Bosnia and Herzegovina not named in activities under user names

Hello!On activities that took place in Bosnia and Herzegovina, under the name of a user, it states "location, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina" or "location, Republika Srpska". It doesn't say, for example, "Mostar Bosnia and Herzegovina" nor "Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina" like in other countries.Problem is: it states the name of an entity, not the name of a country.In USA for example, it doesn't say "Los Angeles, California" but "Los Angeles, USA". Or in Germany, it doesn't say "Munich, Bavaria" but "Munich, Germany".Every country has some regions, states, provinces, cantons etc, but I've noticed that only Bosnia and Herzegovina isn't named on Strava.How can we fix this?

Why?

Why are propeller heads always changing UIs? The previous progress tab was awesome. Everything in one simple view. Whoever designed this turd of a tab is clearly not a user of the app. Boo hiss. It’s total **bleep** 💩

No Data Available for Apple Watch 8

Hope this is the right place to post this question.  I have had been using Strava with my Apple Watch for around a yer. I get all the cardio data other than Cardio Recovery. Oddly, I have received data from it on two random occasions, for three completely different types of runs (twice in a year).  My Apple Watch 7 was able to give me cardio recovery data, so not sure why the Series 8 isn't with Strava workotus. If anyone can advise on how to get data for cardio recovery from Strava workouts ontothe health app on my phne, that would be much appreciated.

Obvious Missing Features That Annoy Me

Some things that bug me about Strava. Obvious things to add, not sure why they don't? See more than 20 activities at once on Activities page See Pace/Mile on list of activities page Label runs "Boston Running" or "Los Angles Running" like Garmin does instead of "Morning Run" or "Lunch Run". Far more interesting to see where I ran rather than the time of day Why can't I see someone's full activity list on their profile? It's like going to someone's Facebook profile and only being able to see their last 3 posts. This is so annoying..... Easily search activities: I want to be able to quickly find a run I did in Tampa in 2019, but it's like finding a needle in a haystack on Strava. When I sort a Segment Leaderboard and I'm on page 8 and I click on a person's name to view their profile, when I click "Back" it goes back to page 1 and I need to click to go back to where I left off. Would be great to see more info when scrolling through photos like time, run associated with the p

Bug in Create activity using GPX File

When I create and activity with GPX file, it calculates Time and distance itself which looks like total time, no moving time. So each time I do entry using gpx file it shows more time. I'm also sending moving time from here, but it seems strava does not use that. Can you please help me with this issue?

Count of ActivityTotal using the API

Reading the API docs, Under 'All Models' you have listed 'ActivityTotal’ with a  ‘count’ parameter https://developers.strava.com/docs/reference/#api-models-ActivityTotal What I am hoping to get is just total number of activities I have logged on Strava. While I know I can do this by calling https://www.strava.com/api/v3/athlete/activities. The problem there is that I would have to paginate to get all the responses which in my case takes a long time. So if there is a way to just get the total number of activities in the account by a count of ActivityTotal then that would be a big help.

Privacy: Visibility radius failure

I was under impression that by setting a visibility radius around my home address I'll hide any activity within that radius from the map. But it turns out that applies only to start and end of an activity. But what if someone stops by the home in the middle of a run or ride, for example to drink or refill water, or for any other reason? It turns out that is perfectly visible on the map if the activity is public. The right solution would be to hide any part of activity from the map within the privacy radius - not just the start and the end.

My workout app in Apple which I use for swim gives a completely different average pace than strava does for the exact same activity, how can I fix this?

Apple watch not syncing - Private Relay

My apple watch was not syncing activities, tried all other suggestions of closing apps, turning off phone and watch.Turns out it was Apple’s Private Relay setting that was blocking the connection to upload.Turned it off, synced straight away.Sharing in case others have the same problem…

Samsung Watch 6 Display

When recording an activity on the Samsunf Watch 6, the timer never starts and stays at zeroes. There is a heart rate  displayd byt the timer never starts. This is in an indoor workout  the workout is recorded Is this a fault?

How to get heart rate from Google Fit?

