Challenge not adding all walks

I'm a subscriber doing August Walk 30K Challenge.  I have walked 10K but Challenge says only 5k???

Thanks for your post. I took a look at the August Walk 30K Challenge and it shows that the Qualifying Activities for this challenge are: 

Hike, Snowshoe, Walk, Wheelchair

If your activities are designated as the above activity types and not counting towards the challenge, please submit a support ticket and our team will investigate.
