I've noticed that the notification of a PR / PB isn't correct when I've ran my third best PR / PB on a certain distance it shows in the notification it's second best, while in the distance PR / PB overview it does actually show as third best. 

Is there a way of flagging an illegal segment, e.g.Clearly states cycling forbidden,without actually riding the segment yourself illegally? I know a few illegal and dangerous to Walker segments that should be flagged but I seem to only be able to flag ones I've ridden

I've noticed when I check profiles of friends on Strava that I can see on their Profile the amount of kms they have ran this year (e.g. 2024). However when I do the same for my own profile this doesn't appear. I can switch between week, month, year on my profile but even when I set it to year only the stats show per month but no total amount of kms is shown. Can this please be added. 

My last 2 walks are not showing the calories burned, yet prior to those that has always shown on my activity feed. I’m not using a different device so I’m confused as to what’s happening? My other activities: indoor and outside cycling are showing calories. Has anyone else experienced the same and if so how did you rectify it? TIA

Could someone please explain to me how Strava can create a new profile from Facebook when I already have one?  Years ago when I created my Strava account I logged in via Facebook and have a profile which I have been using successfully for several years.  On Sunday evening, I wanted to explore the possibility of subscribing to Strava and disconnected that profile from Facebook in order to create a more secure login via email.  No password reset was sent to me so I then logged back into Strava via Facebook and was shocked to find that I now have a new athlete profile attached to my email but with no activities logged.  I can still see my original profile as I know my original athlete number and have manually typed it into the web address bar.  My Garmin is also still uploading my activities to my original profile but I cannot log into it.  How can this happen as Strava insists that an account can only have one email address?  I have been trying to co

Has anyone noticed that in the Android app, the power/heart rate graph is plotted against distance, while in the web app, it's plotted against time (which makes much more sense)? In the web app, you can also manually adjust this. Is there any option to change this setting in the Android app?

Is Strava able to automatically remove duplicates that count towards Local Legend status? There is a "Local Legend" that records his ride with a Garmin Edge and a Garmin watch. Both sync to Strava and then double counts the efforts, making them the "Local Legend" where in fact they only did half the recorded afforts. Surely Strava can detect this based on completing the same segment twice at the same time? Please add de-duplication to make it fair! 

Is it just me that gets annoyed with how much effort puts in to trying to make me subscribe? I already told them that their price is way too high for the features offered.  I've already told them that I won't be subscribing at that price. It's expensive and not worth it. Is it not better to reduce your price yet get more subscribers? It is not a premium app. It doesn't have integrated training plans. I want (when I subscribe and opt for a marathon plan) something that is integrated with the strava app, that gives me coaching and voice feedback during each training session, that is in the app that I can tailor so it's not just a bland series of emails that tell me when and what to do. It's very dull and lazy. The effort strava puts in to monetise everything by linking to their 'partners' which is just about getting exposure to their partners. It's not about providing a good app for your users it's about squeezing money out o

Strava, we love you, but why are the MapBox satellite maps so out of date? The house I live in was built in 2017 and is still showing up as a vacant lot. Entire developments near me are missing, including streets. This is not only inconvenient, it's dangerous. We're paying good money for subscriptions, would you please find update or find a better map vendor? Thank you.

Live relative effort has been added for garmin and wahoo devices.. is there a plan to add this feature to apple watch app?

Strava:On the Club Leaderboards the Strava 500 challenge it’s not added as a 500km ride at the end but as a daily achievement. The pro rides are recorded as daily efforts and when Lael Wilcox completes her around the world achievement, she will not be uploading a ride of 18000 miles. What this means for the average rider is that a big effort of 230Km in a day will not register in the ‘longest ride’ category when other riders tie three easy day rides of 80km’s together. The Longest ride should be for a single day not for multiple days. The total for that multiday ride is represented in the Distance category.

Is there a way to ride a loop, make that whole loop a STRAVA segment, and then have it give 1st, 2nd, and 3rd medals? The latter may be automatic, based on leaderboard.

Strava is a cycling community, right?However, it is easier to host a ride via my town's local facebook page than via Strava, it seems. There are clubs, yes, but only club owners can host events, right?Or am I missing something?I'd just like to have a feature where I could just post "50km ride, 18:00 o'clock, meet at XYZ".

It seems like the sizing of the bubble chart in the Training Log might be fixed? If so, we can’t see the scale. It definitely varies by activity.  For example, if the activity is “Run” and the distance is 5 mi, the bubble might be x1. If it’s 10 mi, then x2. If the activity is “Hike” and the distance is 20 mi, the bubble will be x1. However, at a distance of 30 mi the bubble still seems to be x1.   Could we have relative scaling based on our range of selected metric? Attaching a screenshot of what mine looks like on a 3 month long hike/kayak adventure.   

I would love to see something implemented to remove the junk recordings off of the challenge leaderboards and segments. For example, right now the top athlete on the July Half Marathon run challenge says that person ran 63,000 miles with a 0mi pace. Clearly something went amiss and that record shouldn't be above

Hi guys! I have an issue, since yesterday, facebook keeps deleting mi sharings from strava, why? I've made reports, now i am wainting for their response. 

Am I able to see my cumulative step count in Stava? 

Hello - I've been added as an Admin to a Club, so I can approve membership requests. However, we still cannot clean up the club (this club is tied to an office-based club) because the identified owner no longer has access to their account.I've messaged the previous owner, and they have confirmed that the club does not appear in their dashboard so they cannot transfer ownership.What remedies do I have for this situation?

Hi all, I'm trying to use the relative effort. But I was noticing a big difference in relative effort between 2 pretty similar activities:  The lower is from september 8th and the upper from september 15th.  So, in the upper activity I ran a little bit longer in zone 2 but way less in zone 3 and my relative effort is much higher. Are there other things involved in the calculation? What am I missing? I must admit that my heartrate zone where accidently set back from custom to automatic between the 2 runs. I put it back to custom (after the run) which changes the upper graphic. I think the relative effort score didn't change.But still, the heartrate zones during the last run (on automatic base) were slightl

In the web app is there a way when viewing an activity to auto-hide or one-click hide all segments that are not my own private ones?I ride the same route a lot and I have about 12 segments of my own that are starred. Since it's a heavily used trail, when I view an activity my own segments drown in the sea of random segments that others have created and made public. I literally have 40+ segments that I don't care about. I can hide them 1 by 1, but that's tedious and on my next activity in the same place it's the same again.Any current options to avoid this segment overkill?

I've been marking rides to and from work as commutes pretty diligently, but I see from various reports on the site that commutes can be hidden, which makes me think maybe they aren't meant to be treated as significant exercise? I ride as hard on commutes as I do on non-commutes, just that my destination is work and I have paniers on my bike for a change of clothes, laptop, etc. If anything, that little extra weight burns a few more calories, I'm sure.Would others count these as commutes? It is a little neat seeing how much CO2 I saved by not driving, though that's not really why I do it.

I recently noticed that two street names on a Strava map were the wrong way around.  The street names have been used in the names of some Strava Segments, which causes some minor confusion.  The Strava map (at least in the UK) comes from OpenStreetMap.  I corrected the 2 street names via the OSM website (it's all open source) but when I look today the names on Strava are still incorrect.Hence my question - presumably there is some delay between a change being made in OSM and it reaching Strava.  Does anyone know how long this typically takes ? (I have a slight concern that I may have missed a step in the process of getting things corrected)
