How long does it take to hear back from strava support to change my profile country between Canada & the US? Support ticket has been open for almost a month with no response. 

Just wanted people to know be careful of a man on Strava by the name of Micheal Sepulveda, also goes by Robert Sepulveda on facebook and messenger. This is nothing more than a romance scam. He claims to be in the military and will give you a sob story about how he shouldn’t be messaging you because he’ll get into big trouble if he’s found out. Also claims how lost his parents in tragic accident and his wife cheated on him and left his 2 kids with him, none of this is true. I didn’t have a good feeling about this situation, because he professed his love shortly into messaging, so l decided to google his name and realized that his image had been stolen and also there is YouTube videos on the real Robert Sepulveda talking about how his image had been stolen.

Hi I need help… I tried emailing, tweeting. Even submitted a ticket. Still no response.  I signed up Strava account using Apple ID using facial id recognition. And I would like to change my email address yet I’m not been able to because I need a password to be sent to my email address to follow the instructions. But I wasn’t given a password when I signed up Strava using Apple login. I didn’t realise it’d give me a different email address that you provided. Had I know it wasn’t gonna use my email address to login as it’s what I used my iCloud etc I would’ve signed up using the email instead of Apple login and given some random email that was provided by you.  please please respond, as I don’t know how long this customer service is taking.   

Fastest and simplest way to improve segments features

Hello All i just wonder maybe i do something wrong but experience strange scenario after import activity to strava from GPX file. So, i use Garmin BaseCamp app to export my Hike i export two file (two different hikes). After import ot Strava as activity  using Win11 and web Strava  page one activity populate all info like time details,  heart rate, elevation details where second activity missing this data and populate as value 0.i don’t see differences in GPX file all values are there , when i import to app like: alltrails or garmin connect all values are there after import.What can be a reason of this behavior , any Idea?

Everyone in our area who does competitive track uses Strava.  All these athletes compete in 800m and some in distances as short as 400m, 200m, and 100m.  Please add these to the PR section.

Strava is thé leading platform for athletes. A perfect way to show and share every sport activity. Give and get kudos. And with that, the motivation to go another and an extra mile. Strava also is a perfect platform for multisport-athletes such as myself, BUT the way multiple activities in one day are shown in your OWN activity overview is not that nice. Actually it’s even a bit dissapointing and the color black/dark grey is not really a sports colour. There is a much better way of combining multiple activities in one view; put them in a circle, like a diagram. Two, three, four or even five of six even parts with each the right colour really upgrade the multisport view: this is the view a multisport athlete is looking for, even if it’s only for him/herself to have a clear overview of all the things done. I have made an example how this should look. With this ‘feature’ Strava will be a way better app for the growing number

Hi! I am unable to log into my strava account that I have been recently active on. When I had the strava app open, it said the account was linked to an old email address. I logged out of strava and now I am unable to log back in. I’ve since regained access to that old email account so that I could change my strava password but the link is not being sent to the email address to be able to change my password.(Yes,I have checked the spam and trash folders). I have created a new account with my current email address but I would like access to my activities/followers etc.from the act I can't get logged into.  I have sent in tickets and have sent emails to strava and have yet to hear back. Can anyone help me with this? I am also paying for the premium strava service on the account I cannot log into.Is there a way someone can help me merge my accounts? Is there a strava support person I can actually talk to? Thanks so much. My first ticket number is #3189261I am unable

Hello Strava, I just wanted to suggest creating a feature on your app that tracks cycling incidents, my ride ended last night with a hit and run. If you had this feature we as cyclists could know which routes are the most dangerous and avoid them, eventually we could help pass laws to make it safer for our community. If you did this you’d have my subscription for sure. I hope you consider thank you. -Marlené Nancy Lopez

It would be great to have the option to display time instead of or with distance on club leaderboards. Reason for this is many of my friends ride MTBs and ride gravel. They will never get the miles a person on a road bike will.Thanks.

Many of our data collecting workout apps and devices upload to Strava and sometimes those create duplicate workouts. For example, riding on Zwift while using my WAHOO Elmnt produces two rides that have different data analytics and Strava thinks and posts as if I rode twice. I would like to be able to flag one as a duplicate (e.g. the WAHOO data) and not see it one my feed OR count in the fitness data or distance calculations. But right now all I can do is delete it. It would be nice to save it and still see the analytics, or allow it to report to specific platforms (eg Apple Health or a coach) 

Dear Strava Support Team/ Everyone please help me I recently noticed that my Strava subscription was renewed for 1 year last February 17 , but I accidentally subscribed and did not intend to make this purchase. Unfortunately, I am currently facing financial constraints and need these funds to cover my school fees. As a student, every bit helps, and I would truly appreciate your support in processing a refund. I understand that Strava’s refund policy may have certain guidelines, but I kindly request an exception in this case. As you know, we already have the option to see the segments on the map. I would love to be able to see the routes as well, especially our own created routes.   This would help with planning new routes and discovering new roads to cover more ground on our Heat Maps.

Under components on individual bikes, it would be beneficial to track when batteries are replaced in sensors, shifters, etc. Even if you had a few "Misc" on the components that could be used for battery tracking.

Hi, I would like to be able to customize the display on the Apple Watch.For example, while tracking a bike ride, I would like to see the elevation gain or loss. 

I would like to see Strava implement an option to take power(watts) direct from power meters used by cyclist instead of only allowing Strava algorithms to calculate power, from my perspective there are to many unforeseen variables like wind, group riding(drafting) etc, which leads to false data. If given the option to select actual power data from power meters it would give better representation and training info in the overall scope if utilizing Strava training data

When you upload a swim to Strava, you have one option to tag it. As a commute. I never had a swim that could count as a commute so it would be nice to tag is as something usefull. Like a race or a training for example. The same goes for any other activity like a power workout or something like that.

Hi, I’ve submitted my first cancellation and refund ticket immediately after I was charged . The ticket went straight to “solved” status without any follow up. After a couple of days I submitted another ticket explaining that my first one is marked as solved but i didn’t get any response. Second ticket is still in status “open”. About a week has passed and I still haven’t gotten any response. I understand your support team is handling a high number of requests, but would greatly appreciate if someone could look into it.

I click the verification email in the mailbox which came from strava,it asked me to re-login the strava ,and then still asked me to resend verification email .It's to be infinite loop.I don’t know how to verify my email address now .And when I looking for the support from agent ,the strava reminded me to verify my email address first !!!  But my issue is I CAN NOT VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS ,MAN .

Hello. I canceled my strava 1 year subscription. And i saw on the app that i could get a refund for the months i haven't used the app. Please procede in refunding the remaining amount of money for the months i haven't used the application. Thank you, Kind regards 

Didn't see this before, but it seems something changed for rowing stats. It says that I did nothing this year. Thought there was information about my indoor rowing. I do see the individual rowing sessions, but the summary of the total for this year says 0.

I import all of my activies from my Garmin watch but track all of my gear in Strava. My garmin does not accurately measure the distance of treadmill activies. In Garmin, I can just go update the activity’s distance, however since that activity has already been sent to Strava I can’t update the activity’s distance there. It’s really important to me to accurately know how many miles I’ve put in a pair of shoes, so I end up having to create a manual activity for the distance missed. This is a pretty workable workaround, however this makes my total activity count for the year inaccurately high because each treadmill workout is double counted. Although I’m sure I’m firing this idea into enhancement request oblivion, please please please just allow editing of distance on treadmill activities. PLEASE!
