Since many are now moving away from Xitter, can Strava be updated to share to BlueSky Social? When I tried to share my ride from within Strava, it just kept circling me back to the share screen and not opening BlueSky app. ThanksMichael

I was accidentally charged twice for an annual subscription for the same Apple ID, on getting a refund for one of them, still with one active, I no longer have the subscription benefits in the app. How can this be resolved?

Hello, may I please receive an update regarding my request for a refund? I really had no plan to continue the subscription after the free trial ended since I only subscribed in the first place to try the app while jogging. I think I just used it once but I have no recorded activity whatsoever. I forgot to cancel the subscription before the free trial ended. The money used was supposed to be my allowance for school, so I apologize if I am about to cause an inconvenience on your end; I hope you can oblige my request for a refund. Thank you.

Hello,I noticed that for my Samsung A51 android Strava version 358.12 does not record pace correctly. I already reinstalled the app but there were no changes. What should I do?

I:m having some pronlems last weeks with my activities.For example I had a bike vacaiton last week where I rode 4 days in row, and 2 of those show 'the total elapsed time and 2 show the moving time.I would like to change this so it always shows moving time, as total elapsed time is irrelevant  bike rides imo.Is there already an option wich I cannot find? Thanks you in advance and kind regards

My friends and I are running this issue a lot. The photos taken on my Andriod phone(Samsung S24) is perfectly fine for me to upload to Strava from Samsung phone, but when shared with them, they can’t upload it to Strava. 

Please make changing privacy of posts more efficient. Consider using a swipe or long press instead of: click to edit + select [everyone] + click to save. 

It would be great to be able to add a carry load to a walk, run or hike. The outputs would be different carrying 10kg for example. Don’t think I see this feature at the moment?

Hi - is anyone else finding that their Strava feed hasn't updated for several hours? My runs normally sync from my Suunto app immediately,  but not today, so I had to manually upload the gpx. But I also noticed that there has been no new activity on my feed all evening. 

Wouldn’t it be awesome to have Strava detecting if the activity is a commute one? Bike rides that are repetitive and on same roads are not adding anything interesting the the experience. It would be great to have them labeled by detection, and to hide these commute activities from the social feed

I don't have anything hidden in my settings but it says only I can view power on my best efforts. Then I looked around and you can't see anyones power for best efforts?

Lately, my rides don’t show on dashboard, either in app or web version. I can see it if I select “my activities”, and my friends see it in their dashboards - I get lots of kudos. 

How is Hyperlink removal creates "Safety for all user experiences" ??Sound nothing more then a CHAT GPT generated statement.. When all  other social networks welcome people’s interaction and communication Strava stripped EVERYHTING! Youtube, Spotify, Relive, Trailforks, invitations to they own Strava Clubs etc, etc..Whoever made that descision - You antagonized HUNDREDS of paying users who wont be continuing their subscription!

I  haven’t been able to find any real info that isn’t from the company to describe the user experience. Has anyone used this power meter? is it work just hunting on FB market place for a stress based power meter?

It seems Strava has switched the route builder to a new version.  I believe they have been testing this for awhile, as I've seen it here and there, but it seems over the last few days they've moved over to using it when you click the Create New Route button on the My Routes page.There's some major problems when it comes to creating and editing waypoints, specifically around how it handles when you have an existing route but want to add a waypoint in the middle.  In the old system you could move your mouse along the line, and then click and drag the line to move it.  It'd intelligently add a waypoint in between existing ones.  But in the new system this rarely works properly.  I've seen some real strange things just playing with it, including invisible points in the middle of nowhere -- if you move the mouse along the elevation chart at the bottom, it'll float between these without actually following the line.   It's incredibly frustrating.&n

Hi All,I have been a paying member to Strava for many years. Over this time I have used numerous Garmin devices to record and upload rides. So I can usually figure out issues with the help of forums and YouTube videos.The last few years I have been using “Live Segments” on a trail I've ridden for probably close to a decade. Initially I was having issues with the live segment ending prematurely so I created my own segment for a lap of the trail. This solved the issue but recently I noticed I was having the same issue once more, initially I put it down to bad GPS data on that ride as the tracking wasn't great. I few rides later it still hadn't improved.It was only by chance that I noticed my starred segment had been renamed with "CONSOLIDATED SEGMENT" at the start. I could no longer find it in the segment list even under hidden segments. A different segment had been starred and synced to my Garmin device which looked almost the same but fails to track w

So my friend cannot currently take her phone on a run so she asked me to tag her when we run together.  When uploaded her run starts are always slightly different, it’s not much but I just don’t understand why?And it is slightly annoying that Strava records her as running slightly further and slightly faster when she’s tagged on my run!Any thoughts?

Hi,I need a refund please. I'm from Brazil, and there is none Strava support here. They dont respond my tickets, emails. On app, web, nothing.They made a mistake, I made an 30 free days trial. Let me start by saying thank you for Strava Maps and all features which comes with it. I want to list down a few issues I always face with this feature:1. When I try to access "my saved routes" on my phone, it is a multi-step process i.e. go to my profile (you)  -> Then on my icon (on top right) -> Click on "Routes" -> Click on the route I saved. When I am on a new trail (very often there's weak cell phone connection) and to load these four different pages is extremely frustrating. -- Surely there can be an easier way to access this feature.2. Please please save the preference in Map Settings i.e. whether or not I want to see gloabal heatmap / My Heatmap / Point of Interest.3. When Map is accessed via phone app, it shows random routes suggestion by default, again please save preference, so I don't have to do this multi-step process or opening a map then selecting maps only - every time.  - All the above 3 points are especially frustrating
