I did a ride yesterday.  When I finished I did not have internet (until the next day).  I stopped the activity and left it open over night.   Activity was gone this morning.  Is there a way to get it back?

I'm using the Indoor Run option to sync with treadmill runs. Consistently 0.1 to 0.15 miles behind actual. Outdoor runs no issues. Is there another setting to be adjusted?

Hi,  firstly apologies if this has been suggested or is fixable already within Strava. I'll be clear, I have not issue personally with heatmaps however, when I am following a saved route it is not helpful or useful having my global heatmap both the same colour and overlaid onto the map that I am trying to follow.  It would be more useful to have the saved route either as a separate colour or, preferably, turned off altogether.Trying to distinguish the route I am trying to follow from a heatmap that are both the same colour is confusing and quite frankly exasperating.

So, my main sport is mountainbike enduro racing and some XC riding. The decisions to block segments with a -0,25% slope removes 98% of the segments i want to ride and it includes both XC & enduro trails. I would like the option to sync those segments on my own risk to my polar watch so i can use the Live segments function. The only thing a want out of it is to see the final time when i have finished my run.Those segments are dangerous with rocks and trees so when strava decides to remove those segments for me it does nothing for my safety, One of the most popular XC trail nearby is claimed as hazardous because it has 2-3 50meter slopes on a 6km mostly flat trail, and it is a mess to send a "false hazardous flag" all the time

In my iOS App I implemented the authentication flow according to the Strava Documentation.Checking if the StravaApp is installed, if yes, I'm using <UIApplication.shared.open> to redirect to the StravaApp.If the StravaApp is not installed I'm using <ASWebAuthenticationSession>Everthing works OK, except in the case when the StravaApp is used for authentication.After the user has authorised the connection to Strava inside the StravaApp, it returns to my app but the callback to my AppDelegate never happens. I've finally gotten fed up with the Adidas Running app. It was terrific until Adidas bought it but it's gone steadily downhill. I have a Galaxy S22+ and a Galaxy Watch 5. The app constantly loses GPS connectivity and to top it off, most of the time it refuses to take the Samsung Health data to replace a bad workout. So, I've started a trial of Strava and can't seem to find out how to do the following which I can do with the Adidas app: Sync the heart rate monitor in the Galaxy Watch 5 which runs on Wear OS 3 (it didn't work with my Watch 4, either) to the app on the phone. Get audible feed back in time and distance. For instance, with the Adidas app, I can get feedback every two minutes and every half mile. I don't want to have to constantly look at my watch or to use the watch app to get that feed back. Looking forward to any advice anyone has.

It appears there have been some recent changes in routing that have started causing problems for me.Here's one example:https://www.strava.com/routes/3094852996270569588You can see that instead of simply going straight at the light and crossing the road, Strava's route turns right at Olympic, then makes an illegal U turn across two lanes of traffic. Totally bizarre.Can someone at Strava take a look? Thanks

All my activities are returning a value of 0 for total_photo_count even though they have photos. This was working until recently.. Any ideas?

I have a personal project where I am creating activities based on rides taken on a bikeshare program. I want to be able to calculate the CO2 saved by taking this form of transportation, as I see this data in the Strava platform but it isn't returned on the /activities/id API call. It would be amazing if this could be added.

in my opinion it makes no sense to assign the ranking for those who use an e-bike, e-mtb or other electric bikes (I have an e-mtb). The performance is not 100% of the athlete ...

I'm a subscriber who rides an ebike as well as a regular bike. 2 days ago my total mileage included both types of ride. Today, I see only the mileage for the regular bike, which is substantially less than my ebike total. Because I can't set a goal for my ebike rides (i.e. Strava doesn't let me), I use the total mileage to help me keep track of where I am with my personal goals. If Strava is going to make that widget to be only goal-oriented then they need to add another that is total mileage regardless of the bike type. So much for being an all-inclusive company!

Today I noticed that my latest Zwiftride started at 5 pm in Strava but I started it at 7 pm. Then I looked at my other rides and it seems like all my Zwift rides (more then 100 over the last year) got a starting time 2 hours earlier. No issue with real life rides. It's weird because it is the first time I see this. Could it be that the hours changed recently? Or is this a Zwift problem? Greetings

Hello, it is been a some month since the live segments doesn’t function anymore in my Garmin edge 520. If I’m racing a segment the Garmin show me that it is started but if I’m going on map page my position isn’t correct and if I go on the page were I can see the live times it say me that I’m not on the route. Instead, if I’m going in any page of a segment , when I’m not running, the maps, the ranking and the elevation are totally black without any information. I already try to reset my device and re starring the segments but had not changed nothing. Thanks.

There are not any docs for accessing photos. If we get a detailed activity through `/activities/{id}` we will get back a `photos` property that indicates:1. The location of the primary photo2. The number of photos uploaded to the activityBut there is not an array of photo ids. Someone on this board discovered that you can hit `/activities/{id}/photos` to get an activities photos, but there seem to be query parameters necessary to get back different photo sizes. We can guess that `?size=5000` will work, but I bet there are better ways to get back original images than guessing.Please document the photos API.

The docs for `DetailedActivity` claim that these fields are only for runs, but I seem them on rides as well. And what I am seeing makes no sense. I would assume the first split in each collection would be equivalent to one another, i.e. cover the same physical space on Earth. I've just started using the Apple Watch Ultra and its Workout app to record my runs, and I'm getting very mixed results with intervals. The other day, I did a simple fartlek run—1:05 on, 1 off, 12 reps—and everything imported just fine. Today I did a 10-minute warmup, a 6-mile steady state, and a mile cooldown—all built as a single Custom Workout, and the middle section came in as literally 100 segments, some of them as short as 15 seconds. I don't know if this is an Apple problem or a Strava problem, but it's a pretty weird one! Any insight here?
