Does anyone know why my Strava keeps unfollowing athletes without me unfollowing them - very frustrating 

I often ride at bike parks where there might be 5 or 6 trails all starting at the same point and ending at the same point but they are distinct trails and yet Strava cannot determine which one I was on. On the map it shows the trails (i.e. Strava maps is aware that there are multiple trails in this location and even shows the names of the trails) and my GPS track lines up almost perfectly with the trail and yet Strava still thinks I did the trail beside it which does not line up with my GPS track at all, except for the start and end points. Why does Strava only look at the start and end points of a trail instead of matching the mid points as well?The trail network that I am talking about is called Sticky Forest in Wanaka, New Zealand. There are lots of trails that all start in similar locations and then all end in the same spot. The trails are all on Strava maps and when I ride them, my tracks line up with the trails on the maps, plus or minus a metre or two here and there, b

Strava should consider adding annual/official races per country so it's easier for runners visiting those countries to participate. Most Athletics associations globally have a full year calendar of all official races and their entry details.

This week kicks off the biggest event on the women's cycling calendar; the third edition of the Tour De France Femmes avec Zwift. Beginning on Aug. 12 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, the racers will head through Belgium, and finish up in France on Aug. 18. I ran 18 miles yesterday and the Strava app didn't add anything to my fitness tracker or relative effort. It usually always adds four or five points after a long run. As far as I know, it is the first time this has ever happened. Has this happened to anyone else?

My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy phones, an S23 and an S24.  We noticed that the Strava app was very slow to load on both phones and didn't move into activities any faster than about 30 seconds, making it unusable at home.  This led me to switch of WiFi and all was working perfectly again with just Mobile Data (4G and/or 5G).  So the phones are good and the app is good but what's wrong with WiFi?I did some searching and saw that others have a similar problem with Strava and other apps and the recommendations are to disable IPV6 on your home router.  This can be done at home but doesn't fix issues we will have when connecting to other WiFi spots.Has anyone else seen this?  Is there a pending resolution? This issue is present on both the Strava Beta app and the mainstream app on these phones.

Is there a way I can just use my own segments? I just do the same ride each day and only want to see the segments I have created as private. Thanks

I'm a subscriber doing August Walk 30K Challenge.  I have walked 10K but Challenge says only 5k???

I purchased an annual subscription through Apple, but it's not showing up on my account. Additionally, I was charged immediately without the 30-day trial. I've sent a message to support with ticket #2989667 but haven't received a response. Could you help me? Please.Thank you, Morena

I recently adjusted my HR zones on Strava based on the fact that A: I'm getting older and my max HR is probably lower than when I signed up for an accountB: My PRs are slower, as I've suffered from injuriesC: My RPE at various HR.  For instance, I feel like I'm at LT1 (aka the top of zone 2) at about a HR of 130ish.  The auto settings had this HR set at 139 previously, so I lowered it to 130All of these things should mean that Strava recognizes that I'm in a higher training zone at a given HR.  However, after making the changes, my relative effort numbers have been very low, compared to where they were for similar runs or rides.  For example: Today's ride, power output of 109 watts for 1:20 ish.  RE of 17Similar ride from last week. 113 watts for 1

I completed the elevation Red Bull Vert - I -Go Challenge with with 72,037 feet but when I scroll down to see my actual result it is only logging me with 67,453 feet and it seems it did not count my activity. Why would this have happened. I did not change any preferences on the app and my activity recorded like all others did. It is disappointing to have over 3,500 feet of elevation gain not counted towards my actual placing even though it says I logged that amount on the top of the page.

Hi, I just bought a new Apple Watch and when selecting the watch face was able to add a variety of “complications“ (micro buttons on the watch face to access other apps). Setting up I was able to choose Strava as a complication (micro button), but it required me to log into my Strava account on my phone (I got a new phone at the weekend too  so needed to login to my Strava account for the first time on that phone). I did this but still couldn’t access Strava through the micro button. I restarted the phone and watch and now the option to even select Strava has disappeared from the complications menu. Can anyone help please?

Hi,I deleted an activity in error. I submitted a request to have the activity restored. I received a confirmation PopUp that the email was sent. However, I was not assigned a ticket number and I cannot see a pending request. I resubmitted several times with the same result. Is anyone aware of a contact number for STRAVA?

I tried to change my strava email account from apple id to gmail. But unfortunately, my account got temporarily suspended. What should I do to recover my account and continue the process of changing the email? Thank you.

I am locked out of my account with all of my activities on and when I try to change password it keeps taking me to open a new account.I have deleted the new accounts I have opened but I know my old account is still active as my friends can see my activities on there.I am unsure if it's because I tried to change email address but I've tried password reset on both of my email address and it will not let me back in.I emailed Strava support but I am not getting a reply.Please can someone help me getting my account back 😫

How can I create group challenge for 1000 athletes 

Hello, I've created a distance-based group challenge at work; however, I cannot add more than 25 participants.  If I subscribe to Strava, will that limit change?

I only have two entries on my strava one years ago and one earlier this year. Everything else has vanished including my marathons. Has this happened to anyone or has anything happened in recent times where stuff gets scrubbed. The first entry was from 2015 btw. Thanks in advance.Be gutted if they are gone

 I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the latest update that introduced the ‘Map only’ feature. A few months ago, I raised a concern about the usability of the maps being significantly reduced due to the overlaying of suggested routes that couldn’t be toggled off. This cluttered the map view and made the tool very cumbersome to use.I’m thrilled to see that this new update has completely solved that issue! The ability to have a clean, uncluttered map view has greatly improved usability. It’s clear that the team listened to the feedback from the community, and I really appreciate the effort put into making this change.It’s not often that we get to say thank you for a fix, so I wanted to make sure to share my appreciation.
