when I upload a video to an activity that is about 10 sec long.  in HD quality.   When I watch it on Strava later, it's gray, not as bright as in the original.  Why is this happening?

A while back a new feature was introduced where you could see the progress made on active challeges during a specific activity. Now for some reason that information is no longer available in the Activity results view in the Mobile app on Android (v 366.9 (1236394))Any idea why I am no longer seeing this? I quite liked this feature (saved you having to go into Challenges after each activity to view progress)Thanks!Update:It seems that the reason I'm not seeing this info in recent activities is that maybe the display of this info is "dynamic" i.e. when there are a lot of segments / best efforts listed in the Results, the Challenges section no longer appears at the bottom of the Results page. Can anyone confirm this is the behavior by design? 

Dear Strava Developer Support Team,I am writing to request an increase in our athlete capacity limit. In just one week after releasing our integration, even with a staged rollout, we have already reached the 999 allocated Strava athlete limit. We would like to significantly increase our Strava user limit to support our full rollout.Our platform currently has a large number of monthly active users, primarily weightlifters and bodybuilders. A substantial portion of our users incorporate cardio exercises, often using apps like Strava, to aid in fat reduction. Increasing our athlete capacity limit would greatly benefit our user base.Please let me know if there is any additional form we need to fill out to request an increase in athlete limits. Can somebody please point me in the right direction. I’ve been using the app for a couple years and the old phone died. I’ve loaded the app on the new phone, had to change a password for the account because I had forgotten the old. No saved data is showing it looks like a new account and restore purchase button comes up with an error message. I have entered multiple requests for assistance and received no reply. My subscription is still active.can anyone suggest a possible solution to this? It would be much appreciated cheers

I started a strava account years ago. But since then I no longer have access to that email and I can’t remember my strava password. I just use my face id to log in. I have bought a running watch but I can’t get it to sync to strava causes emails are different. I have sent multiple emails with no response back. How do update my email without knowing the password? I have a strava subscription. Please someone help me!!!

I broke my Samsung S20 FE and replaced it with a Samsung A35. I use the free version of Strava. When I loaded the Strava app on my A35, none of my history since 2018 appeared.What happened? How xan I retrieve and download my activity history?

I just got a new phone, not sure if this is the cause, but suddenly Strava and polar are not syncing anymore. I've uninstalled Strava, installed it again, restarted my phone and refreshed Strava. Still not syncing. What do I need to do?

I'm developing a web app to fetch athletes activities in daily basic ( eg cycling) using API. While fetching API im not able to fetch date/time of activity and Athlete ID. Even I contacted strava help but they dint helped and said to refer community forum. Do someone have answer or reference to this issue. ( I hope strava limits are to ensure security) . Is there any way? 

Here's my original post. For awhile, it worked - your frequency of use determined the list hierarchy. But that has now STOPPED working AGAIN with the latest update:"The list for sports on the Apple Watch in the Strava App is incredibly long. We need a way to show only the sports we participate in. Your hierarchal solution based on frequency sometimes works and sometimes doesn't - or reverts after an OS update. Please give us the tools to customize this list."

So, I have been using strava for a long time, and from the last year, I have been seeing a lot difference in data between my Element bolt and the strava app. For example, today I rode my bike, and on my element I made a 27,2 km/h and on strava appeared 26,2 km/h. At the same time the moving time on my Element was 2 hours and 07 minutes and on strava was 2 hours and 12 minutes. Is there someting that I can do to change this?

Hi - My recent 5km run has got stuck and says "Processing activity" - I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting ideas and I really want it to work 😞

So I'm using Strava to track my activities in the gym, but I'm having a problem. I use a Galaxy Watch 7 with WearOS. When it syncs the activity the ending time goes as the start time and then calculates the ending time by the activity time. So if I do a session of 1h30 that ends at 6 pm, it goes to Strava as starting at 6 pm and ending 7h30pm. That is a problem as Strava doesn't have a treadmill option, so I use Samsung Health or Google Fit to track that, but when it logs the treadmill into Health or Google Fit after Strava syncs with those, the weight lift and treadmill appear as in a superposition and only count one of those activities. So basically Im asking if there's any way for the activity on the Watch syncs using the real start time or a easy way to edit that that doesn't involve the desktop and 3rd part websites

Since last days of February my swimming activities are displaying absurd distances althoug I always swimm the same distance (about 2km). Lately these 2km in Mi Fitness are translated to about 37Km (!!!) in Strava. There must be some interface issue:        

In https://developers.strava.com/docs/reference/ there are examples in C# using the com.strava.api.v3.api libraries, but where download the libraries from?I tried downloading from https://github.com/tdao7/.Net-Strava-API and some api calls work, but it is different from the examples in the documentation and other api calls don't work.

Is it possible to create or upload a route and add that particular route to a manually created workout? For instance a device dies during recording or the gpx file is corrupted. It would be nice to be able to use a previous duplicate route, draw a route, or upload a gpx of the route and add it. So let's say I go to my routes; just let me pick one and say add route to workout. Thanks.

I recorded by accident my road bike ride as an indoor kickr and therefore I’ve no mileage, map or results 😕😕 Of course it was an epic ride and wanted to convert to road bike. I use a wahoo element and even when I change it manually no data are showing. Any h et le would be greatly appreciated it. Many thanks

Hi,I've imported several years of data from Samsung Health and they all don't have a specific bike tagged.Unfortunately, I can't find a function where I can display all activities without an assigned bike and change them in one go. Is it possipossible? 

HelloI want to create app for me and my friends - around 10 people.We want to share out activities within this app but it will be only for our private usage. We want to scale some results within different types of activities and create ranking who made the longest distance.So I need to store in my private database  three information from Strava: date, distance, athlete name.Is it possible to store such information in private database? Because I found in API Agreement such statement: “your Developer Applications are prohibited from storing any Strava Data”
