HelloI am trying to upload routes for an event I am doing next month. I have uploaded the gps files for 5 of the 7 routes but I am now getting a message "sorry there was a problem processing this request. Please try importing your file again or try another file". I have tried a number of times and tried different files but no look. Can someone help?Daithi

Hey guys! I have a Garmin Forerunner 45 and I used to get the average split per mile. I must have changed a setting. Garmin support was not able to me.  Has anyone had similar issues and know of a solution? Thx!  

Hi,I'm using Strava for cyling, feeding Strava from my Wahoo Roam 2.When I add up my yearly KMs from the activity feed vs what I see in my yearly goal total KMs, the KMs show in goals are higher by 75 to 100 KMs, it changes everytime do a ride, as I am now checking everytime.Any reason these don't match and Is there something I can do to fix this issue ?Thanks,Fred 

Copied this from previous post where no solution was given. I am having same problem and DO NOT want to get emails every time someone else comments on the same activity I have commented on. Strava: please fix your problem with this!!!Every time I comment on a notable activity (such as a race) of another Strava user, my email inbox get flooded with comments from other users on the same activity, most of whom I don't know and completely uninterested in their comments. Most of these comments are simple congratulations.Is there any way to stop that? I have already unchecked a corresponding option for a push notification, but I still get emails. For example, after yesterday's race, in which I also participated, I received at least 20 such emails about someone who I don't know commenting on another person's race.   

Hi there,  I just realised that I turned 65 last October, but none of my efforts show up when I filter by the 65 - 74 age group.  On a ride I did at the weekend, all segments that I am shown as having completed show me as placing "-/123" (for example) in the 65-69 age group and I do not appear in the full filtered listing.  I have double checked that the correct d.o.b is entered on my settings.The same is true for other rides I have completed since my birthday, well those I have checked.

When starting my run on my watch 4, it doesnt find a location (not even after 10 minutes!). Location works with health and maps. All settings are "allowed" and have reset both watch and phone, deleted and added strava multiple times.  No map, never. Been at this for hours. (Health is not tracking run while strava is used, it does however count my steps, not the location).(Note: i really do want this to work on the watch as i start it on my Phone, i dont have a heart rate)Thank you for your respons!

Strava has me following people I didn't follow / request. When I delete them it deletes someone I actually do follow. It's like it's mixed up names or something. I deleted everyone I follow and then added back those I want to follow but it followed people I didn't add again and not all those i did add. Been on Strava for 7 years, never happened before

I use a Wahoo Roam bike satnav to accurately track my route, gears, cadence, speed etc which I then upload to Strava. I also wear an Apple Watch to track my heart rate. Is there some way to merge specific data points in Strava? What I’d like to do is to enhance my Wahoo route upload with my Apple heart rate data - but avoid double counting the speed and other data that the Apple Watch tracks. 

 Not sure where is the best place to log it. I only start using Garmin this week, so not sure if it’s something that’s going to correct itself. Under my fitness age I have a recommendation to lower my BMI from 20.5 to 22.7.

 Hello, I am wondering if anyone has successfully created a power curve using the Strava API for multiple activities. I noticed that there is no API endpoint for multiple activities that includes data for the power curve. I am curious about what would be the best approach to tackle this. Thank you!

Whenever I select a “swim/run” activity on my garmin watch, when it syncs and uploads to strava, it uploads each time I swam/ran as an individual workout. So instead of uploading onto strava as one whole workout, it looks like 12 small individual workouts. This needs to be changed so it uploads as one entire workout 

How can I connect Kuzo Sports watch to Starva app?

I have done a couple of activities recently using my watch to rapple watch to record the activity. Unfortunately, when I end the activity it seems to disappear and has not appearer on my strava profile. This is the second time for this to happen - in between these 2 activities the phone did record a run that I did.Is there any way of finding activities that have not saved/synced from the Apple Watch?Thanks in advance,Ryan

   The iPhone app doesn’t you read the full group description. Idk if that is just a bug or something that has been missed. 

I'm working across a partnership project at the moment focussed on Nature Recovery with farmers, land owners, Natural England, and the Wildlife Trust. We're interested in the potential for creating a mountain bike trail, as well as understanding areas that need to be protected for nature from recreational disturbance. As a long time strava user it occurred to me that heat maps would be a really useful starting point for us to understand current access and demand. Is it possible for us to have access to anonymised heat maps for the area that we could overlay across our other mapping?

Is there a way to see follow requests .. in particular of athletes who have requested to follow you, but you have denied and blocked them.…or do I have to contact the support team to get this. Thanks 

Bug: Unmuting muted activities on the web doesn't work. After saving, the activity remains muted. Workaround: Unmute the activity in the app.

Hi, I'm using webhooks to see when users create new activities. This is to then be able to retrieve each activity's stream in real time.The problem, however, is that if the user is not logged in to my app when I get my webhook, I cannot run the request required to retrieve more information about the user's activity, as I do not save the user's accesToken and refreshToken in my database, unless it is saved via local storage.What I can do is save the id of the activities that have been created sometimes the user has not been active on my app in my mysql database, and then when the user logs in again, I get all the streams then.The problem with that is above all that it won't be realtime. But the other problem is that the rate limits do not allow me to send requests to get these streams from all assets if there are x number.Of course, I can always split it up and wait 15 minutes between each request if I take 10 or 20 at a time, but then it's not certain tha

On Strava App, the elevation does overlap speed, heartrate etc, while elevation was alwys in the background of all other graphs.I have not found any setting both in the Strava App or -webversion.Anyone ? 

I have recorded an activity (a hike) but it's not showing the matching segments or route that is already listed in Strava.This was a hike around Unicoi Lake, which is part of the Unicoi Park in Helen, Georgia. This trail/loop is already showing in the Strava app as a route. But for some reason, in my activity it isn't showing the route or any of the segments. Also, when you look at the route history (of those that have completed this route) it doesn't show me as completing it. For example, I completed this route on June 19, 2024, but when you look at the activity for the route it shows the most recent activity on June 13, 2024.This is the route showing in app This is my activity
