Strava Features Chat

Good evening, I made a mistake in making the annual Strava subscription, by mistake it was uploaded to an account that I didn't even know I had and that I don't use anyway. I asked for help in the Strava chat but no one answered me. Can I do something? ?can I move the subscription??? in the meantime I have suspended it on that account.....or should I resign myself to having lost the money???

Hi,  I am devastated, pushed myself to get a PB. Strava hasn’t given me anything for it? I didn’t pause I ran through 5k to make sure I went over? My Apple watch is showing a pb In achievements at 5k 22:30 but strava is showing nothing?

Is it possible to add sound to third party workout imports?For example, Nike Training Club's videos do not include audio when the workouts are imported to Strava.

hi i want to merge 2 accounts which i have . One of them is already active and i upload there all my activities . I pay to activate my account from my mistake to an other with i make with my another mail. How i can merge these 2 accounts because i dont want to lose my money 

Hi there,  There is a path near me which is designated as a public footpath, but Strava is happy to route cycling routes down it - in the UK there is a distinction in law between bridleway/byway (cycles allowed) and footpath (cycles not allowed). I had a run-in with the landowner yesterday, and they are well within their rights to insist that no cycles are allowed.  I understand that Strava uses OSM data but this appears to be correctly tagged as a footpath only (see screenshot below) - implying the data is not being correctly grabbed, or the Strava base map needs some kind of refresh. I wonder if there is a way to ensure that Strava does not route cyclists down here in the future.  FWIW - whether or not this path is appropriate to ride on is irrelevant, the distinction is made in law. Hi all. Strava used to have a very useful feature whereby a user could highlight a section of an activity and see what the distance and elevation gain was within it. I now cannot use that feature - when I highlight a section by dragging it it no longer gives the stats for that section. It used to be available on the main 'Analysis' button, but now that is no longer a button. Does anyone know how to still access this drag feature to get the stats within a section? ThanksDavid

Hello I have big ask to Strava Management. Mayby you can send to them my message.I use strava from 3 years. I'm happy with strava but i have one dream. After the end of Endomodo, i saved all activities in my pc. But i can not export them to strava 😞 All files are optional in tcx and in json format (attached foto)Mayby you will find good solution and i can export them to strava? If it will be possible, i promise, i will subscribe strava till the end of my sport activity. And i'm sure, tausend of old endomondo user will make the same...Sorry for my english... I miss the option to edit multiple activities at once, like visibility and delete options and the bike that was used. For example, I have many invisible activities that I want change to visible. Now I can only do one at the time.

For people that I follow, can I tell whether their activities have had their visibility level set to Followers or Everyone?

Does anyone else have difficulty searching for specific segments? I am working on doing a segment challenge for my local running club and I am finding it very difficult to filter and search for specific segments. Right now there are 334 pages of segments that I have to sort through…it is extremely frustrating. The only search criteria that is included does not allow me to hone in on a specific type of route or specific location. Everything is very general and requires a lot of scrolling.If this doesn’t already exist, has Strava considered adding filters to the search criteria? I am a paid customer and would like to search by distance and specified location (think boundary similar to what Zillow has in its search feature). Currently I can only search based on location- which only includes segment name or a specified city/ there needs to be an option to refine this to a smaller area. I’d also like to sort based on distance of the run, type of run (one way, out and ba

I noticed the biggest climb is missing from my stats. I remember it used to be there but now there is no value, just a blank field. Any ideas?

There are a lot of Pro/Am Racing car and motorcycle athletes on Strava, and want to share the physicality of our sport with the rest of the Strava community. Please add Auto Racing as an activity type 🏆🏁🏎️️

A hidden area should be hidden always. 🙂I go trough hidden areas at a ride sometimes. But hidden areas will be hidden at the end or start of a ride. It should be hidden at always for privacy. 

I purchased Strava subscription for the first time. On web site there is end-of-year discount for yearly subscription, on mobile app there is not, so I subscribed using website. Frist what I did was to join training plan using web site. Very soon I discovered that the same plan is not visible on my mobile app. Than I created group challenge on mobile app. Of course, I discovered that this time group challenges are not visible on website. It looks like significant lack of basic communication between teams developing mobile app and website. Very strange and unprofessional.  

After deleting an activity by mistake , I have found that it is impossible to manually import the csv file from Garmin connect to strava , to reinstate the deleted activity. Is there a solution for this?Many thanks Andy

Hi, when I create a route in Strava, Starred, I find  the route on my Garmin gps under Strava routes but I cannot start it. I get the message “trouble connecting to the server error code 2050. Anyone any idea ? Ilse 

I would like to see if its possible to delay the start of timer when starting a ride. With cold weather starting in the northeast i find using gloves j need to wait to put one on until i hit the start button. it would be nice not to have the timer running before i actually start pedaling.

Is there a way to compete only with mtb bikes on the same segments. There is no possible to get e.g QOM  if I compete with gravel or road bike

I would like to be able to compare my historical run activities in flyby mode. In the same way I can see other runners in flybys, I would like to see my matched activities.Is that possible today?/Peter
