The mobile route builder is very poor quality at the moment. Not being able to choose terrain is a no-go on many road bikes. If you're touring and have no easy access to the desktop version, it's basically useless. Last time it tried to guide me up a mountain through a steep dirt trail instead of following a slightly longer paved road. There is a lot of MTB around, don't get the heatmaps mixed up! Speaking of gradients: also on desktop, why not have a filter based on max grade and not only elevation? Sounds like a neat idea. Speaking of desktop version on mobile: constantly redirecting me to the LIMITED app is simply annoying. I am using my browser instead of the app on purpose! Just ask the user whether they want the desktop or mobile version when they enter the website, like most others do. I imagine that a large proportion of Strava users have multiple bikes for different types of rides(road, mountain, gravel, Peloton...).  Two key issues.  1) It is far too difficult to assign a particular bike to a ride.   It would of course be ideal to be able to pre-assign diff bikes by ride type(e.g. Trail ride = mountain bike / Peloton Ride = Peloton bike).  Short of that, making it easier to manually assign specific equipment to an activity would be a big improvement.  Presently takes multiple steps to get that done.  Why can't it just be done with a pull down within each activity. 2) eBikes need to be directly addressed.  It's becoming obvious in some of the leaderboard comparisons that ebike results are being ranked against non-ebike times.  I suggest that the difficulty in assigning equipment to an activity makes this problem much more likely.  Many people won't make the effort to manually fix each ride

In the spirit of making Strava even more "smart", it would be nice if we could automatically tagg certain activities based on historical ones. Eg. If I am commuting every morning / evening (Home > Work and Work > Home), the system should be able to automatically label the future ones as CommuteIf I am hiding some activities from my feed (eg. all Commute ones), the system should be able to hide them in the future as well 

Hello, can you please athletes select which top 4 clubs they want to show up on their profile page before clicking on clubs and displaying all of them. Seems to be random but would be awesome if it could pick which ones we want displayed 24/7 on our profile page. Thanks for your time and consideration 🤙 

Hello Strava fam; excited to explore this community hub more.I have an idea that I would love to see become a feature. We need more personalized physical tokens in our lives! If I earn a KOM, or become a Local Legend, or do a Century/Marathon…I would love the option to pay $2.99 for a small personalized sticker…or pay $19.99 for a T-Shirt to be shipped directly to me. **bleep**, if it’s a really big deal, do a trophy!Make it a 1-Click process right after I upload/complete the ride; have all of my credit card info and shipping info pre-filled. It should be a impulse purchase and then a delightful surprise when it shows up.What do you think?

I'd really like to explore this project, but it doesn't seem to work.There's an error that can be seen in the browser console.I've also found this reddit comment where others seem to have the same problem.It'd be awesome if this project would work again:)

Hello all,I'm new here and unsure if this is the right place to post my issue.  Perhaps it's been discussed before, if so : my apologies.Me and my friends are rather competitive and are the proud owners of several KOM's.  There is this guy who steals our KOM's on a regular basis, using a speed-pedelec on the commute.  We must have flagged him like 100 times the last couple of years.  We can't reach out to him via his profile because his settings are private.  Do we have to keep flagging him untill we die or is there another way to solve this issue once and for all ?Thx for your input.

It would be great if the app would tell me when  a segments is starting and ending on bike rides so I can push it or try to beat the fastest. 

I forgot to start my Garmin until halfway into my ride. Is there a way to correct the starting point on an in-and-out ride where the start and finish points are the same?

I was a free user for a couple years, and decided to upgrade when features were taken away from me, I am sure in an effort to convert users to pay, that makes good business sense.  After being Premium for two years, I would like to see my membership fees going to provide more and better services to members.  Instead it seems like the free users (like my GF) get more and more limits on the services provided.  I understand the push to get people to convert, but as a paying member, I would like to see that my money is going toward improve the service not just further limit free people. It is seriously getting me to consider another service. I am not a "power user" and I cannot tell you what would make it better, sorry.  One last thing: Local legend status for only three attempts seems pretty silly.  I am not sure of many legends that have only done something three times.  Maybe the limit should be something mor "legendary", like 10.   Please give

