile walking event. I used it a few times before hand to get used to it BUT in probably 4 out of the 10 times I have used the device, when downloaded to Strava, the mileage shows quite a bit less than the distance I have actually walked. The frustrating thing about my walk at weekend was that it was a one off for me and whilst the Garmin still shows I did 102 miles, when downloaded to Strava its only showing 60 miles (ie a long long way short). I am lead to beleive this is a know "glitch between Strava and Garmin so apologies if this has been bought up on here before. Why does this happen and can anything be done about the problem on my next walk ??

Anyone training for Murph this year on Memorial Day?The workout: 1 mile run100 pull-ups200 push-ups300 squats1 mile runwearing a 20lb weight vest!You don't have to do the reps straight through. One of the most common variations is 20 sets x (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats). I am training without the weight vest and fewer reps to build up strength. The training feels good. The full workout is tough. Hard to keep going, but you feel amazing after you finish.
