Hi - quick intro - been on Stava for years but just subscribed and joined the forum. Was doing Triathlons, and might go back, but currently focussing on strength (Kettlebells) and running (trail running especially, thinking of going long..).Looking at maps on the iPhone, I see a nice list of some popular routes, but, of course, the screen is small. When I plan a route on the desktop I see the start point for these routes but can't access the full route. I'd like to be able to use parts of these popular routes in my own routes. Is there a way to display these?Thanks!

I love the ability to create and save Routes in the subscription version and find it very useful for planning multi-day tours and future holidays. It is very frustrating however that I can't seem to be able to search "My Routes" on either the app or web-based version. This was fine when I only had a few - but as they build up over time it is a real pain to find desired one whether to review, edit, share or use.There is a search bar with choice of activities, segments, athletes etc - but it disappears when it comes to "my routes' which I can't understand, having been able to set up, name and save routes.Am I missing some feature or something in settings? or do I have to use some other application to manage and plan routes?Grateful for any guidance.Thanks.

Anyone else unable to see Blybys yesterday or today? When I click on View Flybys, Strava Labs opens but then I see "Error: Server error! Reload to try again". After the last media-related update of the web version, all previously entered photo descriptions are deleted when you edit anything in the activity. I had lost quite a few of them before I knew what is going on 😞

Hello, for some reason, Strava will no longer save the indoor cycling tag on my activities. As such, it does not remove the map and post relevant data charts for an indoor ride (HR, power, cadence etc.). I have tried multiple times to select the tag and hit save like I have always done. Any suggestions would be appreciated!Thank you.

Currently, when I ride, I simply click the "record" button and then save that activity. It shows nicely in my Activity Feed, and tracks in my statistics.Now I have entered a Route into Strava and will use the app for navigation. Will that automatically create an Activity? or do I need to also click the "record" button?Thanks!

It would be great if Strava had an ability to submit bug reports where the submitter would be at least told that the bug has been acknowledged versus ‘works as intended’ or ‘no intent to fix’.  Submitting bugs as ‘feedback’ gives no acknowledgment so one ends up submitting the same feedback repeatedly.it’s telling that even here in this forum, there are no labels specific to bug reporting or support

How does the summary that is sent by email at the end of the year calculated?  Does it go from January 1st to December 31st or a different date?  Does it count in manual activities or does it only do recorded ones.

How do you make new segments?  Can you see all of them when you are on the free mode and private?

If I go on a mountain bike ride with nothing but my HRM and my Garmin, Strava gives me a ride that shows me where I went, a graph of all my HR data, and a realistic estimate of my calories burned.If I go on a hike with nothing but my iPhone to record on, Strava gives me my  route and my estimated calories burnedBut if I go sculling with nothing but my HRM and the iPhone I record on, Strava does give me a row that shows me where I went and a graph of my HR data. But it fails to estimate my calories expended. This is frustrating: if I export my row to Training Peaks, that big fat zero for calories expended throws off TP’s estimate of my TSS, fatigue, etc.Why does Strava not estimate my expended calories when rowing?

The mobile route builder is very poor quality at the moment. Not being able to choose terrain is a no-go on many road bikes. If you're touring and have no easy access to the desktop version, it's basically useless. Last time it tried to guide me up a mountain through a steep dirt trail instead of following a slightly longer paved road. There is a lot of MTB around, don't get the heatmaps mixed up! Speaking of gradients: also on desktop, why not have a filter based on max grade and not only elevation? Sounds like a neat idea. Speaking of desktop version on mobile: constantly redirecting me to the LIMITED app is simply annoying. I am using my browser instead of the app on purpose! Just ask the user whether they want the desktop or mobile version when they enter the website, like most others do. I imagine that a large proportion of Strava users have multiple bikes for different types of rides(road, mountain, gravel, Peloton...).  Two key issues.  1) It is far too difficult to assign a particular bike to a ride.   It would of course be ideal to be able to pre-assign diff bikes by ride type(e.g. Trail ride = mountain bike / Peloton Ride = Peloton bike).  Short of that, making it easier to manually assign specific equipment to an activity would be a big improvement.  Presently takes multiple steps to get that done.  Why can't it just be done with a pull down within each activity. 2) eBikes need to be directly addressed.  It's becoming obvious in some of the leaderboard comparisons that ebike results are being ranked against non-ebike times.  I suggest that the difficulty in assigning equipment to an activity makes this problem much more likely.  Many people won't make the effort to manually fix each ride

In the spirit of making Strava even more "smart", it would be nice if we could automatically tagg certain activities based on historical ones. Eg. If I am commuting every morning / evening (Home > Work and Work > Home), the system should be able to automatically label the future ones as CommuteIf I am hiding some activities from my feed (eg. all Commute ones), the system should be able to hide them in the future as well 

Hello, can you please athletes select which top 4 clubs they want to show up on their profile page before clicking on clubs and displaying all of them. Seems to be random but would be awesome if it could pick which ones we want displayed 24/7 on our profile page. Thanks for your time and consideration 🤙 

Hello Strava fam; excited to explore this community hub more.I have an idea that I would love to see become a feature. We need more personalized physical tokens in our lives! If I earn a KOM, or become a Local Legend, or do a Century/Marathon…I would love the option to pay $2.99 for a small personalized sticker…or pay $19.99 for a T-Shirt to be shipped directly to me. **bleep**, if it’s a really big deal, do a trophy!Make it a 1-Click process right after I upload/complete the ride; have all of my credit card info and shipping info pre-filled. It should be a impulse purchase and then a delightful surprise when it shows up.What do you think?

I'd really like to explore this project, but it doesn't seem to work.There's an error that can be seen in the browser console.I've also found this reddit comment where others seem to have the same problem.It'd be awesome if this project would work again:)

Hello all,I'm new here and unsure if this is the right place to post my issue.  Perhaps it's been discussed before, if so : my apologies.Me and my friends are rather competitive and are the proud owners of several KOM's.  There is this guy who steals our KOM's on a regular basis, using a speed-pedelec on the commute.  We must have flagged him like 100 times the last couple of years.  We can't reach out to him via his profile because his settings are private.  Do we have to keep flagging him untill we die or is there another way to solve this issue once and for all ?Thx for your input.

It would be great if the app would tell me when  a segments is starting and ending on bike rides so I can push it or try to beat the fastest. 

I forgot to start my Garmin until halfway into my ride. Is there a way to correct the starting point on an in-and-out ride where the start and finish points are the same?

I was a free user for a couple years, and decided to upgrade when features were taken away from me, I am sure in an effort to convert users to pay, that makes good business sense.  After being Premium for two years, I would like to see my membership fees going to provide more and better services to members.  Instead it seems like the free users (like my GF) get more and more limits on the services provided.  I understand the push to get people to convert, but as a paying member, I would like to see that my money is going toward improve the service not just further limit free people. It is seriously getting me to consider another service. I am not a "power user" and I cannot tell you what would make it better, sorry.  One last thing: Local legend status for only three attempts seems pretty silly.  I am not sure of many legends that have only done something three times.  Maybe the limit should be something mor "legendary", like 10.   Please give
