Hi Team,Am using {{baseUrl}}/clubs/:id/members?page=<integer>&per_page=30 to fetch the members of a club. But in the response am getting just initial for the last name. Is it possible to fetch the full firstName and lastName of the members of a club.

Since a few days the heatmap doesn‘t include my trailruns (only under all activities). I‘d like to see them together with my road runs in the heatmap (or have finer grained options to select the sub-types) as it was before. Combining this with cycling activities makes no sense for me.

Hello everyone!Recently I used Strava to drive along a GPS track and saw that there was no option for voice messages saying, for example: turn right, left, continue straight, et.Strava only tells me meaningless things like: you stopped, started riding, resumed riding. It doesn't make sense because I know such things myself...If there are such options in Strava, where to look for them in the settings? And if they don't exist, I think it's a big minus compared to other cycling programs.Please help!J.

I wonder if Strava can address the following annoyance with the route editor: I am trying to plan a route in my neighborhood - mostly to know what mileage to expect when I go for a run. In my neighborhood many streets have sidewalks next to them on the map. I find that Strava route editor is absolutely unable to jump from a street to a sidewalk next to it or, for example, to cross a street. These are quite neighborhood streets with almost no traffic that pedestrians cross at will. It seems silly that Strava makes a long detour to a nearest intersection just to cross the street there as shown in the picture above. The only solution that I can find is to switch to a manual mode. In the screenshot attached above, I've clicked on the sidewalk. If I click on the road then it can make the turn without the detour, but then later it is still unable to jump from the road to

I've already done everything according to the guide in the settings, also reinstalled. But still no subscription.The support also does not answer me, I checked the spam folder. Subscription is not available for a month, although I paid for a year at the beginning of the month.

My achievements disappeared weeks ago and when I follow your advice - nothing happens. Having googled it & checked on reddit, I am not alone. Can you mend this please?

I am having trouble syncing Apple Watch activity of Pilates and pickleball to the Strava app. I have forced closed the Strava app on my watch and closed the Strava app on my phone, but still no interface of data. Syncing of runs and rides from watch to Strava app on phone works fine. Any troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated. 

 Since yesterday the mobile map function is not working and I can't retrieve new and saved maps. I opened a ticket but no answer so far. Any idea on what's going on 

We are planning for the implementation of the web hook subscription.A few questions pop up:1. in the https://www.strava.com/settings/api page: Do we need to change the authorization callback domain?2. Do our users to reconnect our app to Strava?3. Does a manual exsist that guides us from the current way of polling for results to the new webhook system? Our preference is that the users will not experience any negative issues only positive such as a quicker response after a training session. Any help is welcome.

Sometimes when I finish an activity and sync it via Garmin Connect I don't get all segment achievements until I use the "Refresh Activity Achievements" function on Strava Web. But how I am supposed to even know that segment achievements are incomplete. I can only see that if I look at every segment individually. For example, here is the same activity after I initially uploaded it (as seen about 1 hour later after the upload) vs. after refreshing the activity achievements:

Hi guys 'n gals, I really hope you can help me with this one as it is still causing me problems.There are a number of routes that when I go out and ride the starred segments don't show on my Garmin Edge. I have tried removing them, and then adding them again, but this doesn't help. I am able to add new segments which appear like as normal, it's just a lot of my favourite segments I've had from the beginning no longer show -  it's harming my ride experience. I  really hope someone has a solution to this problem.Many thanks in advance of a reply.Kind regards, Chris.

The "Crop" utility for trimming activities with GPS data is really nice, but sadly there is no update event emitted to subscribers, so 3rd party apps are not aware of the update and thus become out of sync on the activity details.This is more of a question to the Strava developers; would you consider adding such an update event to the otherwise great cropping tool?Tagging @Elliott11 hoping he might be willing to pass this on to the appropriate recipient 🙂

I started using Strava in the summer of 2010 when the Whister Granfondo came to town and I had to buy a bike and start training. No Garmin, HRM, or power meter to start. Much more raw (and sometimes more enjoyable 🤣)One feature that Strava took away that I miss every day, is the ability to track distance and elevation when doing an activity on foot that is NOT a run. My wife and I power walk and hike about 3,000-4,000km a year and climb about 100,000m in the process. Unless it's recorded as a "Run" I can't track my yearly accomplishments and reach my target. Every bike ride counts, even when people coast to the park with their toddler. Unfortunately Strava has made some value judgement that says only runs can be counted and tallied up. Such a shame. If they (re)allowed the tracking of all foot activities, I think the Strava community would grow significantly. Strava wants to be so "inclusive" all the time, except for those who aren't runners

Has anyone been able to get support manually creating a segment match? I have a request submitted (Request #2877036) that I haven't heard back from yet and I'm wondering if anyone has had success getting credit for a segment? 

New to Garmin/Strava (and swimming for that matter). Auto upload from Garmin to Strava, is the nearly 2 minute pace difference between the two due Garmin taking into consideration my multiple rests between lengths but Strava not? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

Hi, since a couple of months you can sync power meters on the bike to iOS eg Apple Watch. I’m planning to buy power meter pedals and record my power via the Apple Fitness app. Does Strava auto import the power and cadence data once the cycling workout is finished? I read in the DC rainmaker review that this wasn’t the case in July 2023 during the beta runs. for the curious; I’m not planning to get a bike computer as I see my phone as a better all rounder for the things I’m doing on a bike.

I have spent way too many hours trying to determine if I can use a Bearer Token to retrieve my own data.  I'm know that I need to have the activity:read or activity:read_all permission to get that data.  However, I have not found any way either grant that permission to my account.Is my only choice to implement the full Oauth authorization workflow and then keep track of the return tokens?Thanks-marc

I was trying to upload my 10 mile run from my Apple Watch like normal (importing it) and it just got stuck at "processing activity". I left it overnight and it just disappeared but didn't process. I don't know how to make the run show up on my feed.
