Desde ontem não estou conseguindo mais criar novos segmentos.Sempre da esse erro: Ocorreu algo de errado. Tente novamente.Gostaria de saber se existe um limite de criação de segmentos no strava?Eu já criei mais de dois mil segmentos

Hi Strava,Recently I’ve been trying to change my email address. I originally used my work email for work-related reasons, but now I’d like to use my personal email instead. However, I’m unable to do so. How can we resolve this?

 My account and even logged-out sessions are being redirected from /routes/new to /maps/create/segments. This prevents access to the free Route Builder. Please reset my Route Builder permissions or fix the redirect on my profile.

All routes on my mobile app, as soon as they are saved, are displayed very “low-poly”.I saw that there were already threads on this topic but they are marked as “resolved” wich is, at least in my case, not true.  I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, I also tried to edit it on mobile and save it as a new one, or trying to export and import as GPX –> nothing helped. Actually it also happens with routes I completely build in the strava mobile app. I’m experiencing this since a long time. Thank you for helping me <3That is a part of a route I created on the web route builder. And this is how its displayed on my IOS mobile app.

Hi there I run a couple of foreign tours each year for friends and whilst I use the Strava Club facility for posting daily routes I find it very restricting. Each tour I create more routes than we will actually need in order to give everyone something to ride. At the moment the only way I can find to share them (other than using WhatsApp or similar) is to create events. Because they disappear the day they should be ridden I tend to post them for the week we get back so they stay live is the there some sort of storage facility in a club page where I can bulk store routes - similar to that in my personal profile - in order that the team can view them - discuss the next days ride and then post easily post them as events for the next dayif this doesn’t already exist this would be a really handy function for me and give much more accurate feedback on who rode which routes 

zoomt man bei den heatmaps weit heraus so sind diese extrem lückenhaft. die Unterbrechungen der Aufzeichnung durch einen stopp, welche nur wenige Meter sind, werden beim herauszoomen der heatmap als extrem groß dargestellt und können die gesamte Route somit quasi ausblenden. Bitte nachbessern!

I ride a lot indoors with Zwift, and I'm happy these rides always show up on my Strava. But i also love to ride outdoors and would love to have these kilometres add up in my Zwift account as these generate XP points etc. but only Wahoo has this feature at the moment and now I'm running a lot of different apps and they all sync with some others and honestly it's a mess. I'd love to just use Zwift Companion app and Strava and no other apps. It can't be that difficult to integrate an option to sync outdoor Strava rides with Zwift (cause Wahoo does it...)

is there a way to reset all PRs? i am just getting back into a fitness routine post pregnancy. But also 5 years post some of my best PRs. I doubt i would be able to match my best PRs ever again now. would be a fabulous motivator. 

I am unable to get transparent map download. The background is showing black. I need transparent image for overlay. 

Some segments are extremely popular.  For example the Cipressa in Italy has over 30,000 people listed.  If I want to know what the median time is, it’s very difficult as there are over 1,200 pages of rankings.  It would be great if on the segment leader board you could quick see the times in the 10 percentiles (e.g. 90th percentile, 80th percentile, etc..)

[It’s not possible to reply to previous threads, so I’m starting a new one.]Hi Strava, Please consider re-instating the display of “hiking speed” as one of the main 6 metrics for hikes, or allowing users to add this in just as some metrics can be hidden. Serious hikers care about speed infinitely more than steps or the likely highly speculative estimate of calories. The removal of speed from this list gives the impression that Strava is no longer a product for serious hikers.  Please help in correcting that impression by allowing speed to be included.

Hi,  Everytime I try to post on Instagram I’m getting a black image. This hasn’t ever happened before, and would post normally just fine as it’s displayed with a white background. I’ve tried to clear cache, unistall apps and redownload, but still running into the same issue. I am using a Google Pixel 4 Watch and Google Pixel 10 phone.

Auto pause is not enough. Look at how the Stride app implemented this feature. When I forget to turn off a run, it logs activity indefinitely! That is terrible! Stride asks me when I pause driving if my drive is complete. That is a no brainer feature for Strava. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ended a run, but forgot to end in Strava. So, then I get erroneous activity that lasts for 24+ hours. That is a terribly overlooked feature.

Hola, equipo de Strava. Les escribo para dejar una queja y sugerencia sobre cómo se muestran las estadísticas en el perfil de usuario. Entiendo perfectamente que las actividades de "Bicicleta eléctrica" tengan sus propias clasificaciones y segmentos separados de las bicicletas tradicionales para mantener la justicia en los KOMs. Sin embargo, a nivel de perfil personal, es muy frustrante que los kilómetros y el desnivel no se acumulen en un total unificado. Como usuario que entrena en rodillo virtual, bicicleta tradicional y bicicleta eléctrica, me gustaría poder ver mi volumen de entrenamiento total acumulado en una sola gráfica principal, sin tener que entrar a filtrar manualmente por tipo de bicicleta. Debería existir una vista de "Ciclismo Global" en el perfil para nuestro propio control de la carga de entrenamiento. Un saludo.

Can i have a refund. It deduct automatically in my gcash account. I have so many bills now to pay but strava automatically deducted.

Strava keeps telling me I need to give it location access to record. I do this in the app and it makes no difference. I've given every permission I can from my phone. Other apps work fine. Any suggestions? Phone is an oppo neo find x3

First off: apologies if this belongs elsewhere. I found a Strava article about how to post ideas, but it seems out of date, because I can't find any of the pages/buttons mentioned. With that out of the way: I recently saw some segments where the record holder is listed as completing the segment at average pace X min/km. Then, looking at the details of their segment attempt, it was clear that their actual pace was way lower (Y min/km). Upon looking at their recorded track, it was clear they turned around after 70-80% of the segment. It seems Strava matched their partial segment to the complete one, and then calculated their average pace as “their time on this segment” / “actual segment distance". It was obvious that the pace “their time on this segment” / “distance of their recording on this segment” was very different. My suggestion is to use this latter as a filter for mismatched segments. Clearly the athlete didn't mean to cheat here, but
