Hello,I've been running the past couple of months with my Mi Band 6 registering the running data. I synchronizes with the Zepp life app and this app synchronizes with Strava.The problem is, the tempo analysis in both apps are different. I want to know what is closest to the truth?

Hey community, I did a 350km bike ride on Sunday and tracked it with my Apple Watch. As always, I then upload the activities manually via the import function in the app. My Problem: The workout is not uploading. I‘ve waited for ours and the icon is moving and moving and moving .. but no result or error is being showed. I guess the file size could be the problem here, but I can’t find a solution on what to do. Also the „export all data“-function inside Apple Health is not doing anything, so I can’t get the file manually from Apple Health (I guess there are just too many workouts to export, I‘m doing multiple workouts per day for a few years now). Any Ideas? BestJan

As the title says, the Training Log on my computer has gone haywire. All the other pages and reports are fine, just as they were in previous days. The Training Log used to show  each week across the screen. Now each item, titles, activities etc. are all in a single column down the left side. I have restarted my computer and tried everything I can think of in settings and have been unable to fix it. I don't know where the correct place is to post this. I've only been a member since early January. I appreciate any input I can get.

Hello,I'm using ActivityFix and I have created a rule that on the title add my average pace, it works but my problem is that pace is shown in the format hh:mm:ss which is very inconvenient, I was wondering if there is a way to show it in mm:ss Does anybody  know ?Thanks

I searched the documentation and couldn't find how I can access partial km information.Example: 5km run1st km - 4.562nd km - 4.593rd km - 5.104th km - 5.235th km - 5.43There is a way to list all activities for a given period and have access to the following information that I included in the example above.

Only option for activity type is commute. When will this be fixed? Can they at least add training and race? 

I'm not seeing the map at all on Chrome (123.0.6312.59 on Mac OS X 14.3.1) for create/edit/view of routes.  Using the developer tools in the browser, I see issues with cross-origin read blocking on multiple Javascript files: _buildManifest.js, _sshManifest.js, _app-4c08fa1e3bc6eabe.js.  (And I see those as 403 response codes in the network information for the page load.)

Tried 2 different laptops (Chromebook and Mac) and the 'create a route' section is not working. There is no map visible, the page just seems frozen. I've turned the computers off and back on again, but still no luck.Any idea to solve this? Never had a problem before

I'm using Strava for a long time without any issues. Yesterday was the first time where I added two people to a run. Everything worked fine. Afterwards one of those persons deleted this activity from theirs. Now I have the problem, that my app doesn't work anymore. The home tab tries to load activities but stays white. When I reinstall the app and login at least the activities show for some time, but when I want to try to record a new activity, the map is black. Also if I open the map of an existing activity it is black. When I close the app and open again I'm back to the beginning -> No activities load, the screen stays white. I already deleted the activity which I suspected caused this behavior.Device: Google Pixel 8 Pro with latest software updates. 

Hi I am still having issues with my rides uploading .I have  a Garmin edge 830 and until 2 weeks ago was working great , complete ride - save - then it automatically uploaded to Strava .then it stopped . I followed advice and deleted Garmin connect then reinstalled, this never worked .i I had same issue with Apple Watch - tried using Strava that way - also still not uploading.Advice I was given was log into Garmin on a pc save ride then upload to starva .this isn’t practical and defeats the object of a portable device .please can someone help ?

I have my Strava feed set to "latest activities" so that I can scroll through and kudos to everyone on my feed. This works fine for activities, I kudos them and never see them again. But any kind of "post" whether it is from a club or individual shows up over and over and over again even after I have given kudos. I don't want to see the same club post in my feed every time I scroll Strava, this has resulted in me just leaving any club that posts regularly because I got tired of having to scroll past the same post 5-10 times in my feed.   I request that if a person has already given kudos to a post, don't show it again outside of chronological order. If you want to keep showing me stuff I haven't given kudos to in case I didn't see it, OK that makes sense but the current state doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.

In the section where it shows splits I am wanting to know what GAP time is. Today is the 1st day I have got these times along with my pace.  I am wondering how it is calculated. Thanks

Every single "feature" that seems to have been added in the last year+ clearly has a percentage-based rollout flag, but none of them have toggles in settings for enabling/disabling by choice. Clearly this would be very simple to implement, but user control is not at all prioritized. I use Strava enough that my friends ask why I don't have a subscription and this is always the answer, because I have absolutely no faith in the direction of their product development. Each time they add something like this all it does is make me use the product a bit less. Alas who really expects them to care, especially as it really does not change my life much, but wouldn't it be so awesome if they did?

I found a road with a wrong surface type while planning a route on Strava. I checked on OSM and, on there, the surface is indeed correct from at least 5 years. How can a user report/fix this kind of errors?

Why does Strava correct my tempo times when importing from another app?

I'm a subscriber and I've created segments before. Now, when I open a run a recently did and click on the create a segment feature, the Create a Segment page/wizard doesn't load. I use a Macbook Air 2020, with MacOS Monterey and Safari.
