Hello,Recently I faced the below issue while recording my workout through strava.I did a treadmill run of 10.23km in 79 mins from 08:30am to 09:40am. I recorded this activity as Indoor Run on my watch through Strava app for Galaxy Watch Active 2. The app recorded the duration correctly but showed the distance as 10.8km so I edited the distance to 10.23km before saving the activity on watch app.Now when the activity was synced by watch strava app to strava account the duration was synced correctly but the distance is changed to 5.1km and start time shown is 02:45am. So my starva account shows wrong details but watch strava app is still showing correctly. Tried multiple resyncs but no use.I have recorded activities multiple times before but there was no such issue ever. This is the first time such issue has occurred. Please suggest a solution to this issue. Thanks.

Hi there, I have joined the 25k steps challenge for July. I have been doing plenty of walking but the app is not updating? Does anyone else know what might be going on? Thanks!Stevie   

My record from zepp os not synchronize to strava, how to fix that

Many MTB and Gravelbike activities are missing on my personal heatmap. Same issue as in april, but now it is on the desktop, on mobile (android) it works. This is really upsetting me, as i need the personal heatmap to plan new activities. What`s happening there Strava? 

  Suddenly I am getting these pop ups during walks that seem to have no relationship to what is actually happening.  Anyone have an idea as to why? Thank you!

Hi,6 days ago I requested my archive download from https://www.strava.com/athlete/delete_your_account but I still didn't get an email (even in spam folder). I contacted support couple days ago but no answer. Can I get any help with my issue please?Thanks

The 2024 Tour de France begins Saturday, June 29th in Italy, and I am excited!  I've been watching the TdF on television every July for a long time. Every year I'm thrilled all over again watching these world class cyclists climb huge mountains and sprint for stage wins. Every year it reignites my interest in cycling and motivates me to get out on my bike and ride.  I also love to reminisce about Tour de France stages from years past. Some of my favorite memories are of watching Robbie McEwen, an Australian sprinter who rode the Tour 12 times between 1999 and 2010. He had an amazing knack of hiding in the peloton unnoticed until the last couple of hundred meters before the stage finish. He would then emerge out of seemingly nowhere, pass everyone and win the stage.  We have some great Tour de France content this year - check it out:

Hi. Yesterday i've lost all my activity feed from home screen, both application and desktop version. Tried everything - restarting phone, reinstalling app, deleting cookies both phone and browser on PC. Visibility is of course set in Default Leaderboard View to "All". Any clues what might happen?

I just received a notice that my subscription is increasing from US$59 to 79. I live in Taiwan but bill through the US.  At the same time my friend I Taiwan was told hs is decreasing from 59 to 47...Why such wild nations in pricing?  How can they justify  jacking up the price 33% for an existing platform?   I will not renew with such a crazy increase,  

Hello,I am a happy Strava user.I only regret how the "auto pause recording" works.When I record a bike ride, I notice that during each stop (red light, railroad crossing, etc.), the application takes between 15 and 20 seconds before detecting the stop. On the other hand, when I restart, the recording resumes almost instantly.I have already made the comparison using 2 different applications simultaneously on 2 different smartphones.The end result is that the time recorded on Strava is several minutes higher, and therefore the average speed is around 0.5 km/h lower.It's a shame they don't stop recording more quickly when there's no more movement (like other apps do).On the other hand, when driving through undergrowth, the speed is often lower than reality due to poor GPS calculations. It seems that the program "catches up" when we leave this zone, which sometimes makes it say that I drove at more than 100 km/h!Thank you for your opin

I noticed looking at my PR's today that my 100K was third place with 23.5 km/hour. and the time was the total time inclusive coffee and cake. I think there is something wrong (bug) in Strava. Cause my real average was 28 km/hour.

I’ve been using the Strava app on my iPhone 15 for the past few weeks. I have an Apple Watch Series 3 also which I have downloaded the Strava app too. Today when I went for a run I recorded the run via the Strava app on both my phone and watch. My phone said the distance was 8.1km however my watch recorded it as 7.5km. Does anyone know why this has happened and which is likely to be more accurate? Read a few things online saying that Strava on apple watch 3 isn’t great so this may be why? Thank you in advance 🙂

Long time Strava user; new to this community board.I have had Strava linked to Chronometer and it has worked like a charm . . . until a couple of days ago. Chronometer suggested revoking access on this end then reconnecting and I now cannot find Chronometer in the connected apps list.Help?Thanks

I recently rode with a friend in the same group, his ride was 10k longer at the start & finish. We posted the rides and Strava linked them. I think he posted first, when the group stats are displayed my ride is not in my total for the week. I don't know if it's a one off or its happened before, I've never noticed.Anyone know why?

Hi,I went for a run this afternoon and after about 5 miles, my watch glitched and added extra distance resulting in my split time for the 6th mile being 1m 50s! - Would be nice if it were true! The knock-on effect is that when the run synced to Strava, it set lots of new PRs for 2 mile, 5km & 10km. I don't want to delete the run itself from Strava as it's a record that I went out today, but I would like to delete all of the unrealistic Personal Records that I'm never going to be able to beat in the future. Is this possible? And if so, how?Thanks in advance for your help.

Just finished my run, and noticed that Strava had added 0.30km onto my run so deleted the activity and uploaded the activity now it is showing the Apple Watch run as a 2nd best rather than a PB is there a way to change this? Also I finished my 10.25km run in 58m 43s but showing as my 10k PB as 59m 16s   

I wanted to know why Strava doesn’t have the 200, 300+ KM monthly running challenges each month they only assign 100KM for us to try run in each month (I don’t know if my question makes sense
