I think my stats are either wrong or just missing things. My all time longest ride says 50 miles but that is not correct. I have a 100 virtual mile ride that when I go to the actual ride says it’s my longest ride but is not showing up in stats. This all makes me curious if my entire stats are off or not being tallied correctly
I just checked my heatmap and it seems like after the latest update we lost activity clusters again. I cannot figure out a way to toggle them off or on. They are not showing up. Can someone please explain how, maybe I am missing something but this article seems outdated already after 6 weeks. https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918467-Personal-Heatmaps The clusters are the best way to see where in the world you have done activities, otherwise you have to keep zooming and scrolling around trying to maybe find where you were. Plz bring them back.

I recorded a hike on my Garmin Etrex with an elapsed time of 4:12:51 and moving time of 3:54:26. When it loaded to Strava the elapsed time showed as 4:12:46 which is fine but the moving time came up as 00:00:59 giving a pace of 11s/mile. A new world record! Any ideas why Strava would not pick up the correct stats from Garmin?

I:m having some pronlems last weeks with my activities.For example I had a bike vacaiton last week where I rode 4 days in row, and 2 of those show 'the total elapsed time and 2 show the moving time.I would like to change this so it always shows moving time, as total elapsed time is irrelevant bike rides imo.Is there already an option wich I cannot find? Moving Time is useless, I never want the time from my watch to be different than what Strava shows. So when I need to get rid of the moving time and only use elapsed time, I set an activity to be a Race. BUT-- I went to do that today and the option isn't there.I have options for Sport, Map Type, Tags, and Shows. Where did activity type go (it had options for Workout, Long Run, Race)?
Strava used to only calculated my actual moving time for runs and rides (unless marked as a race). I’ve noticed the last few weeks/months that it’s now doing my total time and not eliminating stand still time. Please help! This feature was nice for trail runs so I didn’t need to stop/start my watch every time we stop for pictures etc. Thank you.
My Garmin device shows different elapsed time and moving time for my indoor activities, but Strava shows the same elapsed time and moving time. That's annoying. I'd like to have the actual moving time shown on strava.
Strava browser web view is archaic and hasn’t changed in 10 years or more!Does Strava have any plans to update this view and make it match the more modern Android app data display? How do I make heart data always display in web view? Mousing over the graph below the map in webview is the only way to obtain certain data, such as the current BPM or the starting/ending minimum heights. However, the resolution is poor, with a spacing between data points of about 15 seconds. This is unacceptable. 4. When mousing in webview, it is difficult to control the mouse in small increments. Should be able to use the cursor keys to move left/right in 1 second increments. Splits should show average and max BPM, if available. Webview shows the moving time and pace but not the average speed. “Elevation” should be changed to “elevation gained”, otherwise people might confuse the number with max elevation.
Been riding some hard trails last few days with friends using Garmin and my Apple Watch for backup. Finding the wahoo ride gives me zero points but my Apple watch multiple points. Friends using Garmin devices also multiple points. What’s going on?
On a recent activity, I noticed that max BPM in the Android app does not match max BPM in the web view in Chrome.In web view, the highest BPM I can see is 160. Note that webview does not show an actual max number. You have to find the max by moving the cursor across the heart line on the graph, which is annoying. In the Android app, it says max BPM was 163.Why the discrepancy?
Since a few weeks ago Strava is at it again with pushing "features" down your throat. Now among the notifications for an activity I have to read Strava's stupid "motivational" messages (you're doing great, keep at it, da da da). Anyone can help me get rid of those?

I may be confused, but I seem to be unable to find public routes on the Strava website and at the same time I cannot find my personal routes on the Strava (Android) app. Is it just me?On the website, I can find My Routes and a "Routes" item in the footer under "Explore" that leads to a list of hiking routes (but no biking routes!?)On the app, under "Map", there is a "Saved" tab, but for the past two days, clicking "Saved Routes" returns "Server is not responding, please try again later".I ran into all this because I went for a long gravel ride yesterday and wanted to have the route on my phone, but I could not find it. Hi, the latest updates of the iOS app have some added automation which seems to try to be helpful, but, please, how can I disable that? 😬First - making a screenshot of activity details triggers a sharing screen (where you can save an image of the map or the activity photo with stats). I understand it might make sense in some use cases, but if I'm taking a screenshot of the splits, elevation graph or pretty much anything in the activity details, I really do not want the sharing screen to pop up and hide the details that I want to capture. Second - once opening a newly imported activity, a "quick edit" dialogue pops up immediately prompting to rename the activity etc. But it's too simplified and doesn't include all the options (such as: shoes), so I always just close it and open the actual Edit mode. The "quick edit" is just a distracting and frustrating step. If anything needs to be automated this way, then perhaps why not opening the newly imported activity in the Edit mod
My friends and I are running this issue a lot. The photos taken on my Andriod phone(Samsung S24) is perfectly fine for me to upload to Strava from Samsung phone, but when shared with them, they can’t upload it to Strava.

Hi I have accidentally deleted an activity on April 21st at around 10:30am BST - it was a 44km run - the London marathon recorded in the Strava app on my iPhone. Please can you restore this - I did save it to my profile but then deleted it - I have since uploaded an Apple Watch activity of this run but it hasn’t captured the distance correctly so want to replace it with my Strava recording if that makes sense?I’ve raised a ticket several times but no response can someone help please?

Dear Strava Community, I would like to analyse my Training in defined last periods, overall but also per category. I am interested in analyses like: - Cycling, last three months, last 12 months, current year, total time, average HR, max HR, etc - the same for Hiking alone, or Running alone - the same for all together In my previous App I could summarise really flexible like in relational database. Additionally I could download raw data into a Excel spreadsheet where each data log was available as a line (eg. all logged data like HR etc each 3 seconds...) In Strava I cannot really find more then "My Activities", which is only a list of my trainings. Data analysis or visualisation per type over periods, etc is not available.
