ok, I’ll try this again. In my previous post I erroneously used the term BaseMap instead of FATMAP. SO…I downloaded FATMAP, but never got confirmation that it was linked to my Strava Premium. A couple of days later I deleted FATMAP and reinstalled. Now when I try to link the accounts, I get an error message stating that there is already a FATMAP account linked to my Strava. I can’t get past this point and therefore I have no way to download BaseMap routes to my account.My ultimate goal is to have the routes on my Garmin Edge 840, so if there is a workaround, I would welcome that as well. I did reach out to the Strava help desk. They replied asking me what my email was and then went radio silent to my further replies. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Strava seem to encourage users to self police segment leaderboards, however this is severely hampered by limits on the number of flags that can be raised on activities.I've tried to raise this issue via the ticket system, but each time my request is ignored and no feedback is provided.How do Strava expect users to perform this service if we can only flag a small number of invalid activities?If users don't have the tools to keep leaderboards clean and Strava won't perform this checking themselves how do they expect this task to be achieved?

I gave recently ridden a route in Dalby Forest, England.The segment is called get loose for Lewis. I rode the tarmac road near to it. Strava has twice recorded my ride on the road as a ride on the segment. I'm now K.O.M on a segment I didn't ride. I personally don't care about segments, but those who do will be quite pi..ed off at my false achievement knocking them further down the leaderboard. It's time the false recording of segments is tightened up for those who use it, and those that cheat deliberately, banned from using Strava.ADMIN, PLEASE ADDRESS THIS.

Por ejemplo, un triatlon se sube como 5 actividades, nadar, transicion, bici, transicion y correr. Estaria bien subirlo como una sola, al menos en garmin si aparece como 1 actividad. I have saved an activity from my Galaxy Watch 6, while on the watch it shows that the activity has been synced, on the phone app, there's a permanent display of "Processing Activity" showing up in my activity tab. I tried restarting my phone, login and out of the app, clearing cache on the phone, and tried resyncing on the phone, refreshing the activities by pulling down and it just won't disappear. While I already accepted the fact that activity has been loss, I wished the "Processing Activity" can at least be removed.  

today I ran a PR in my 10k and it didn’t show up. I’m not usually worried but there was a lot of hills and I could have quit but I didn’t lol any fix?

Hello, not sure if this is the right place to post this but I’m new to Strava and was wondering how can I see other people’s activities in my area? I feel like I can’t see anyone’s activities and nobody can see mine, my privacy and settings are all set to everyone

On my last 3 rides, my Strava route shows that I ended my ride sooner than I actually did. I sync my Sigma ROX 11.0 bike computer to Strava and upload my data after each ride. My Sigma app shows that I did the full route, however, Strava seems to come up with a random endpoint. This is not a privacy setting since that appears grey when looking at my routes, this is actually a little checkered flag showing I ended my ride in a location that I did not. Is there somewhere that lists all the IPs used by Strava in webhook requests? I tried to create a list based on the requests but suddenly new ips appeared in my logs and I can't find any place in the Strava documentation about the ips considered safe

we are developing a web application to monitor daily physical activities of out employees to enhance the quality of their lifestyle. We have over 20,000 employees and they will download Strava application and use when they engage with run or walking for exercise. Problem from developers side is the rate limit. Since we have a large number of employees  the default rate limit is not enough. How we can increase this? Please advise considering this as an top urgent requirement. Best Regards

Just found that I could not upload any GPX files in the route maker since yesterday. It just said" There was a problem processing this request. Please try importing your file again or try another file". However, Those GPX files could be uploaded without any issues before. Has anyone experienced this problem?

It would be nice to filter the import to certain activity types.For instance my walks are transferred to Strava and there I delete them.It would be much easier to exclude them from import.It is probably requested earlier, but I could not find it.

I recently started using strava again. When I woke up this morning I saw a friend had commented on my walk from last evening. When i went to go see it, my activity was not able to be viewed and an error was displayed. Strava also got rid of my walk from 2 days ago as well. If I do “search keyword” in the activities, I can see all of my activities listed (pic belo), but when I click into my most recent one, I get an error message. My friends also cannot see the disappeared activities on my profile. Has anyone seen this before?

I’ve been on leave and just logged on to give some kudos to some mates and nether the web nor app version of strava is showing any activity of any of the people I follow since 9 May.   I’ve been inactive but I’m pretty sure everybody else just didn’t stop exercising because I was in Italy eating gelato!

I really like the Relative Effort feature on Strava as I feel it helps with motivation. However, a couple of weeks back I did a Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LTHR) test and following this I adjusted my HR zones using the newly calculated LTHR. Since then it seems that the RE figures for my activities are quite a bit lower although I don't feel like I am working any less hard. Is this because of the change to my zones? The RE graph currently suggests I am working below average at the moment (very demotivating). Do I just have to wait for the average to sort itself out?

I can still see all the data (elevation chart, HR chart, cadence chart, etc.) on the web version of Strava, but the "View Analysis" button has disappeared from the phone app. Friends of mine can still see this when they view my workout, but I don't have an option to do this anymore on my phone.I upgraded my iPhone to v.17.5.1 yesterday afternoon and I have a feeling that this triggered a bug in the Strava iPhone app. I have deleted the app (and data) then reinstalled it but problem remains. Any other ideas?

The View analysis disappeared from my IOS app after I subscribed today. I cannot view my heart rate, elevation and speed curve on the app anymore. I tried updating to the latest App version from the App Store, and it's still the same.
