Mon temps d'activité indiqué sur Strava est plus court que mon temps d'activité mesuré avec ma montre (le transfert des données se fait automatiquement) ? Dernier trail, il y a 15 minutes d'écart... Sur un 20 km, sur Strava, le temps indiqué est de 1 h 57 et sur meilleurs efforts, il est indiqué 2h07... Bref je ne comprends pas. Des bugs ? Merci pour votre retour et bonne journée ! Is there some way to announce publically that I intend to do a workout involving xyz (eg running 2x10km at pace 4:15 starting at x) to see if anyone joins?

I accidentally deleted an activity that I would like to restore and I’m wondering how long it takes Strava to respond to a request like this one. Thanks!

Why does my Strava shift to time and hide the tracking while on ? How do I resolve this it’s a problem while cycling I cannot check the data .  

Hi everyone, My recent 13km run is stuck on "Processing Activity" in the  app and isn’t moving forward. I’ve tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps but haven’t had any success. What can I do to retrieve my run data and resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 The PR badge does not appear on my best 10k run even though it is listed as the best effort.  

 I use Redmi Watch 3 Active, Strava can synchronize training results but not heart rate. Is there a solution that I can do?

In a period when globally things are not necessarily going extremely well, sports in general and cycling included could be a way to bring closer people from different countries, facilitating establishment of friendships and collaborations between individuals or groups that could end up organizing joint events, meeting or even hosting each other when riding abroad. I run the iOS app, and ever since a recent update the app disconnects my Polar HR Monitor...in the middle of an activity.  Most of the time I have to rediscover and replace/re-add it, but even then there is no guarantee it will stay connected for the duration of the workout.I have replaced the battery, and the monitor does stay connected to the Health app, which I did just as a test.Just wondering if this is unique to my experience, or if others are having similar issues?

Hi,I have noticed that Zepp doesn't sync my workouts accurately. For example today I have recorded 18.11 min on Zepp but only 5.11 min show up on Strava. In general I have noticed that my times on Strava are longer by 1 - 2 mins then on the Zepp app. I'm using Amazfit Band 5Does anyone know why and how I can fix it?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello everyoneTo end our club ride every week, we finish/sprint in a 300m segment. Known problem is that the average speed is sometimes higher than the max speed for some rides due to GPS accurancy, so that not the fastest rider that day gets the fastest time on the segment (or even the KOM).So i was thinking that Strava could introduce different types of segments. All current segments are in fact average speed (= best time on segment) segments. But for sprint segements, all what matters is the topspeed. So the leaderboard on sprint segments would be based on the GPS Top speed somewhere during the distance of the segment. That would end many discussions about KOM's and faulty average speeds on straightforward 300m segments 

This is my first post on here so I apologize if I'm in the wrong spot. I've been googling around and I know I am not the first to bring up a variation of this topic but I didn't see any active conversations on it anymore. I've been using Runkeeper for quite a while and I've been wanting to switch to Strava but the one thing holding me back is the fact that I can't do a treadmill run with heart rate data via my phone. I often do treadmill runs when it's super hot/cold/rainy or sometimes when I just don't have the ability to leave my house because I have children too young to be left alone. I have a pixel watch 2 and I can do it with my watch as an indoor run but the distance is way off and I am unable to edit it, to make it match the treadmill. I get about 0.6 miles per actual treadmill mile. I don't understand why it's an issue to add just a timer with HR compatibility, then allow the user to manually add/edit the correct distance. Hello!Are there any deadlines for the process of resolving tickets with segments matches? I've already created support request #2946488 yesterday (25th june 2024), but there was no activity since then. Basically no notification on email (no notification in the app), no change of ticket status, no change of priority.All this create impression that support activity is basically abandoned, and is a bit concerning. I’ve just uploaded a mountaineering activity from my Suunto watch and the data in strava is nowhere near correct. It has my ascent as 880m when it was 1340m and it hasn’t accounted for descent. Worst of all apparently I did it in 28mins! how do I correct this? It won’t give me the option of correcting elevation data.

I have just changed phone from an iPhone SE to an iPhone 15. None of my new activities are showing and I am not following any of my friends. It looks like I have to refollow people to get them to appear in my activity feed. The last time that a recorded activity is on my account is January 2021, there is nothing recorded since then, and I regularly exercise so there are hundreds of activities missing. It’s clearly the switching of phones, old to new, but even after logging out of my other device I am not seeing any of my data 

I can see my activity on the application Form (with IPhone) but can not synchronise it on Strava. Can you please help me ?

UPDATE FROM STRAVA: Thanks to everyone who replied to this post. Garmin has notified us that they have an firmware update that should resolve this issue. If you are still experiencing this, please ensure your Garmin device is updated. My Garmin Forerunner watch syncs perfectly every time. However, in the last few weeks my Garmin Oregon 700 only partially syncs. I only get the first part of the activity (typically 10-40%) appearing on Strava. The whole activity appears fine in Garmin Connect, so I assume this a Strava problem. Please could you advise.

Hello-I’ve just started a challenge with a running team, but several members have not been able to join without starting a free month-long trial while others have been able to join freely without issues.None of them ever joined other private groups or created their own groups. Why might this be happening? Is there a way to make it so that everyone can freely join, to make it fair among the team members?Thanks

 Shows wrong summary stats for 7D, 1M, 3M, 6M and 1Y.How to reproduce: iOS app go to You-> Progress -> [Select any time span]If 7D and 1M is selected the summary shows Today stats. The chart is correct but not Distance, Time and Elev gain.Same if you select 3M, 6M or 1Y the summary shows This week stats.

My 5k run not showing on my personal records, why is this? Pictures show the faster 5k run compared to my leaderboard showing a slower one I did   

Having a problem with route uploads from my Garmin GPSMap 66st to my Strava account via the Garmin Connect app.For a while now, all it will upload is the very first part of the activity. Distance is showing as a few metres regardless of activity length. However, the calories burned figure tallies with the Garmin record.I've seen that there are some issues recently with syncing, but this has been happening to me for a good while now. I've not yet tried a file upload direct as yet. Any ideas?  Is it likely to be a Garmin issue or Strava?Attached are screenshots of the Garmin Connect route and what Strava shows of the same.  

I have been tracking my equestrian activities for several years on Garmin and started to load them as Workouts to Strava about a year ago.   A few days ago, they stopped loading into Strava even though all my other activities (run, walk, bike) still load automatically.    I was able to load the file manually from my Garmin watch to Strava but I don't want that hassle!   Has anyone else experienced this?   Did a recent update block horsemanship activities from loading from Garmin to Strava???

We have hit the 9,999 Athlete limit and resubmitted the app for verification. I haven't heard back from the review team yet. Could you please let me know what is the process to increase the  athlete limit?Thanks
