Hi Everyone,Wondering if anyone has a fix for my subscription issue. I was recently travelling in Mexico, since returning to Canada my subscription isn’t valid. When I attempt to renew, it shows the Mexican currency so I’m thinking there’s a bug on their end.I troubleshooted (logged out, deleted and reinstalled application, restored purchase), created a ticket weeks ago with no response, and since written the strava support email.I’m travelling again, looking for routes, but get blocked by the subscription wall every time. Can anyone offer a solution here? I’ve debated starting a new account but seems unnecessary. I understand they’re getting caught up on tickets, but this seems too long.Thanks in advance!

I have tried to contact support twice during the last weeks by creating a support issue from the Strava app. I am trying to change my old email address that is registered for Strava that has been deleted for many years. I don´t have the password to change the email to my new address. I expected a reply to my new address but I feel my support issues are simply ignored. I also sent 2 emails to the support team, and still no answer yet... How can it be so hard to change something so simple?...

I love the idea that each segment has the ability for people to make comments on it: advice and suggestions or warnings etc etc. ALso a great place for people to ask questions.Too hard basket I know….and so many more important things Strava should be getting to.

Right now the closest thing to a ruck activity is the hike activity. That works for now, but you have to manually comment on how much weight you carry. The ruck activity could include heartrate, elevation climbed, weight in rucksack, weight on vest, calories burned, distance, step count, average pace, or average time. You could also add a segment option, in case I wanted to run a half mile to warmup before I start rucking with the weight. There could also be an option for rucking on the treadmill that could include all those things along with the mph and grade of incline. 

I'm sorry but the "solution" that was posted in the other thread about this issue is not a solution. A solution would be something that brings our activities, posts, comments, etc to the exact same state they were before you removed the URLs.You didn't even answer the big open questions we have regarding what happened. I would like Strava to urgently answer the following questions:(1) Are you filtering URLs merely in the user interface and in the API – or have you actually modified the content stored in your database?(2) If it is the latter case, how are we going to recover our data? What kind of backups do you have? Are you going to restore all the URLs and other removed content from the backups once this "ongoing situation" is over? Can we at least download an intact version of our data for our own use?(3) Why there was zero communication about what is going to happen beforehand? It's clear now that you removed the URLs on purpose. The removal wouldn't

 is it possible to see all results of all distances and not just the best results?

I’ve juste run the Paris half marathon and I’m missing 200 meters to complete a half marathon PR on Strava. You can have a look a the picture I’ve uploaded. Could you please fix the kmage difference ?

It would be great to be able to add and remove components on a bike without loosing it's mileage. It is mostly apparent when changing wheels/tires. Currently we only have an option to retire a component and then delete it totally. 

Just got back from a bike ride. And looking at the figures. While I was out I stopped and checked my phone. I did some more miles and stopped again for water. Checked my phone and noticed it was on auto pause. The map moved to where I was when looking. I then clicked un pause and when off again. I checked my phone again and it was on auto pause, I had done more miles and the map moved again to where I was.  It only says I have done 11 miles when I know I have cycled more miles! Is there a way I can change this? 

When I land on the Strava site, I get prompted to “Sign in with Google”.Is this prompt intentionally being thrown by Strava? Or is it somehow something that Google does because Strava is using some Google APIs or code?And in either case, is there a way for me to disable it? I’m sick of seeing it.Thanks,Tim

Hello,I was creating events for our team, but afterwards, I didn’t receive any information. How can I ensure that there is a report and analysis after each event? Also how to create a group challenge?Additionally, I want to award electronic prizes for each run. Can anyone suggest how this can be done?Thanks everyone

It is very nice to see all the segments in the map when you go fast, within top 3, but I found it much easier and better before to tap on the map and see a list of all segments I went trough in the run/ cycle. You can’t see it easily now, have to click one by one now. Before you could easily see it by clicking on it and the map would zoom in. Can we introduce something similar? It is not very user friendly the way it is now. 

Hi.For some time now the gallery has not had descriptions and timestamps.To read the description, you have to go to the photo preview, but then scrolling through photos does not work!Of course, it was easier to scroll down through photos, which was natural.Now it is unusable :(.

Horseback riding should be added to the Strava app. Using the mountain bike option isn’t as accurate. Same muscle groups, but there’s no way I burned less calories giving my all in a horse polo tournament, than doddling around normal club chukker nights 😂

I would like to see my effort on a specific climb on a Tacx ride. Unfortunately there are no segments on this ride. When I try to create s segment I get "Something went wrong" also if I make it private. Anybody got a good solution around this problem? Cheers Mikael

I suspect that this poses some privacy issues but still!

Display Surface Type when viewing saved routes. This is displayed in the route Edit screen but not when viewing saved routes. Other services already do this and it is super helpful and just makes sense. Especially since the data is already available. 

At Strava Multi-Sport Clubs, weekly stats reporting groups all activities together.  Please can we change this so that leaderboards on multi-sport clubs are set up to show separate reporting for running, cycling, walking, swimming and workouts etc? At the #RCUCRC (www.strava.com/clubs/rcucrc), we are a running club, but with many members who Run, Bike, Swim & Workout and we have had feedback to make changes which we cannot do as yet.  Please help? Thank you.

No option for adding any Martial Arts sports. Please can this be added

Hi if I record a snowboard activity on my Apple Watch it shows number of runs, maps heart rate etc when I upload to Strava it says 0 distance 0 elevation and none of the map data syncs. If I change to cycle as an activity it gives distance and elevation. Why is this? The data is clearly there but not being brought into Strava. 

This community hub is a great way to generate ideas and have interested users comment on them.  I believe the community base is limited in number and not representative of the broader strava community.  For example, many great ideas were proposed and closed due to lack of attention in a sufficient window of time.  I would be interested in how many active community members regularly review the ideas and believe this is a difficult task.  I would think many of the fantastic ideas here would address issues/improvements that many strava users encounter and think there could be a way to pose these vetted fantastic ideas to the larger community, possibly by activity type.  If a user is a subscriber, active road rider, and 5-10 fantastic ideas for road riders pop up, it might be nice for a sub-set of this user group to review and vote on them.  For example, as a cyclist, I find it challenging to wade through many other sport comments, though while interesting, would make being an activity

Today under  following tab the activities of those athletes are no longer listed by recent date. The dates are completely random making it almost impossible to acknowledge their efforts with kudos. Many of them participate in multiple activities per day and I've been scrolling endlessly to find everyone.It was working fine over the weekend!!  1st qnd 2nd  May 2025 and now just SHIT!!

This will be a 7 am run before the shops open. But I’m wondering if going down Oxford Street on the way back is the best option.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!Cheers
