Hi All, I am having serious problems with my Strava PB’s and Best Efforts. I have recently go back into running and have started to take it more seriously than ever before, however, I have noticed that when completing my runs my account is no longer showing when I have got a PR, even though it should have. And according to Strava I only have one PB for a 5K I did years ago.  I have gone onto the desktop and refreshed my Best Efforts but to no avail. I have attached some images for context.    Thanks! 

So I will be using an apple watch soon and really want to use apples running interface.  I understand that i can make it automatically sync the apple workout to a strava workout, but will the running route be placed in my strava workout as well? Thank you

Hello,I requested a rate increase via email over a month ago and have not yet received a response. We now cannot serve our user base anymore and it affects our service. Our growth is still significant, and we strive to minimize the number of requests. In the past, I proposed a solution that would enable developers to easily and effectively reduce the number of requests. I different types of workouts on Strava and the training log ends up a bit of a mess.  For some reason there is a huge differentiation in color for Ride (strava orange) vs Virtual Rides (redish-brown)... but then "Weight Lifting" is also redish-brown?? Makes viewing and looking for trends/patterns and planning upcoming activities tricky.  Can someone update these colors, or maybe default to some different ones based on what is used?   For instance if someone only uses Strava for Rides, Golf, Football, Sailing, and Skateboarding... every circle would be ORANGE based on the legend.  Can this maybe be adjustable? Can Ride and Virtual Ride be closer in color so as to not be the same as WeightTraining?

Please can we change the units we use for different sports - I like to use miles for running and cycling but I don’t want to see yards for swimming I’d like to see meters instead. This shouldn’t be too hard to implement and I’m sure people would really appreciate it

Strava does a LOT of things well.  One area they desperately need to improve upon is communicating with their users.  I have been told by customer support that the developers read and review our ideas, but in my experience, they fail to communicate with the user population.  A great example is the increasing activity in requesting the rucking add.  They are silent to our inquiries.  I'm sure if I dug into other ideas, I would find a similar lack of acknowledgment of the users.Strava, communication is paramount to loyalty.  This ask isn't unreasonable; we don't expect an answer to every comment, but periodic updates make your customers feel valued, especially considering a membership is on the higher end.  You aren't doing a good job selling value by ignoring users asking questions.

Strava famously makes login for existing users difficult in order to make it maximise the ease of the signup flow. I take that as a given, even if I don't like it very much.But:Please introduce some abort function in the signup flow! I recently stumbled into the signup flow to to being unconcentrated and being unsure which of my email adresses (yes, that's a thing, people who have more than one) to use for login and getting back to the login screen was almost impossible without a brute force cookie reset!Suggestions, would not hurt to implement all of them:offer a path from signup to login on posting an email address already connected to an account (if that already exists: it lacks compatibility with addresses on a subdomain!)an abort button somewhere on the modal dialog that requires name and birthday before any interaction including logoutan abort option in the confirm email address mail. Hi team,I had activities on zepp app, having map data, when it synced to strava automatically. Then access to strava, Strava doesn't have map, and it show 'treadmill' instead.How to solve this issue. Thanks alot

We went for a long ride this morning. once home, I synced my garmin edge with Garmin connect. Shortly after that, the app updated. i wanted to look at my ride in Strava and found out that my ride wasn’t uploaded. Anyone had the same issue? What should I do? thanks for your help!

Please could somebody help! I accidentally deleted my London Marathon run from Sunday and it had so many lovely comments that I'm afraid ill never get back.I have submitted three ticket requests to Strava - two of which have been marked as solved but have had no response to say if it can and will be restored? Hello! I've been having this problem for almost 6 months now. Workouts from the third-party MyWhoosh and ThinkRider apps are not uploaded to Strava. Everything worked fine before. No loading lately. Who knows what the problem is?

 Hiya, I recorded a full day of alpine skiing from 10:00am to 6:50pm on my Apple Watch. I paused on my breaks and restarted when setting off again. When I finished the day I hit finished and done. When looking at the final upload it only counted 7 runs and 26km. I probably did twice the amount of that and can also see that the activity map hasn’t included some of the runs and lifts I travelled on. Im certain I hadn’t forgotten to start my watch, as the elapsed time was 7hrs but the uploaded is 3 hours less. I’m stumped. 

I noticed that when the same exact Zwift climb from the climb portal, appears in both Watopia and France, Strava can't compare the segments, likely due to their different names. Hi all,It seems Garmin still not syncing with Strava two weeks after the apparent fix.Garmin data goes to connect app instantly with no issue but Strava simply doesn’t receive data.Strava moderators offered a manual solution which works fine but this issue needs sorting.As a paying Strava subscriber it’s very disappointing.

Is there any way you can view your Strava stats broken down by year?id like to see my total stats for running/cycling for 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023 & 2024!?

Because of GPS or some other reason that I don't know about: When I finish 1 activity and start another activity (within 1 minute) the GPS is showing 2 different locations (in the same area is park) so I was suspected by the organizers of using 2 Apple Watches and 2 iPhones to log in with 1 account. How can you check for me: how many phones and how many watches I am using when connecting (syncing) to this 1 account (Log or Device ID…)I want to prove that I don't cheat and give my best to the competition.

Hello! I have one question though! When I go to the gym for a spin class, I can't directly add the distance covered to my profile? Am I not able to do it or is it not possible? Every time I have to manually add the spin workout and the distance, and it's not convenient.Can you explain this to me or provide a solution? Thanks!  

Seems that in the website heatmap, all the availble sports are shown, including eMTB. But this is NOT the case in the app (latest version in iOS). Why such outcasting to this sport? It really gives the impression is done on purpose...(And I'm both an MTBer as well as as SL-eBiker....).

 If we look at the distance of each split, the splits are not exactly at 1 km mark.would like to know the difficulty (in terms of both hardware or technical related) in dividing the splits by exactly 1km each. 

The App for IOS has a small visual issue. The notification badge is red and does not match the orange layout. i know that’s picky, but I wanted to mention it. Kind regards   

Hi All, Yesterday my Strava went crazy and added nearly 1Km to my usual running track.it means that now my Personal Bests are impossible to beat and all my statistics are affected.Is there a way to keep the activity without it affecting the statistics or changing the distance without cutting the time?is there otherwise another way to fix the issue?thanks all and have a great day!Andrea

Premium Subscription subscribers (and arguably, ALL users) should have ALL their photos and videos accessible and visible to both themselves and their followers.The 100 image limitation is bull**bleep**. It did not originally exist once they introduced photos/videos. We should be able to infinite-scroll through our own or other person's image/video timeline to enjoy all their experiences.100-images is basically 10 runs/rides only. This is some serious cheap-skate nonsense from Strava for the purposes of saving some coin on AWS blob storage.
