I’d like change my email id and forgot my password i need access so i can login to my browser and connect new device’s etc. i am logged into my phone and the previous email id is old and needs to be changedi have filled support tickets but I didn’t get a response please help

Hi guys. So a few months ago, I bought a used 66i Garmin. I bought it really to get me through a night section of a 100 mile walking event. I used it a few times before hand to get used to it BUT in probably 4 out of the 10 times I have used the device, when downloaded to Strava, the mileage shows quite a bit less than the distance I have actually walked. The frustrating thing about my walk at weekend was that it was a one off for me and whilst the Garmin still shows I did 102 miles, when downloaded to Strava its only showing 60 miles (ie a long long way short). I am lead to beleive this is a know "glitch between Strava and Garmin so apologies if this has been bought up on here before. Why does this happen and can anything be done about the problem on my next walk ??

Is there anyone who likes riding ebikes like me, and has used ebikes for mountain biking to exercise and lose fat? I would like to ask which ebike brands and models are better for mountain biking?

Anyone training for Murph this year on Memorial Day?The workout: 1 mile run100 pull-ups200 push-ups300 squats1 mile runwearing a 20lb weight vest!You don't have to do the reps straight through. One of the most common variations is 20 sets x (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats). I am training without the weight vest and fewer reps to build up strength. The training feels good. The full workout is tough. Hard to keep going, but you feel amazing after you finish. 

what is the best way to plan a route for "KOM-hunting" ? I tried within the Strava integrated routplaner. But there is no possibility to connect some segments in a usefull way together. 

Since last couple of weeks, the community hub keeps logging me out quite often / after short time of inactivity, saying that the session has expired. Before, the page would keep me logged in. Has anything changed in the website configuration? (I keep using the same browser - Chrome on iOS - there probably were some app updates in the meantime as well). 

Hey everyone, my name is Matt. I have been riding daily for just over six months now. Looking for riders who are keen for an after-work late evening ride. Some of my friends who I used to Hassel to come for rides with me, are now only holding me back, and I'm constantly having to stop or backtrack to them. I'm looking for people who ride around 25-35kmh, and distance of around 20-30kms. If anyone is looking for the same let me know. Thanks

Hi all,New to the community hub but been using Strava since 2019. Mostly for running up to the point I got COVID. I was out for almost 2 years with the after effects and I now mostly ride my Peloton bike which has quite literally saved my life. I will return to running when I’ve built my fitness and lost some weight. My fitness graph recently went through the roof as it was registering the same activity from up to 3 different inputs (Peloton bike, TacX, Garmin watch and Garmin HRM)!! This was sometimes logging 6 or more separate sessions which caused my graph to shoot up at a staggering rate. I’ve now managed to work out how to get the right inputs so my graph has settled down, but it drops by a point or two every day even though I usually do 60 mins of intense activity on the bike daily. I thought it would stabilise but it’s shows no sign of going back up. Is this a bug or something? What do I need to do to get it trending up again?

Hi!I got suggested to present myself so here we are!I'm a 22M and I've been using Strava since 2017 and premium subscriber since 2020. I did many sports in my life ranging from the most normal sports to the most extremes likes kitesurfing. But I started trail running in 2017 and it completely changed me! I learned comittment, mental toughness and patience. I explored everything related to running since, from the tracks to road. I even got into road cycling and mountain biking. I love strava and how it interprets data, the Strava metro project really got me even more interested because where I live, no one really cares about cyclists so I hope Metro would help our civil engineers to rethink the city around bicycles (quite a dead-end type of hope, but we chill). STrava metro really made me interested in the actual developments of Strava aswell as what they have planned for the future.So here we are !

What are the standard SLA for support tickets, I have submitted multiple tickets on behalf of my partner who is unable to access her account and my ticket has sat unresponded to for almost a week now.The first ticket I created (same issue) somehow managed to get resolved without any contact to myself or my partner - not quite sure how that works…is it possible for someone to further escalate my support request? Id: 2895554

I am a newbie with Strava and recorded a route that my friends have asked me about. Then I marked it as public and saved it.Now I can see it as a "My Route" but not when searching for routes in my Android phone.What am I missing? Any advice is appreciated.Also, when searching for routes on my Android device, I can only select one of "Mountain Bike Ride", "Gravel Ride" or "Ride". Is it possible to search for all three kinds in one search, like "OR-ing" the conditions together?

 50k I was going to top-up today to hit my weekly target. Total says zero.  Has Sunday been moved to the first day of the week? 

Is it possible to have live coaching in strava, maybe as we're going through different segments or when our heart rate is at a certain point? Would love to have this for interval training.Not as big of a fan of nike run club anymore so hoping this is something in the pipelines, curious what others think!

For example, using some interesting integrations or different ways to visualize your training data. Or maybe showing off those amazing achievements in some interesting ways?  We would love to understand when athletes are interested in sharing their data off Strava app. We would also love to see any examples of fun stuff you are doing with your data and how you represent your activities outside of Strava. I am not sure how many more emails or tweets I can send until I get one response from you guys? What is the point of paying for a service I cannot use?I tried logging into my strava account but it seems I was locked out and I'm not receiving the reset password email.I tried logging in again some time after the above mentioned attempt and for some reason it's created a fresh new account for some reason with the same email address.I needed to create a new dummy account just to post on this forum.Help, I'm a premium customer.Please contact me so I can provide my login email address. 

I have submitted two tickets to customer support regarding changing my Strava account to my new email, but I have not received a reply in three days. Could customer service attend to my request as soon as possible? The ticket numbers are #2907191 and #2904649.

Hi, I was wondering if someone would be able to advise.  According to my weekly summary I have so far ran 22.56km, but when I add up each activity i have done this week it comes to 22.54km. With this in mind I decided to check the last few weeks and they are the same, the total distance ran is 0.02 higher than the total I get when adding them up. Any idea why there is the discrepancy? Hi Team,Can someone help me with the issue which I'm facing currently while logging to my Primary account.I have created ticket for the same 2905355 but did not receive any response. Due to which I have to create another account so as to raise ticket but sadly this bit disappointing from Strava's end and annoying at times as my query is still in unresolved state.  Hello dear community,unfortunately, after my walks, no step count is displayed in the activity feed, only the altitude. Is there somewhere I can set this? I record my walks and other activities with a Garmin Forerunner 265.Thank you for your help!
