I see a speed marked down next to the top 10 times for a segment or KOM. Is that speed their max speed?...or an average speed? Some of the flat segments around me are a couple of minutes long, but the leader has a speed marked down as 53km/h. I barely manage that in my highest gear on a downhilll.Any thoughts?

What is the current approximate Strava support response time to review an open request? I have a Request #3039652 that I initiated more than 3 days ago.

I login with my APPLE ID at the first time, then I changed to a Android phone...I have to login with a email address, my current email address is a strange long address ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com, I want to change the email, but even with correct password, it always shows something like 'you account is temporary restricted, please try login later', how could I solve it.

I slept nine hours last night for the first time in recent memory, and likely since I started my climb from 40 miles a week to 100 miles a week around two months ago. I was trying to signin after being off Strava for a while and could not remember the password. I finally found it and changed the password but it still doesnt let me in. Its been over 24hours. I emailed support and cant get a response. Not sure what to do at this point. 

Hi, I have an old friend that i have a concern about. Her activity numbers on the desktop home page have remained unchanged for an extended time. Her setting is private. Does this necessarily mean she no longer using strava? thanks for any help? DeeM

hello, i notice in one segment that been using motorbike to get the KOMs, but the athletes block me and set as private account so i can't flag his activities and only his mutual can see it. Any idea how to flag those activities? He's been cheating for many times.

Today 11.09.2024 the amount corresponding to one year's subscription was withdrawn from my credit card.I would like to cancel the subscription that has been extended and have the amount paid back.what should i do for this?

I tried to change my email associated with my account, but after entering my password incorrectly a few times, I decided to just hit “forgot password”. After changing the password, I tried to log back in and now my account is temporarily suspended. I’ve waited 24 hours per instructions I’ve read on this forum and contacted support but nobody has replied to me. Is there any way to fix this? 

Hello:)) A few days ago I accidentally deleted a hike that was very important to me. Because there is no way to recovered deleted activities on strava yourself yet, I contacted the support team (ticket #3031177) but haven’t gotten a response yet. Does anybody know how long the process usually takes? Thank you!!

I ran a 5k in 23 mins 12 seconds with my Garmin watch recording. It uploaded to Strava and all seemed fine. Then, the App changed the time to 38 mins 39 seconds but the website version remained at 23 mins 12. Not sure why this has happened. Any ideas on how to fix this for future runs?

Hello everyone. I hope you can help me. I don’t race my bike outside but I rely on segments for interval training and my own performance monitoring. Basically, I take Strava segments very seriously. I give kudos to those athletes who legitimately take QOMs from me, especially if they are solo female riders like me. However, for more than two years, one particular female e-bike rider continues to use her e-MTB as a ‘normal bike’ on Strava. I have flagged her rides continually and even sent her polite emails explaining, with YouTube links, how to mark her rides as e-bike. She has not done this and she has unflagged all her rides. I have sent emails to Strava support but not received any response or any action. She continues to ride her e-bike and take QOMs from genuine riders like myself. I have a whole folder of her rides and of pictures of her on her e-MTB. Aside from being extremely annoying, I am at the end of my tether. Can I flag this ri

I can no longer upload photos after upgrading to iOS 17. The settings for photo library access are set to private with no other options to change to. Help please.

My phone storage was filled up, yes, all 256 GB (mostly music). I uploaded two Strava activities and neither of them uploaded GOS data. I read that I could delete some things in order to have the data uploaded, so I freed up 7 GB of space but my map data is still not showing up. Is the data gone or is it recoverable?
