I'd like to share a suggestion that has been bothering me and that I believe could improve the experience of many users, especially those who, like me, have been using Strava for a long time.Strava's motto states that "Kudos is all that matters," and I understand that Kudos are an essential form of interaction and recognition within the platform. However, the recent change in how Kudos are displayed—from an ordinal count to a percentage—has reduced the clarity and transparency of this system.When Kudos were displayed as ordinal numbers on https://labs.strava.com/kodos/, it allowed for a more direct and understandable comparison of an activity's impact within the community. Today, by showing percentages instead, this interaction feels less precise, and the true meaning of Kudos becomes diluted. It can even give the impression that there is an attempt to obscure the realit

It seems there is performance issue by opening „Notifications“ page. It takes way too long even when a few new notifications available only.ps. hint for developers (could be the index related issue) 

We need to have a max capacity on events!! I’m trying to keep my run club capacity low and it’s hard to do that when I can’t put a cap on how many people can join

Hi Team,Me and My friend completed walk together at same route and location but major difference recorded for both, 1.45Km difference recorded and strava itself showing we both competed walk together.We both using Android phone and it is happening for us all the time, we can understand 200 to 300 meters due to GPS/Operator or Phone make company.Can any one please check both activity, snaps given below for reference ?   

Actually Me and My friend completed walk at same location and route but there are 1.45Km difference recorded, we can understand for 200 to 300meters but 1.45Km it is huge difference and this is not 1st time it is happening all the time, Can any one check and verify why it is happening and what was the issue ?We both are using Android Phone, and strava itself showing we both have completed our walk with each other, snaps given below for reference.

My Android phone which is currently uploading my data correctly is fine but when i log into strava on my laptop it show my last activity 2018, the e mail address is correct on my laptop however the e mail address on my Phone is my old email address, when i try and change my incorrect email address on my phone strava says that it has sent an e mail to my correct gmail account but the email is never received, help me please !! 

Hi team,I want to validate my activates on Strava how can i do that ? 

Import “active calories” from Garmin Connect when syncing rides to Strava.  I’m getting total calories from GC which is active plus basal calories.  GC shows basal, active and total calories (active + basal) for and activity.   Other apps report/use active calories, not total. I believe this is what most users would expect and want.

I wanted other people to see about my experience with the completed Clif bar challenge / " Raise the bar " After completing it, getting the award, and submitting an order Clif bar.com proceeded to ignore my order placed for a week and a half until I messaged customer service. Multiple days later they then canceled the order and claimed everything was out of stock, despite me seeing on their website still that you can order all of the things I did( over 10 things) . This feels suspicious and unprofessional and I just wanted someone to know it feels basically like a scam

Unfortunately, I have lost one of my KOMs. A KOM that I had to make quite a few attempts and efforts to finally get and which I also had to get back several times.Now the new KOM holder has written in his activity description "KOM —> behind scooter". There cannot be a clearer description that he did not get his KOM in a fair way.Now I had made a report of this in which I also referred to the "Segment Leaderboard Guidelines" where it clearly states "Hide motor-paced rides (cycling behind a vehicle) from leaderboards".However without success. His activity is simply "declared valid" again.Does anyone have an idea why? I wanted to change my strava email sis my current email when I created my strava is by using my apple id account and face id. But it appears after is the gc845qs5f8@privaterelay.appleid.com which i dont know if why that appear. How to change it to my real actual email?   it is asking a password but that privaterelay.appleid i dont know how to access it too. I wanted to change

Bonjour, J’ai besoin de votre aide s’il vous plaît. Après ma course de samedi, impossible de télécharger mon activité sur strava. Pourtant Apple santé a bien transmis les données à strava et je vois la course prête à être télécharger. Mais en voulant la télécharger, cela charge dans le vide pendant un long moment et au final mon activité ne se telecharge pas et n’apparaît pas dans mes activités récentes ? J’ai pourtant redémarré plusieurs fois mon téléphone, je me suis déconnectée plusieurs fois de strava et j’ai aussi essayé de reconnecter apple santé et strava ensemble mais après 24 heures rien ne marche  Que puis-je faire ?    

I created a support ticket, stating that I paid for a subscription but my account is still a regular account. I haven’t had a response to my ticket. How long should I expect to wait?

Hello,I ran a marathon yesterday and I accidentally set the activity on my watch to "treadmill running" instead of "running". Now I don’t have the right activity on my Strava and I’d like to know if it is possible if I can import activity manually if I have the GPX of the course and also I know my splits and total time.Can I edit the current activity or I delete this one and add new? 

I'm not sure what's wrong with my Strava app but it's now glitching about 50% of the time. It regularly crashes part of the way through my walks - and then either won't let me select finish or records only the first portion of the walk. On other occasions it jumps and pretends that I've teleported into the sea and back again. For some of the segments of the these walks I cover a full km in 4 seconds. I've rebooted my phone numerous times and even reached out to Strava support. They had me uninstall Strava and reinstall it but that hasn't worked either. This has been happening regularly for the last 3 or 4 months and I haven't changed my phone or my network provider.Is this something that many others are experiencing or is this unique to me?Thanks

when syncing from my Samsung health / Samsung gear 5 watch , on strava is posting wrong stats , saying my pace is   4.53 min mile , and now i  just done 2.52 mi    😀, (just waiting to be signed up for the Olympics 🤣) any ideas why the timing is out , on my Samsung watch & Health the timing is right  

Hi.I completed a hike today, imported it and although I have the tick showing it has been imported, I cannot see it in my feed or via my activities.None of the stats have been applied to my account either. My profile is not showing the workout.The hike data was taken from my Apple Watch and everything is visible in Apple Health. Any help would be appreciated.
