I have a veryfit brand watch, at I able to sync that brand to strava

I am currently using the mi fitness app with device xiaomi watch s1 active, when I auth with the strava app I get error 403 on the Android app and "error" message on the IOS app, can anyone help me?  

2980233 Ticket I have an old Strava account, which I am fairly certain used my Facebook account to log in. Because I can see that I have a Strava connection still active on my Facebook account from the same time I created my first account.However, when I got a new phone and wanted to log in, I made a mistake and chose Google as log in method instead. My Facebook and Google account has the same email connected. Somehow that created a new account,  Now I cannot access my old account. When I choose Facebook as login method, it directs me to the new account. The same for Google and Email login. Please help.

Hello,it seems Strava does not have an in-activity segment rep counter, for example for doing hill repeats in an Everesting. Please implement, and make available to e.g. Garmin and others for their data screen perusal.Thanks!/Andreas

My Watch4 used to work perfectly with Strava app but, for about a year now, the Strava app won't find a GPS signal.  I can run Strava on my phone just fine, and routes work well, but there is no heart rate data coming from the Watch4.  Any idea how to fix this?  I've deleted the app and reinstalled it numerous times to no avail.  Strava tech support originally said that there would be an update to fix this, then they stopped responding.Many thanks

I completed a 4km afternoon run today on my samsung watch using strava and it did not upload. There's no unsynced activities and I've tried logging out and back into strava on my phone and watch. I've also restarted both devices. How do I get this activity uploaded or is it gone forever.

Ich habe eine Aktivität manuell hochgeladen das der Wahoo Element während der fahrt abgestürzt ist und die Stecke über Wahoo nicht Synchronisiert werden kann. Diese Aktivität wird aber nicht unter Meine Aktivitäten angezeigt. Versuche ich die GPX Datei aber erneut hochzuladen bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung mit dem Hinweis das es sich um ein Duplikat handelt. Da sind dann meine angaben zu Name und verwendeten Fahrrad auch alle korrekt. Irgendwie ist die also Gespeichert, sie wird aber nicht bei den Aktivitäten angezeigt und nicht für die Fitnessauswertung oder die Trainingsbelastung berücksichtigt.  TRANSLATION: I uploaded an activity manually, but the Wahoo Element crashed during the ride and the route could not be synchronized via Wahoo. I record surf sessions with Dawn Patrol. Dawn Patrol recently began directly uploading to Strava, and these sessions reflect in my activities. That’s great!The issue: Dawn Patrol also records heart rate data, but this data is not reflecting in the Strava activities uploaded from Dawn Patrol. Am I missing something? I couldn’t find anything addressing this issue on Strava or Dawn Patrol customer support.

Hi, wouldn’t it make sense to sort “all time” best men and women by every year as well? Trails change with usage and time, most of all time records were the best from decade(s) ago because MTB trails were just built brand new and had very low traffic and usage and ideal terrain. Impossible to live up to or beat for the best riders in the present. Could this feature to separate the best of each year be incorporated in Strava app? Thank you @strava64

The current email address is no longer active, so I cant access a password(forgotten password) The email address I want to use has created a new account which needs to be deleted. This has happened due to a phone change. Please can someone offer some advise?

Hi, I have a Pixel Watch 2. I can see my activities on my watch Strava app stating unsynced but they won't sync! Tapping unsynced does not help. Still, I have one Unsynced activity. I tried to log out and log in again, but it still the same.  Version: 1.37 (77901) Any ideas on what should I do?  Thank you!    

I have a Garmin Forerunner 745 and a Fenix 7s, both of them display the exact same distance when I run, but Strava always shows 200m extra distance when I log the activity on Strava directly without the watch. I have tried different courses, different locations, different speeds, sometimes with stopping in between, others with a continuous run, still Strava GPS records around 200m more than Garmin GPS. Why? It is so frustrating 😭

I sync runs from Stryd to Fitness and it shows heart rate. I track outdoor bike tours with my Apple Watch and the HR shows also up in Fitness (of course). However, I track indoor cycling with ICtrainer and it successfully syncs to Strava incl HR but the sync of these sessions from Strava to Fitness are coming with HR data. I don’t understand how this is even possible and I checked all kind of permissions guides.

I see a lot of people asking about watch workouts being posted on Strava, but I need the other way round. I need my strava workout to be loaded as workout ont the apple watch, Health/fitness  What is the right way to do it ? I setup the integration, the upload from Strava to Apple Watch, but I don't see my workouts outside Strava APP/website. Any advise will be apreciated Thanks

I today ran 16km, I used the strava app on my apple watch. I was a bit away from home when i finished the activity so i just ended the workout there and walked home. However when i got home the run is not showing up on my iphone strava app. How can i fix this issue, and can i get the run to my phone somehow?

I just ran 3.10 miles for the first time today, and I received zero achievements on my account. I have already ran 3 miles before. I ran faster this time so I should have a PR for the 3 mile. I should also have an achievement for my longest run on strava because I have never ran this far before (3.10 miles). I emailed support and they have done nothing to help me. I would like a REAL PERSON to review my account and add these achievements on there as soon as possible. I know for a FACT that they should be there. I will continue to email until this gets fixed. I went to the strava website and refreshed the activity’s achievements and that did nothing. I am a relatively new runner and I like seeing the achievements. I challenged myself today to run a 5k and I received none of the achievements that I know I should have been rewarded. It is almost like this run did not count. Please I would like to get in touch with someone who actually works at strava so this issue can be resolved

Strava can you please return 'average speed in mph' to Hikes. Hikers are generally not bothered about how many steps they've taken. Thank you.

Here is activity and exact segment https://www.strava.com/activities/12002004056/segments/3252624209038731736 with few segments in this ride that are not showing leaderboard in segment.It is written:This effort doesn’t appear on leaderboards because the segment is within an area you have hidden using your Map Visibility controls.But the segment is quite far from this area. On the same part of route few segments (shorter ones) have leaderboard.

My Apple Watch is giving incorrect data. The map is correct and the steps are 6,252 but it says I did it in 38 seconds and was 0.05 miles. Breaking world records if the data is correct. I have updated and turned off my watch. Back to using strava on my phone. Any advice helpful.

I do several workouts a day most days. Lately I’ve been having issues with Strava syncing all of them. I usually do it shortly after my workout. I’ve been having to manually add my workouts. Notching to fix the issue. There is also no detectable pattern of when or what exercise it will not sync. For example, I go for a lunch run it will sync that workout. I go to the gym in the evening and I do a rowing  and also a weight training workout. It will sync one of the workouts but not the other. It’s very frustrating. Other days it will sync all of the workouts without issue. I’ve tried: Logging out and logging back in numerous times. Deleting and reinstalling the app a couple times in the iPhone Removed and added back Apple health/watch permissions. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Apple Watches. 

I now have this one: ...but I want this one: I have been trying to change back for weeks now. 🙄

Does anyone know what is going on?