Hi folks, I have completed the Lucy Charles/ Red bull challenge and received the emails for each part of the challenge to confirm this.   But you are also meant to get an email with a code in to complete the online form to enter the competition aspect (winner gets a free race fee).   Any ideas how long this should take or how I can contact Strava to ask?   thanka   ian

When I first discovered Strava around 2013 I was hugely impressed, the idea of competing GPS segments was new and exciting. Had a paid subscription since. My list of of followed and followers grew over 200.  But more and more it started to itch:I do not need a 100 kudos for a daily training. Nor do I need to see the commutes, warm-ups, hikes to the grocery store from every one I follow. It is not the Strava I once liked so much anymore.So I trimmed down my list of followers/followed from 200 to around 40. Now they all appear in 'suggestions to follow'. And all of sudden I appear in theirs! This is not privacy, this is Facebook. Please Strava, be Strava again and stop Facebooking.

Hey there, Has anyone else noticed that in their profile page, all of your KOM's are gone? But when you go to an activity with a segment that you hold the KOM on, it still shows you as the KOM holder? Activities are not reported or flagged in My Activities list. Is this a bug right now on the Strava backend?

I would like an achievement flag for EQUALLED and existing achievement and a way of seeing the delta time to your overall personal PB.At the weekend I went for a fast 5km run.  I achieved 2nd best time for 5km but I can’t see what my all time 5km run time is??Was I just a second or two off or was I minutes away?please please 🙏 

When I go in to flag an activity for being done in a car, there are always at least 3 or more segments that have automatically been excluded by some algorithm. That algorithm is an excellent feature! Isn't it usually the case though, that if it detects 4, 5, 10 impossible segments, the entire activity is probably impossible? Would save a lot of flagging hastle

This never used to be an issue but it started off with just the first photo being out of order. Now multiple photos are uploaded out of order and I have to go back and manually sort them. This is when adding media through the app.When selecting media, it literally numbers them which used to indicate the order they should be displayed in. It was also helpful because of another bug in the app where you can't upload more than 30 something photos at a time or it'll crash the app and you have to start all over again.The QC seems frustratingly bad these days as more and more little things that used to work, don't anymore.

When you upload GPS tagged media from the website it appears where it was taken as long as you use the website. Doing the same from the app doesn't work, would be nice if it did!

A cool feature might be to be able to share activities only with clubs or only with certain clubs. Up to now it has only been possible not to release activities, only to release them for followers or for all Strava users. Releasing activities only to certain clubs would have the benefit of being able to share your activities with your friends and coaches, but leaving your competition out of the loop. In this way, Strava would become a great tool for collaboration between athletes, coaches and training groups beyond its previous functions.

Last month I took part in the Virtual New Balance 5th Avenue Mile. Seemed simple. Run a mile [fast] and Strava would count that in the results. As I always do, I ran several time during the challenge window. I made sure to run one mile super fast. Unfortunately, Strava took a seemingly random mile from that period and uploaded that instead.I'm just trying to figure out if this was a bug or if I did something wrong.

  Here is a feature I use often. On the use profile there is a histogram of weekly mileage shown below. Clicking on each week also shows the total time and the total elevation gain for that week. Until recently there was an option to switch between the "Weekly" stats and the "Monthly", but the "Monthly" option has been removed. Only the "Weekly" option remains. As far as I know there is no longer a way to get the monthly stats in any other parts of the Strava UI. Can someone from Strava comment on this? What was a reason for removing a useful feature. Speaking of this feature. It would also be great to see an up-to-date summary of stats and compare that to the previous years. Basically I want to know whether I am ahead of behind the previous year (and the years before) in my mileage and elevation gain. There used to be a feature in Stravistix plug-

If I go to the Strava Athlete Heatmaps page, I am seeing some strange behavior where some Rides are being shown when I filter for Runs only. It seems like this happens for 2016 and earlier years (and therefore also shows up for the "All-time" option)For example, here'a screenshot showing that I ran around Lake Tahoe. I have sadly not done something so epic..Anyone else seeing this bug? Can someone from Strava take a look? Thanks!

Could weather data be enlisted to create a new grouping of segment achievements (similar to the age / gender / weight groupings) based on wind direction? Wind assisted PR’s and KOM’s can be impossible to compete with.
