so lets start with the fact im on a e-bike for medical reasons, i can not use a normal bike ANYWHERE close to how i use my e-bike, so this is my way to be active etc.it started with me adding my rides as a bike ride, once i saw there was a e-bike way, i did add this to not potentially take up leaderboard spots etc etc, as i do this for me, not to f-over someones fun.for me to have my own challenge, my own fitness improved and for my own fun! but why does e-bike rides not count for stats (or im too blind to find it) as normal bikes do? i would love to see my highest climb in a ride, if i did 20k faster this trip etc etc… instead it tells me only how much i have ridden this week?i love so much bout this app and biking, but if there is no way get this, i might just have the rides as normal bike rides so i can enjoy it to its max.note: its emtb in areas there is more of less no one else going, so im not gonna go and f-up someones leaderboards by

Unable to change email

Duplicated a route, modified it, want to save it, then get the error message “we were not able to save the route, try again later”. Meanwhile tried again like 10 times, cleared browser cache, logged out and in again, no luck.

Especially in mountain biking, segments change over time. Not always so much, that the Strava Segment Algorithm recognizes the change. So You cannot create a new segment. And the “old” segment results still stand, al thou they are irrelevant for this new altered segment.So My question is if it were possible to add a start date for the segments?Right now You have the options of viewing ‘all time’ or ‘this year’, which is nice, but only works if the segment changed around New year, and will only work for that particular year and not in all future.  Kind Regards

The Map cannot be dragged by the handle and made bigger in the Analysis View.When you go to the Analysis view the map becomes a tiny little strip that you can barely even see. It is next to useless when you have covered a large area as you can only see tiny bits of it.In the Analysis view I used to be able to zoom in and see where I had stopped for a while, maybe to have a rest or take some photos, but now you cant do this anymore, only with a tiny minuscule map view. This was always a feature in the past. So why has it been removed ? It is making Strava really difficult and not much fun to use anymore. I just dont understand why Strava would take away such a useful feature.      

Hi, would it be possible to add an option to rank personal achievements on segments by power and not by speed only? 

Hi,Is anyone else having problems saving routes on Strava.com?I currently cannot save routes at all, and it does not seem to matter whether I set them as public or only visible to myself. The save action keeps failing every time.I have tested different visibility settings, but the result is the same.Is this a known issue, or is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I have the same question as this topic. But this has never been solved it seems to me.  

This is an issue that is ongoing and has not been resolved! Routes are not saving or take many attempts over time to save. Someone from Strava shut down the previous thread and suggested going to this resource: “Looking for technical support or to request a feature? Here’s how.” But there is nothing there about this issue, which many users are having. Is something being done to resolve this? As a long-time paying subscriber, I would like this issue to be resolved. Thank you.

They could create rankings for each of the disciplines: Running, Trail Running, Cycling, like "Silver I, Silver II, Silver III", and so on, with Copper and Gold and other ranks they could add. An original example for Strava would be "Strava Superstar," which would be the highest rank, for example.

I’m a pro runner with Nike and have always had this problem with Strava. I would love to have my workouts all be a single activity. Warm up + workout + cooldown. But I use different shoes for the warm ups as the workout. I would love the ability to allocate mileage between shoes on one activity. Say if the total was 16 miles I could put 6 miles on my Pegasus and 10 miles on my alphaflys. Or even 3 or 4 pairs. If I ran 12 miles I could put 6 on the Pegasus, 2 on vaporflys, 2 on streakflys, and 2 on dragonfly’s. I realize it’s a niche problem but all pros and college runners and elites who are doing workouts would use this feature. 

I would love better controls iver the club feature. I’m in a team right now and I would love to be able to post just for a specific group. Say someone on the team wanted to be private but still share their activities with their team. It would be awesome to have a way to do that. Right now the only options for visibility are just me, everyone, and just followers. And when you have a ton of followers it’s basically just you or everyone.  paired with this feature it would be nice to add a coach feature. Where I can select my coach and they see everything regardless of privacy settings. Overall just more privacy/visibility settings would be great. I’m sure lots of users would love to be able to share to a select group. And I’m sure Strava would gain lots of users if they knew they could share just with their coach, or just with their team.

After years of problem free route building, I hav come up with the following problem this week.when I try and save a route I get the following error message “we were unable to save this route. Please try again later”. I only get this on the web based version which is always easier than trying to do it with a finger on the app based version.if the route is short it usually save but get over 30 miles and I get the same issue. Any others had the same problem?

Cannot create a running route on app or on browser. All other sports appear to work, ride / walk etc. Bit annoying as I need to create something for a run tomorrow and this is part of the paid service...

What happened to this segment? It’s been there for years. I got injured 7 months ago and I held the Local Legend for a long time. But now that I’ve started back walking and I did it 3x today. I figure it would show up on Strava my efforts. However, when I go to Map Explore and anywhere else the Segment is not there, but all the stats besides the Local Legend remain. My friend who has a paid subscription says he cannot see it either. Something is wrong. This is not hidden either. I tried to recreate it and I got a notice it already exists. What’s going on? Please help. 

Strava should consider adding the ability to comment on GIFs like Instagram.  This could be an easy and valuable addition to the app.  Let me know your thoughts.

Tried to save several new imported routes covering various geographical locations but despite uploading the route and letting me view the route it won’t let me save it. I get the message “unable to save route, please try again later” . Ive been getting the same error message for almost a week. Plotting a brand new route myself seems to work. Im using the Strava website for all of this.

I recently discovered I no longer have a QOM Segment of a 90km cycle recorded with the reason being auto excluded as deemed unlikely when this is not the case. I wanted to make Strava users, subscribers and potential future subscribers aware. With data recording capabilities of Strava there should be a resolution for users who have had their best efforts unfairly excluded reinstated. Strava have created a platform whereby these efforts and challenges can be created and competed to display with pride to have it removed unfairly is shameful especially in instances where users may have only had one opportunity and unable to repeat. Support has repeatedly given above reply where I would implore Strava to facilitate reinstatement or remove auto exclusion and allow easier user reporting facility within community to have actual inaccurate recordings remov

Finalizei a corrida de uma prova, fui salvar a atividade, aí apareceu simplesmente: Processando atividade... ficou horas assim... depois sumiu, não existe nenhum historio da minha corrida. Estou extremamente decepcionada. Era uma prova importante lara mim. Ia da RP. Preciso de ajuda... eu não exclui.. eu não descartei., tinha Internet, tinha armazenamento... foi erro do strava.  Strava pago ainda... quando era o gratis não tinha dado problema.. agora... já é o segundonprobelma que tengo.
