I couldn't figure out how to authenticate my account to change the scope of my api project does anyone know what im doing wrong. I started from using this https://developers.strava.com/docs/getting-started/ and then went to this url http://www.strava.com/oauth/authorize?client_id=[REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_CLIENT_ID]&response_type=code&redirect_uri=http://localhost/exchange_token&approval_prompt=force&scope=readbut obviously with my client id and it sent me here which is not what's supposed to work.I was just wondering if anyone kno

After deleting an activity by mistake , I have found that it is impossible to manually import the csv file from Garmin connect to strava , to reinstate the deleted activity. Is there a solution for this?Many thanks Andy

We are delighted to be integrated with Strava, as it greatly enhances our user experience.We are managing well with the rate limits, but the one that concerns us the most is the Athletes Capacity. Currently, we already overcome 50% of our maximum capacity, and we are still in the Beta phase. Hi, when I create a route in Strava, Starred, I find  the route on my Garmin gps under Strava routes but I cannot start it. I get the message “trouble connecting to the server error code 2050. Anyone any idea ? Ilse

I would like to see if its possible to delay the start of timer when starting a ride. With cold weather starting in the northeast i find using gloves j need to wait to put one on until i hit the start button. it would be nice not to have the timer running before i actually start pedaling.

Hi there.Since this morning I have been getting Error 500 from my calls to get the club activities. It has been running smoothly for the past 22 days but suddenly today I am facing issues without any changes to programming, code or how it is used. I have checked all the access codes etc and they are all correct.This is the most important few days for the project which finishes on Christmas day, so I really need to find a fix for whatever has happened

I have an Apple Watch S8  GPS only but I cannot get it to track GPS data either from the Strava app or native Fitness app. All other stats appear to be okay but not sure that they might be inaccurate due to no GPS tracking?

Can you please update the clubs documentation at https://developers.strava.com/docs/reference/#api-Clubs. The data returned does not match the docs and there is some limit to the pagination effecting the number of activities that can be returned. Many users ran into both these issues and posted on the old Google groups.Hopefully when you document these it will become clear this endpoint needs to be improved as it's currently of very limited use.

Hello,  I record my rides two ways: 1. Using the Cyclemeter App on my phone. This automatically uploads to Strava (I can change this).  2. Using my Garmin.  Frequently I will want to change the Cyclemeter data for the Garmin data. Is it possible to do this *without* creating a new activity, but by only changing the data for a given activity [and keeping Photos, Kudos, etc that may already exist]?  Thanks,  - Peter

Is there a way to compete only with mtb bikes on the same segments. There is no possible to get e.g QOM  if I compete with gravel or road bike

Hi there, I have loved using Strava as a tool to link my heart rate activities to my Fitbit!! but since I got a new watch the Strava activities will not populate to my Fitbit watch or app. I have tried revoking access and the trouble shooting tips but nothing is working .

I have been having trouble since yesterday with uploading my activities from Wahoo or Wahoo Systm to Strava!  It says everything is enable and authorized and connected but I keep getting a “share failed” message when it tries to upload!  Please help!!!

But I find them not very user friendly.  I've searching on how to display my Fitness & Freshness score somehow easily, so I can be reminded about it on a daily basis.Since is no available via API, would anyone here know where I can find an alternative?Thanks

I would like to be able to compare my historical run activities in flyby mode. In the same way I can see other runners in flybys, I would like to see my matched activities.Is that possible today?/Peter

Since end of November, Apple Fitness workouts are not shown anymore in Strava.I double checked the permissions, relogged int Strava, resetted permissions, it just doesn't work anymore.I can see the workouts in my history and can also try to reuplad, but they are not shown anymore since end of november.Latest versions of iOS (17.2) and Strava are installed on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

I've been getting back to my Peloton morning rides and have both my Peloton synced up to Strava as well as my Samsung Health app. Lately, when I ride my Peloton, my Peloton workout automatically syncs to Strava just fine. However, when I open my Samsung Health app, it doesn't show up. I've waited for up to an hour or two for it to sync from Strava to my Samsung Health app, but it just doesn't get there. I can go into my Samsung Health app setting and toggle the Strava service off and then back on again and it'll sync almost immediately, but it's kinda annoying to have to go into my Samsung Health app and toggle my Strava connection off and then back on again to get my Peloton workout imported properly. Any thoughts on why it might not be automatically syncing from Strava to my Samsung Health app? It used to sync automatically when I was riding about a year ago, so I'm not sure what changed other than some sort of update may have broke it...

Hi all, I have been having an issue with uploading activities which I have recorded on my Wahoo Elemnt which are stationary indoor rides. The Elemnt file is fine, showing the correct duration of the activity and the accompanying power and hr data. The file aslo uploads to TrainingPeaks fine, correct duration with power an hr data. The issue is that when the activity uploads to Strava, Strava only displays around 15 minutes on a 1 hour ride, and all my intervals are missing or incomplete. I am immagining this is Strava viewing the file and cutting out sections of the ride where the GPS data from the Elemnt shows no movement, however I have no idea how to get Strava to stop being "clever". Does anyone have any experience with resolving this issue? Thanks in advance,
