Hi,Trying to get a view of local segments and what the fastest time/speed on each is. I can return local segments in a bounded area, but can't get any data on the results for that segment. Would be great if I could get the number of attempts that deemed it Local Legend also. I can do it on the site, but I'd like to do it programmatically so I can show a heat map for athletes.  any pointers gratefully recieved.

Hello,I am trying to subscribe to webhook events, but I have the following issues.I get an error: "GET to callback URL does not return 200", so I did a test, as mentioned in Troubleshooting Tips, by sending a GET request to my callback URL. The test worked fine and the response is under 2 seconds. I would appreciate some feedback on this matter. I have also attached 2 images showing the process. In the first image, there is a POST request to the subscription endpoint with a status of 400, while the second is a test to my callback URL with a status of 200.Am I missing something here? Thank you for your help.

How can I declined a tag or mark.  i was tagged for envy I know, I didn't get any email notification but i see the flag that you explain and also I can tell something was not ok because I create new segments on no named roads and the chart of times is not updating loading so I know is not common. what can I do 

I loved the average run pace display then I paid for the subscription and that changed to average split pace and I hated that.  I canceled my subscription hoping to get average pace back and now it gives me my mph speed.  How do I get back average pace???! 

I have both Samsung Health and Google Fit connected to Strava, but the app will not sync to either of them. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Watch Pro 5 to record and a Samsung Galaxy S21+ phone to look at the different apps.I've tried:- Logging out and back in on Strava - Restarting my phone - Logging out and back in on Fit and Health - Editing the activity in Strava and saving again - Making a new activity (still no sync of old or new activities) - Starting a run on my phone to check if it would sync the others recorded on my watch Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi there, lets say I live in X city and there are 10 cycling clubs in the city or 10 running clubs, I'd like to host a calendar available to the public that can see any event that gets posted by any of these clubs so that we can get more people aware of what's going on, cycling, running, and finding community. Is this possible with the Strava API? Thanks. Can be done manually, but thats not why we're developers is it. 

Hello, I live in Oregon, but the Web Route Builder defaults to Washington DC for me (I used to live there a decade ago). How can I update the Web Route Builder to start closer to where I live?

I commute at minimum have 30 rides in 90 days. On some of the segments I go through I've always had the most attempts. But this breaks local legends. If I go through one of these segments it doesn't register as an attempt. That means I also don't get the quickest of the day data as well. But there are other segments I go through that I have lost the most attempts and these segments work just fine. I unsubscribed and re-joined local legend. Still the same thing. My attempts on the segments that I've never lost still don't count!

Using a Van Rysel GPS bike computer and a heart rate belt, I record my cycling sessions.The data is shared correctly on Strava, it is displayed correctly.However, when the Strava app sends the data to the Apple Health app, the heart rate does not appear, neither the mapping nor the speed, only the distance, time and number of kcals.I checked the parameters that Strava sends, those that the Apple Health application retrieves.Do you have a solution to suggest?Sportingly,

I am trying to use the heatmap to find new trails, by comparing my routes with the global routes. Some but not all of my routes are missing. I have seen a few other related reports such as https://communityhub.strava.com/t5/strava-features-chat/route-not-shown-on-heatmap/m-p/13444 (9 months ago) and https://communityhub.strava.com/t5/strava-features-chat/personal-heatmap-some-ebike-activities-are-no-longer-showing-as/td-p/27782.  I tried editing and re-saving one activity that I knew was missing, but it did not appear (at least not within 5 minutes). Even if this did work, it is not practical to do this for each of my ~400 activities.This is a key subscription feature. I

Greetings! It is not easy to find where to post or where to get help. Hopefully someone has some guidance. I use Strava for cycling probably 95% of the time but one time I went hiking about 3 months ago and decided to record it. Now whenever I open the app to record it starts with hiking and no matter how many times I switch it to biking it never stays there on subsequent rides. Any ideas? Fixes? Thanks! Also a direct contact to Strava would be nice too. 

Good afternoon,I am trying to use my Garmin 55 watch for track every lap on a karts race. I always forgot to press the "back buttom", so I end up always with the wrong paces and distances.Is there any feature that allows the Garmin to record the lap every time I pass the starting/same point?Cheers guys, appreciate your response.

My segment doesn’t appear in the general classification. Strava tells me that I hide the start and end of my ride. I want to change that but I can’t. I only have the possibility to keep the hiding mode on 200meters or more. Do someone know how I can desactivate that ?

Hello, I've been using Samsung Health to sync with Strava. The syncing works well, but I don't understand why Strava always truncates the training data. In this example, there wasn't any automatic pause.  

I had set up a couple default bike settings for 'Mountain bike ride' and for 'E-Mountain Bike Ride'. After getting a new bike and swapping that bike out for the previous one as the default bike for 'E-Mountain Bike Ride', many of my activities that had the previous default bike associated with them had the bike removed and the drop down to select a bike appeared on those rides. It seems there is a bug with loosing the associated bike on activities when you change your default bike for a given activity.

I’m just getting into running but today on the treadmill I did a 3.2 mile run/walk, but my watch does not count accurate miles when i’m running on the treadmill so i added a manual activity. I put in the time and distance but when I check my best efforts i don’t get credit for anything from the 400m all the way to the 5k. I was wondering if it was because it is a manual activity or something else.
