I’ve uploaded a run 40 mins ago and the app is still saying processing. I’ve read a few posts about this and tried all the steps with no luck. Hoping it’s just Strava being slow as it was a PB run. Anyone else having the issue ? 

Hi, when I import an activity from Apple 'health' into strava my route or maps are not importing. These are originally recorded in the workout app of Apple Watch Ultra. Just the basic info such as distance / time / duration etc is coming across fine, so the accounts are linked ok.  I cannot see if there is anything in permissions etc that affects specifically the route / mapping data. Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but any advice appreciated.  Thanks 👍

I've recently noticed that in addition to segment PRs I've had a third fastest over 50 km medal. Frustratingly, there appears to be nowhere to check best efforts over time/distance for cycling although there is one for running. I assume the data is there otherwise how did Strava know that was my 3rd fastest time. Why is there no equivalent table for cycling - it's like finding out you're 3rd on a segment but having no segment leaderboard to judge how far off moving up a place is. Can we have a cycling Best Efforts table please?

It seems there's been some changes I can't figure out. On the mobile app, I can no longer access my saved routes via Maps. I can hit record, press the squiggly line button and then choose to use a saved route. But I rarely use it that way.  Before I could just go to my saved via Maps, check out the route profiles like elevation etc, and then head back out of that. For example to use when I'm not running.  Anyway, does anyone know what happened and if there is a new way to scroll through my file of save routes?  Thanks 

UPDATE FROM STRAVA: Hi all! We've released a fix that should resolve this issue! Please let us know if you are still missing activities from your personal heatmap.   Looks like no activity routes have updated on my heatmap since March 25th. I did the trick for a few (changing the sport back and forth) and that seemed to work. But I won't be doing that for the 25~ or so activities I have done since March 25th.  What's going on Strava? Heatmaps are the only reason I pay for premium and it would be nice if they worked. 

Please help… I bought a Fitbit inspire 2 for the sole purpose of recording swims on Strava. I’ve synchronised both accounts and tested a walk with just the Fitbit (phone left at home) and upon finishing the walk as I returned home, Strava had uploaded the walk by itself. I thought my swim would do the same. But nothing had uploaded to Strava. I see no way of doing it other than to press the record button on my phone before I get into the pool… but even then I worry it won’t track any movement from my Fitbit as my phone will be still in my bag!?… does anyone else struggle with getting this to work!? Any tips are welcomed! Thanks in advance 

Your Strava fitness number has nothing to do with fitness. It goes up when you overtrain and down when you taper for a marathon. Strava should rename it to what it really is: "recent training load."

Hello there, I'm trying to re-ignite this post after a few months of "forgetting about it".... I've tried submitting a support ticket/request, but the problem is my account password and email address are null and void, which is the original problem! Therefore it's impossible for me to create a ticket as I'm always asked to login. So I'm just going round in circles!! Can I simply create a new account and import the data of all my historic bike rides etc, across to the new account??  Please advise. P.s. hopefully you can view the attached screenshot of my attempt to "change email"....and view the random email address created by Google play many years ago(I was 36 then and 49 now!). I never used it for anything other than Strava, and I've remained permanently logged in to this day, hence I've no idea what the password is. I've tried the obvious ones with no luck.  This email address is 13 years old and never used as a primary address.

I have a large number of users attached to a push subscription - all was working until around the 28th April.  Now only a handful of users' data is coming through.For those that aren't I have verified I have live keys/tokens for them and I am able to manually poll and fetch their activities.My endpoint seems to be working and I have had it write to a log file each time it is called and that log file is very barren!I have checked my subscription is still set up correctly using the push_subscriptions endpoint and it looks fine.The one elephant in the room is that I have moved the site to a new host in the small hours of Monday morning.  So the IP address has changed but the domain is still the same - I'd be suprised if you are using the IP address anyway.Any thoughts on what is going wrong here?  Or maybe there's a fault with the subs service at the moment?Andrew 

I have an hour-and-a-half long workout that's not uploading to my account, just keeps stuck on processing. I've logged out and in, I've tried refreshing many times and tried uploading a new activity, with no solution.

Hi, I need some help and don't know the best way to ask. I have the Strava app since 2020, granted on older phones.  Using it till yesterday 30 April 2024. Today I had some issues, so after restarting my phone with no luck.  I uninstalled the app, to reinstall it. I know can't I stall it as it won't work on mine. As I said I have an older android phone, Archie 50 power. What has changed since yesterday for it not to work? It was fine yesterday.   Thanks

However, our callback url is behind an AWS WAF and hence notifications from Strava are getting blocked. Can you please provide a list of IPs to whitelist so that we can unblock Strava traffic?

I have been using Strava API to extract club data to collect data from 2024 from all members. Because the club was made in December 2023, I was originally got some data from 2023, which I excluded through ignoring the first 40 runs.Since then, when I run the application, without excluding the runs and the only if statements being to only include runs, the API extracts 207 runs, whereas I am expecting 218 plus those extra 40 runs that were originally included.Looking at each page, as only 200 results are allowed per page, the first page has 200 results, second page 7 and third page 0.Does anyone have any idea what may be causing the issue where the earliest runs are being excluded?

Think I've got things a little messed up - I use Strava, Apple Watch and a Garmin Edge 530 for my cycle rides but having loads of problems with duplications everywhere. Furthermore - todays ride (on Strava app and website) shows no heart rate data. Heart rate data DOES show on my Garmin Connect, Apple Fitness App though (latter under the Strava tag). Not sure if I should just start everything from scratch. Anyone else use these three apps/devices? How do you manage yours? Sorry for such a complex question on my first visit here. Many thanks S

In the last couple of weeks I've noticed a problem with run data imported to Strava from Apple Fitness. Strava reports the distance correctly, but the time – both elapsed and moving – is too short, so the pace quoted by Strava is too fast. It's not the same as this issue previously reported by @Jeroentje, because I don't believe it relates to the difference between total time and moving time. Instead, I think the import process is breaking off prematurely, before Strava has received all the data. An example: my last run as recorded by Apple was 4.88 km in a total of 31:40 minutes. The average pace shows as 6:29/km, which I know is about right. My Apple Watch has auto-pause turned on, but I didn't stop and didn't pause manually. So I'd expect the total and moving times to be very c

On interval training, I often want to copy the details (what reps, etc) from when I've done the activity before. It would be nice to find that older activity, immediately highlight the text, and copy/paste it to the new activity. But I have to go into 'edit' the older activity to highlight the text, then 'save/discard' the no change, in order to get that text. So the ability to highlight and then copy any text on the main page would be a useful addition. Android app.

Recently the Orange heatmap that is used to show where you have been as 'Personal Heatmap' in route creation has changed.Im just wondering if there is a way of changing it back to the old orange personal heatmap as this new version is horrid for trying to discern roads that haven't been ridden.

I am very satisfied with Strava. However, not about displaying long activities among all other activities of your followers and sharing a long activity @Social Media.For example, yesterday I cycled the touring version of the Amstel Gold Race. This took me about 8:45 hours.If I look to and share my activity, the elapsed time is displayed there. This is 3 hours longer. So everyone thinks I cycled for 11:45 at a very slow pace. Why do you see the moving time on short routes and the elapsed time on long routes? 

I exported from Zepp files in .cvs format. Is it possible to import it into Strava account? I want to see all data in one account.Thanks in advance for help.

Hi - I cannot start my strava from my watch, it says log in on the app when I press it on my watch? I have tried the suggestions re privacy settings etc? Can anyone help please?