Hello everyone,I have a (Oppo) Watch that isn't compatible with Strava, but Google Fit is. So I synchronized my heart rate to Google Fit and I connected Google Fit to Strava (the connection works because the activities are synchronized), but the heart rate doesn't work...Thank you in advance

Strava on Wear OS4

I can't get Strava to stick to the watch screen on a Wear OS4 watch. After the time out, a watch face will appear on the screen. For this reason, the Strava application is practically unusable on the watch. Any suggestion how to solve it ?

Bluetooth hearth rate monitor for phone app

Hi all, I'm looking for a BT HR chest strap that definitely works with the Strava android app on a phone (Galaxy S10).I tried googling, but only found things that don't work (Garmin HR Dual, Polar H9).I only take my phone running and just want to register my hr in my workouts.Thanks in advance!!

Apple Watch and Byton

Hello, I have a Bryton bike counter and an AppleWatch. The bicycle computer has cadence and speed sensors. Strava collects my data from Bryton. Is it possible to synchronize the heart rate from the watch and the data from the meter so that they are visible on Strava? Currently, my calories are much lower on Strava than on the watch training app. Thank you for your help

Distance with indoor biking

I understand I can create a manual entry for something like indoor biking and then include distance, but I WANT the HR and other data from my GARMIN forerunner 55, when it syncs to Strava there’s no way I can currently add a distance, is there a solution for this that doesn’t include creating a manual activity and then losing all that nice data from my watch from the workout?  Surely I’m not the only person that wants to add indoor bike distances to my Strava workouts

Strava - MyZone via Apple Health 🙈

Hello,  I am hoping you can help me. I am having issues with Apple Health syncing with Strava.  Yesterday, I played a netball match. I’m unable to keep my phone on me or use my Apple Watch so I have a MyZone MZ-Switch that I wear as a chest strap.  MyZone activities will sync to my Apple Health app as an activity but then I can’t seem get this to sync to Strava.  Is this an issue as the data is being pulled from MyZone to Apple Health?  It’s important that I try and find a work around with this as I am doing a big charity event and I have my Strava linked to my Just giving page.  I hope this all makes sense. Please let me know if you need more info. I’ve included a screenshot of the recorded data on Apple Health.  Best wishes,  Sam

Incorrect workout time from Mi Fitness app

I have Strava synchronised with Mi Fitness app and the only thing that does not import correctly to Strava is workout time. For example - I started training today at 17:07 (CEST if that matters) and it shows correctly in Mi Fitness but in Strava that same training is shown to have started at 8:07 AM (again, CEST). This is the case for all my trainings imported this way. Of course, time on all my devices is set to the same one.

Strava activities have always uploaded to Apple Fitness and now don’t

Pilates, indoor and outdoor rides, Padel etc have always automatically ( with all permission ticked) uploaded to Apple fitness app. This has stopped in the last few weeks. Activity shows on Strava as it should but is not pulling through to Apple fitness.

Huawei Watch 3 sync with Strava

Hi, Does anyone know if they sync between Huawei health and Strava has been improved with the launch of the new Huawei watch 3? With the watch 2 you can only sync runs, walks or cycles but no other activities. I use strava mainly for tracking tennis workouts, so for me it's make or break when choosing a new fitness tracker. Can't seem to find any info on huawei forums on the topic so thought I'd try here. Thanks!

Recording Activity with More Devices (Google Pixel 2)

Do you think it is possible to connect a Google Pixel Watch 2 with Strava and simultaneously use an external HR chest strap to record an activity? The issue is that the Pixel Watch 2 cannot be directly paired with such straps. I was wondering if it’s possible to achieve this dual measurement within a single Strava recording.

Samsung watch 5 syncing

My wife’s Samsung watch 5 has stopped syncing the full distance recorded on the watch.she uses the Strava app and can complete 8km but when syncing it records as 4.25km or another random distance. has anyone had this problem? Any ideas how to get the activities to record properly

Strava beacon Wear os

I'm a Galaxy watch 4 user and I've seen some posts like this one that confirm that the strava beacon feature can be used in wear os like the apple watch does: "Wear OS 3 and higher devices without LTE functionality will need to be connected to your phone in order to send a Beacon message when starting an activity from the Wear OS Strava app." And in the the watch app I can't find any option to enable it. Thanks
