If a heart rate sensor follows GATT Heart Rate Profile 1.0 and Heart Rate Service 1.0 can connect to Strava？Or you have more requirements? 

Hey,  I've messed up.  I plugged in my Garmin Edge (secondary device) while Express was running and now I have duplicates of ~230 activities.  Is it possible to have these bulk deleted (pretty please!).They were all uploaded from my edge 500 on Monday May 13th.

Hey guys. Is there any way to get active calories using Strava API (or even as regualr user in strava app)? Like they have it in Garmin. Looks like Strava doesn't do thatIf not, is it proper way just to do something like 0.9 * calories? But this way will not work if the activity wasn't "active" enough. If I'm sitting at the table i think strava will give me some "calories" value - and all of them won't be active, so I can't just multiply by 0.9

I ran a PR in the Half Marathon yesterday but it’s not showing as such. Has anyone had this issue and if so, how is it resolved? 

Hi, Any ideas on this one? I recorded a cycle today on my Garmin which sync'd to Strava, but it's not showing up on the mobile app. The app registers that I did an activity, but there's nothing in the feed or activities. When I log on to the Desktop version it shows the activity in My Activies but not in my feed. I've noticed that the elapsed time is 11457hrs (legs are sore after that!!), could this be causing the problem? I deleted the activity and uploaded the gpx from my Garmin and it's still the same. I've logged out of the app and Desktop version, logged back in. I recorded another activity and it seemed to come up fine. Any ideas would be much apprciated. If it's not on Strava.... Hi! I've just changed my bike device with a shanren and I can't autorize the uploading to my strava profile because of a 403 error about the limit of athlete already conexed.How can I solve the problem?Thanks ti anyone will help me!

I was off STRAVA for about 6 months. I'm a paid subscriber. When I went back on to upload a cycling ride I was met with a blank screen with some headers. After searching through the headers I found my activities. But, I can't find the rides of any of the people I'm following. I went to the profiles of these people and it says I'm following them. What is going on? FWIW a couple sent me kudos for my recent rides so I know they see me. STRAVA customer service is worse than useless. They don't return emails.

Two Questions:I understand that if we are Flagged, we should get a notification.... Where are we notified?How do I identify activities that may have been flagged?  I've been using Strava for a few years but never noticed any flags until I stumbled across a flagged activity from over a year ago.  To my knowledge, I was never notified and there was nothing obvious about my activity list .

Hi all,Seems google has released new login screen and that could have impacted signup in strava.I have tried to create a new account using an already existing Gmail account, and Strava returns me an error that I have to accept to share name info.. but indeed I do not see any screen to accept anything, Strava throws directly error, has someone else having same issue? 

Today I made my PR in the 10km with this run, but I am not getting the golden medal symbol in the top right corner of the activity. The next picture highlights what is the problem.The thing is: the PR is correctly recorded in my all time PR record page, but even if i go to the activity achievements section there is no medal or no message that say "you recorded you 10km PR".The acticity was recorded with a Garmin watch and I did not stop to take a break during the activity.This started happening since last friday.For comparison, the next picture shows an activity which correctly shows the medal symbol. Also: I am getting this problme both on desktop version (pc) and mobile app (IOS).I tried the "refresh activity achievement" tool

Just logged in this afternoon and my 2024 AND 2023 totals are WAAAAY off.  Looks like over 2/3rds of my miles,rides,elevation are gone.  Looked at several athletes I follow and same thing.  Our 2022 and earlier numbers are all correct.  But our 2023 and 2024 numbers are suddenly waaaaay low.  The weekly totals are correct and the rides are all there to see.  But the totals are off.  Screenshot below is from this afternoon.  This morning Strava correctly reflected me having 220 activities for 2024, 7737.8 miles and 410,081 feet elevation gain.  Now it shows 84 activities, 3083 miles and 113,519 feet elevation gain?  What gives.  I am a premium member as well.  Funny how our monthly fees just went up and then this.  

Nothing's happening. It won't load or find the right geolocation or anything.   

