Hello... I recently purchased a Fitbit Sense 2 and my data is not automatically syncing to the Strava app. I've spent 2 days googleing all the potential issues and have tried and checked ALL of them, with no luck. The only other issue I can possibly see (photo attached) is the inability to check this gray box when granting permission. Anyone know how I can fix that or another reason this syncing isn't happening? TYIA!  

I would love for my workouts on the Ladder app to import to Strava.  It doesn’t look like there is a direct connection.  I see them in my apple fitness and health app. Is there another way to import these?

It's not a big thing, rather small quality of user experience change - I think it would be more natural if the challenges starting the soonest are the ones at the top, not the other way around. This refers to the mobile app.  

Hi Strava,I was trying to use API Strava to fetch data from Activity Club. The all data I need is success to fetched except date information. The problem is I can't sort the data based on time & I can't make performance graph for the member of club monthly. so I would like to suggest Strava Team to add date parameter in object array API of ClubActivity to solve that problem. We will have an event throughout this year, but we don’t know how many people will actually participate. Is there any way to increase the number of athlete capacity allowed to connect to 20,000?

Call me a purist, The frequency and magnitude of using indoor riding to build elevation stats seems like an insult to the very sport of cycling itself. Example, when a rider posts 3500+ climb on a 1 hour indoor ride, a stat they never don’t achieve likewise outdoors, it seems disingenuous. Ride and climb away inside, but purist cyclist should be free to compare their stats to other riders that have shunned indoor stats as part of their overall gains. STRAVA, let’s unite and create a separate category for indoor elevation (and miles.) Indoor doesn’t factor wind, temperature and traffic etc. 

Hi Team,I have an application which is fearing Strava activities of the users . The integration is working fine for most of the users; however for a few users the integration is not working and token is not getting generated. need help on the possible cause and way to solve this 

I am developing a app that integrates with Strava and am in the process of converting from polling to using the webhook API. Currently it only posts updates on activity creation, deletion, or when two fields are updated, title, or type (and privacy). This is a bit underwhelming as if a user changes anything else, for example the duration or start time of the activity. This makes it impossible to sync time data with Strava without polling the API ever X duration, it would be really helpful if date related changes were included in webhook updates.If I am missing something lmk. Thank you.

Hi!I would like to know if there is any way to filter segments by the activity_type or activities based on the type of run, like "Race" or "Long Workout".At this moment, I'm just fetching all the data and then filtering on my own server, but depending on how many activities a user has, takes some time.Thanks!

On the mobile app (iPhone, everything up-to-date), if I press the Maps button at the bottom of the screen, I'm presented with a list of other people's routes that I cannot hide. It takes up valuable screen real estate, cannot be hidden, and is easy to accidentally click on.I don't want to see any routes created by anyone else, ever. Stop forcing other people's garbage routes down my throat. I don't care about someone else's personal running route, dog walking route, etc. I'm not going to set a time or compete against anyone on it, ever. All I want to do on the map is look at the map and maybe overlay my heat map data. That's it.

Dear community,I am hoping that someone can help resolve  an issue that has taken on epic proportions. An OVERLY competitive/drama queen in my cycling group got one of her rides flagged by someone (she got many QOM's on that ride).  She now suspects some girls in our group (including me). I could not care less about QOM's and did not flag her ride. I LOVE the group and just want to set the record straight. Is there anything I can do to prove that I played no part in this whole fiasco? Thank you!

I am wondering why the best efforts page for an running activity is showing speed as in km/h instead of Pace as it used to. Am I missing something from the settings or it's just how it is now. Also is there anyway to revert that (invert that), because it is a lot of work if I have to pull out a calculator every time to get an accurate pace for my best efforts. 

Last year all my ebike rides showed up as rides in the personal heatmap.Now, many of these ebike rides no longer show up as rides (I can see them if I click on all sports though). Some ebike rides Do show up as rides though.I selected one particular ebike ride that no longer shows, changed its activity to 'ride' and it showed up. I then changed it back to 'ebike ride' and it disappeared again.I cannot work out what is different between those that show and those that don't.Besides, this was all working fine last year when I checked the feature.Has something changed? Is there anything I can do / check please?I love this feature as I'm trying to connect up all my rides across the UK.

After creating a new segment, initially it appears that I am the only person in the ranking. I suggest there is a message within the UI of the rankings, such as "New Segment Leaderboard. History building in progress. Estimated completion: X hours."

Hello! I've set an annual run goal this year and noticed any distance traveled during a "workout" activity does not go toward this goal.I have running activities, but I also participate in some workout groups that do more HIIT-style workouts that include running, but also lunges, hill sprints, etc. I would like for the distance traveled during these workouts to go towards my goal, but they do not appear to do so under the current classification. I would prefer to not reclassify the HIIT workouts as "runs" since the pace and heart rate data will be somewhat different from my standard running activity.Is there a way to accomplish this? Hi everybodyI'm planing a route that takes me across a small fjord with a ferry. Is it possible to add a new waypoint on the other side of the fjord? When I do it now, the route is just backtracking making it twice as long:) 

I ride and help maintain our local riding area called Moon Lake. Some trails have been rerouted over the years and new segments are randomly created by someone.  The most recent took a short section of a long trail and someone created a segment called Black Lives Matter. It messes with all of our stats and if there is a new rider from out of the area, it is impossible to follow the map.  is there anything that i can do? Can we wipe it out and start fresh by riding all of the trails? How can i stop random people from changing it all the time?

I've linked my Strava account to my Viafit account, but workout info in my Viafit account is not being received by Strava. (FWIW, Viafit appears to be part of Egym.)Big picture: I have a Matrix R50 stationary bike with an xID (Viafit) username. Workout info (particularly calories burned) is therefore recorded to my Viafit account. Ultimately, I want that data sent to my MyFitnessPal account so my daily diary would have data about calories burned through exercise.MyFitnessPal does not play well (or at all) with Viafit/Egym, so it was suggested that I find an intermediary service to connect the two. Like an interpreter--one that speaks Viafit and one that speaks MFP. The concept: The interpreter gets info from Viafit, and then the interpreter sends that info to MFP.According to online sources, Strava speaks both Viafit and MFP. I am a Nike Run Club (NRC) user and get most of my running workouts from the NRC app.  I also have an apple watch and use the Apple Fitness app.  My NRC account, Apple Fitness account, and Strava account are all conveniently connected so that when I do a NRC workout, it automatically uploads to Strava and also gets recorded on my Apple Fitness app, which I love.  The problem is that Strava also uploads the same NRC workout onto Apple Fitness, so each workout I do gets recorded twice on Apple Fitness.  Any suggestions on how to correct this?  I still want my Strava and Apple Fitness accounts to be connected so that if I do a workout outside of NRC, it still gets automatically shared between Strava and Apple.

When recording a ride, my screen cycles through different metrics.  I want to stay n same screen = time, speed and distance. Where is this setting option?  Thanks 

Hello, All of a sudden Generate Community Routes (App>Maps>choose sport and distance) don't seem to be appearing in my Wahoo app. Everything else seems to sync fine (built routes, routes saves from former rides...) apart from these.  Have tried deauthorising and re authorising, but doesn't seem to help. Any ideas...? Mike
