Buona sera a tutti, la mia domanda è questa, da circa 10 giorni se provo a segnalare un attività svolta chiaramente in e-bike ma caricata come se fosse svolta in bici muscolare, Strava mi dice che "Non si è in possesso dei permessi per contrassegnare questa attività". Qualcuno sà dirmi come mai,  TRANSLATION: Good evening everyone, my question is this, for about 10 days if I try to report an activity clearly carried out on an e-bike but loaded as if it were carried out on a muscle bike, Strava tells me that "You do not have the permits for mark this activity". Everyday I log my commute and track my progress under profile quick and easily. It’s been moved ? Where? I can’t find my progress for the year and stats …

Hi,  firstly apologies if this has been suggested or is fixable already within Strava. I'll be clear, I have not issue personally with heatmaps however, when I am following a saved route it is not helpful or useful having my global heatmap both the same colour and overlaid onto the map that I am trying to follow.  It would be more useful to have the saved route either as a separate colour or, preferably, turned off altogether.Trying to distinguish the route I am trying to follow from a heatmap that are both the same colour is confusing and quite frankly exasperating.

Unfortunately, due to some system error, I have stopped following or being followed. I would like to request a correction or check if this has occurred in other accounts. Thank you very much in advance.

So, my main sport is mountainbike enduro racing and some XC riding. The decisions to block segments with a -0,25% slope removes 98% of the segments i want to ride and it includes both XC & enduro trails. I would like the option to sync those segments on my own risk to my polar watch so i can use the Live segments function. The only thing a want out of it is to see the final time when i have finished my run.Those segments are dangerous with rocks and trees so when strava decides to remove those segments for me it does nothing for my safety, One of the most popular XC trail nearby is claimed as hazardous because it has 2-3 50meter slopes on a 6km mostly flat trail, and it is a mess to send a "false hazardous flag" all the time

I've finally gotten fed up with the Adidas Running app. It was terrific until Adidas bought it but it's gone steadily downhill. I have a Galaxy S22+ and a Galaxy Watch 5. The app constantly loses GPS connectivity and to top it off, most of the time it refuses to take the Samsung Health data to replace a bad workout. So, I've started a trial of Strava and can't seem to find out how to do the following which I can do with the Adidas app: Sync the heart rate monitor in the Galaxy Watch 5 which runs on Wear OS 3 (it didn't work with my Watch 4, either) to the app on the phone. Get audible feed back in time and distance. For instance, with the Adidas app, I can get feedback every two minutes and every half mile. I don't want to have to constantly look at my watch or to use the watch app to get that feed back. Looking forward to any advice anyone has.

It appears there have been some recent changes in routing that have started causing problems for me.Here's one example:https://www.strava.com/routes/3094852996270569588You can see that instead of simply going straight at the light and crossing the road, Strava's route turns right at Olympic, then makes an illegal U turn across two lanes of traffic. Totally bizarre.Can someone at Strava take a look? Thanks

in my opinion it makes no sense to assign the ranking for those who use an e-bike, e-mtb or other electric bikes (I have an e-mtb). The performance is not 100% of the athlete ...

I'm a subscriber who rides an ebike as well as a regular bike. 2 days ago my total mileage included both types of ride. Today, I see only the mileage for the regular bike, which is substantially less than my ebike total. Because I can't set a goal for my ebike rides (i.e. Strava doesn't let me), I use the total mileage to help me keep track of where I am with my personal goals. If Strava is going to make that widget to be only goal-oriented then they need to add another that is total mileage regardless of the bike type. So much for being an all-inclusive company!

Zou leuk zijn voor alle Framerunners dat is ze dit ook goed kunnen registreren via Strava.  Translation:  It would be nice for all Framerunners to be able to register this properly via Strava.  

Not really a question, but a Suggestion: We already have the option to favorite different followers of ours. Why just don’t make one more option regarding activity privacy that shows “favorites only”. With that meaning that just a handful of people, that you self has picked will be able to view your activities and posts.

In the past all pictures taken with instagram during a activity would go in that activity. This was a magnificent feature. Is ther still something like this or do we have to select by hand?

 Hello, I had the issue using multiple computers, Wahoo, Hammerhead. The elevation graph is correct, but the stated elevation is double. I don’t understand why they do not match.The graph show true elevation

Dear Strava team,I also have this thing that creating posts is temporarily disabled. Even though I understand that some groups/clubs don´t want to be ´spammed´ (even if I post something just one time) and have the post removed (what I can understand) I think it´s not a good thing to simply ban people. I pay a 100 bucks per year. I think that it should be fair to be able to post something in a club/group that you follow. At least, as long as it is about the topic that you are in (eg. you are a marathon runner who is organizing his own marathon around your town, you should be able to post your marathon on all marathon runner groups that you can find, sure if you post it every single day 5 times then those posts should be easily removable as well by the group admins). Being flagged as ´suspicious behavior´ or so is extremely childish. If I would be an admin I would simply comment on the post that ´we don´t accept such posts´ or something similar. If I save something as "Walk" it will be translated to "Spaziergang" in the German GUI. As "Spaziergang" is only a stroll or some other leisurely walk it's a bit demeaning to everybody who walks at a brisk pace to work or some other destinations. Please just use the direct translation "Gehen" instead, that includes everything from a stroll to a sportive walk!

Why does speed scale disappear from the map on kitesurf trips? Would be great to see the speed over different parts of the kite session on the map... Thanks

Dear colleaguesKindly ask you if you think about to include the following feature request in any of your upcoming software updates. I used to do only one athletic session everyday I run and usually when I do on track I use diferent pair of trainers, one for warm up, other for intervals and depends on the day even spikes.I like to know how many kilometres are in my different trainers but Strava has not the option to assign different kilometres per trainers in one activity,  I only have the option to choose only one pair. So, could be feasible somehow to include this functionality sometime?Thanks in advance

I am a top speed/racewalker , but also top runner for 50 years, speed walking  is on the same level as speed running, and the elements the same as what my Garmin is recording. But Strava only calls it commuting and limit the analysis of our training, please make it the same analysis as running!! It's not much to change, I just want to see how far my walking was as well as heartrate, cadence  Regards 

There are many hidden gems among segments that are nearly impossible to discover unless you happen so see them in someone's ride or run. That is how I discovered many of my most favorite segments. Some segments are more like virtual races or FKTs - they are long and may take an hour to a few hours to finish. You'd never see a segment like that in Segment Explorer for the following reasons:1) Segment explorer only shows 10 most popular segments for any given area.2) The selected area must include both the segment start and the segment finish3) Long segments would show up only when you zoom the map out. But zooming the map out also includes a lot of other segments, that are very likely to be more popular. In general shorter segments are more popular because more people are likely to match them.Basically that keeps longer segments nearly invisible. Furthermore the existing filter for running segments only allows to select flat segment

I use Strava to record my walks, using my phone.Ride Auto-Pause is enabledRun Auto-Pause is disabled (as it suggests to enable this only if one runs).When my walk pauses, Strava does not pause recording.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there a way around this?I might try enabling the "Run Auto-Pause" feature despite the suggestion.Thank you.