I have installed and given all the required permissions to strava app on mobile as well as on my galaxy watch 4 classic.When I start recording from the watch, everything works fine and gets synced with mobile when the activity is over.But when I start recording from my mobile (so that I can see the route while I am on my bike), heart rate data is not recorded from the watch.Also, on the record screen of mobile app, watch is not shown under the available sensors.

Looking for some help…My Apple Watch says 8:55 minute miles, but then when I upload to Strava it says 8:27 minute miles, I ran with someone else who’s watch and strava say 8:55 minute miles. How can I fix this problem? 

I've just attempted my second ever Zone 2 run which on a tech front was a bit of a fail. About 4 months ago i had tried the same zone 2 run and found the alerts when going out of zone 2 really useful. Today however I tried the same but for some reason was unable to set up the alerts to track from my Galaxy 6 watch, to my phone and buds.I regularly synch workouts to my phone from my watch, but when starting to record a run, I press the heart and it doesnt show that the watch is available and therefore i cannot select a zone 2 session... or at least i'm fairly certain thats how it worked out last time.If anyone has any tips or advice of what i need to do to be able to get the heart rate zone alerts back whilst on a run, it would be very much appreciated.

I recently connected strava with my mi fitness app that i have been gathering ally training data in. It seems like i managed to connect with strava but non of my old training data has synced into strava. Any fixes on how to inport this data?

Hi there, i´m just trying out a bit the Strava API to explore whats possible. I recently stumbled across the endpoint to list all users activities. I have tried this myself, but found that there is a limit of retrieving only the last recent 200 activities. Is there any chance to litterally retrieve all activities from that user uploaded to strava? I have myself more than 2000 uploaded activities and would really like to get all of them. Do you know if there is any chance to increase that limit or get all activities?  

Hi there I set my PB a little while ago and it's not showing in my best efforts, can anyone help is it's not pausing and the elapsed time and moving time match. My time previously was 28.25

When i am trying to connect more than one athletes.I got a error Error 403: Limit of connected athletes exceeded.I checked my settings i saw that no of athletes allowed to connect - 1.Its a issue because of athletes limit or my side.If athletes limit issue how can i increase the limit. 

Could someone please explain to me how Strava can create a new profile from Facebook when I already have one?  Years ago when I created my Strava account I logged in via Facebook and have a profile which I have been using successfully for several years.  On Sunday evening, I wanted to explore the possibility of subscribing to Strava and disconnected that profile from Facebook in order to create a more secure login via email.  No password reset was sent to me so I then logged back into Strava via Facebook and was shocked to find that I now have a new athlete profile attached to my email but with no activities logged.  I can still see my original profile as I know my original athlete number and have manually typed it into the web address bar.  My Garmin is also still uploading my activities to my original profile but I cannot log into it.  How can this happen as Strava insists that an account can only have one email address?  I have been trying

Hi, API sends strange laps data via getLapsByActivityId  for short activities (less than 5km) with incorrect start_index and end_index of each lap.For example, https://www.strava.com/activities/11280411371/lapsEach lap is equal 1km.API for it returns:"distance": 1000,"lap_index": 1,"split": 1,"start_index": 0,"end_index": 93,In Streams data distance for index 93 is 300 m,  time 93 seconds. Should be 1000 m and about 284 seconds. The same for other laps. So all data from Streams matched with such indexes are incorrect and doesnt correspond with lap data in Strava via activity link above.For activities with distance above 5km all data is correct.  Will be appreciated for any advices how get correct data for laps.Thanks! 

IS there any way of getting Strava (on the web and on the Android app) of showing the average speed for each run instead of the average pace.  I have used a couple of other apps that allow you to specify your preference, but I could not see such a setting in Strava on the web or in the app.  This app is not of much use to me without this feature.  I know many (most?) people prefer to see the pace, but I prefer speed (km/h).  

Hi My zepp - amazfit- does not upload map data to strava automatically.And I have figured out online that if I create my zepp account with the US region instead of Korea, the issue can be solved.  However as I have used my zepp account with KR(South Korea) region, I dont want to recreate my zepp account ended up losing my past data. Can you solve the issue?
