Waiting for over a week now. No response from Strava support. Unable to add myself to a Family Subscription plan. 

Hey friends! I own a club/group on Strava to keep track of my athletes runs, but recently the button to look at the activities of the group is gone and was replaced with “event insights”. I haven’t changed any settings for anything to be different and would just like some help so I can see the activities in my group again please.

I ride walk and play tennis all of which I am able to record on my strava. Why then is Tennis not listed in any of the challenges as an included sport?

Hello,I have a Fitbig Versa and since the start of the year, none of my activities have been syncing to Strava. Prior to that, everything was syncing as I’d expect, so I’m not sure what happened that it stopped doing it now. I have gone to strava.fitbit.com multiple times and synced the two, all the permissions are allowed, etc. I’m not sure what else could be an issue that wasn’t an issue last year.TYIA!

The Strava app on my Apple Watch Series 10 is not displaying Pace or Distance. Both stay at 0.00 for the duration of the run.  When the run gets synced, I can see the path I took and can see what my splits are, so I know that it’s logging GPS data, but as far as the display on the watch, it’s frozen at zero, so I have no real time info on my pacing or how far I have gone, which is 75% of the purpose.  This doesn’t happen on Outdoor Ride, or Kayak, only when I start a run. I have updated the Strava App on my iPhone, the Apple Watch, uninstalled Strava on both devices and unpaired/re-paired the watch from the phone. None of this has solved the issue.  Does anyone have a potential solution I have not tried? Since it’s only the run activity that is bugged, I assume it’s application bug that may only get fixed in a future update, but I’m hoping I don’t have to find an alternative. Hello Strava API Support,We have an integration between Strava.com and our platform Train2Go.com, where coaches expect to see the activity data of their athletes. This process relies on Strava's webhook system: when an athlete completes an activity, we expect to receive a webhook notification so we can load the activity into Train2Go.We’re currently facing an issue where this process works for some athletes, but not for the majority. For many users, no webhook is triggered (or received), and therefore their activities are not uploaded to our platform.We suspect the issue might be related to the webhook system, but we’re not entirely sure — it could be caused by something else. We’d really appreciate your help in troubleshooting this. Has this behavior been observed before? Hello Strava Developer Team, I am developing a non-commercial web application to support a charity marathon event in Japan.The app connects with Strava to collect each participant’s running data and displays a leaderboard to motivate runners. The event is organized by a volunteer group, and we plan to limit participants to under 100 people.The app only uses the read and activity:read scopes to fetch participants' run distances during the event period. I kindly request an increase to the athlete authorization limit for my application so more runners can connect their Strava accounts. Thank you for your support and consideration. Best regards,

Some of my rides for 2023 (starting in July) have been marked as ridden with a bike I didn't acquire until Christmas 2023 !Bike 'Vitus' shows about 1200 km for that year, and a total of 6,013 km for all time. The bike is an e-bike so I can also read the mileage from its computer : 4838 km.These rides in 2023 were allocated to my other bikes bikes  'Scotty' and ‘Galaxy’ at the time.I know that I can go back and edit these rides (there are 25 of them) but I’m wondering what is the point of registering a ride against a bike if it’s nott going to be stored correctly in the database.

Starting this afternoon, Strava is not hitting our callback anymore after the authorization of a new athlete to our app.Steps:User clicks on authorize Strava in our Flutter app on iOS browser popup opens and user has to sign in User clicks on sign in with Apple User gets redirected to the Strava app From the Strava app, the user is not redirected back to our app anymore and no callback is triggeredThis worked in production this morning and stopped a few hours ago.Any known issues or updates happening right now?

I’m quite an experienced Strava user having done about 1200 bike rides over the last 7 years.  I’m aware of the feature that auto-excludes Efforts that are considered infeasible, however, up to now I have not knowingly been affected by it.  I just noticed that in an Activity in April 2024 the first 4 Segments in a ride had been auto-excluded.  I looked at an analysis of the data and it did indeed show an infeasible speed over a short section - from 14 mph to 42 mph and back to 14 mph in about 4 seconds.  This occurred between about 0.08 and 0.13 miles into the Activity (close to home !).  The first 2 Segments included this range and so were reasonably excluded.  However the 3rd Segment started at about 0.26 miles and the 4th Segment to be excluded didn’t start until about 0.57 miles, well beyond the very short GPS anomaly.  Hence I’m wondering why the auto-exclude algorithm would exclude all 4 of these Segments ?  Does it need some tuning to minimise unnecessary auto-flagging of “go

Neither Apple Fitness nor Mi Fitness are sending over GPS data to strava when I record activities on those watches, it only works when I use the dedicated Strava app on my Apple watch.  Does anyone know why this is?

Please provide a SORT OPTION for My Strava Segments. Having over 500 segments managing them is a nightmare, especially when Garmin limits the number to 100 (Garmin says it is Strava that is the problem here). Rather than indulging in AI gimmickry (that mainly describes the obvious and is therefore of little use), please sort out the (easy) basics first..

How long does it usually take for Strava support to respond?

 I don't understand why Strava continues to have points where it gets bad GPS data and suddenly jumps your location by a mile and then back to the correct position.   If I'm walking clearly this isn't possible. It seems it should be pretty easy to programmatically detect these outliers and remove them.

I have the latest app version on my iPhone 15 (iOS 18), but the user interface does not feature the latest design. I deleted and re-installed the app a couple of times but the problem remains. This is really annoying. Any comments on this are greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,I'm trying to improve my times on nearby segments using Strava Live Segments, but I’m struggling to get any real value from it in my region.This might be fine in flat areas or velodromes, but as most of the people, I ride in a 3D world. In my area, it’s impossible to go anywhere without climbing or descending: 150 meters of elevation gain and loss every 10 kilometers is just a normal ride. But the real issue isn't the hills themselves. Live Segments could still be useful on a long, steady climb or descent. The problem is the alternation between flat, climbing, and descending sections, which makes pacing truly important, and the feature almost useless.What I really want is to pace myself realistically against my own past efforts. I don’t care how others perform on the segment; I just want a real, effort-based comparison with my own ride history. Map data is not showing properly. Even I have trouble shooted with so many ways still won’t works out.on the direct route if some cuts are coming, there is small drift in the corner of the road.In other tracking app’s it is working fine. I heavily use the Personal heat maps feature, specifically the Red and Blue colors because they were the most legible. However, after the recent Maps update, these colors have changed and now I find it much harder to see. Now it'sore like the other colors, which have always been hard to see. 

I’ve started seeing the ‘Plan your weekend ride’ carousel at the top of my feed. Does anyone know how to switch this off? It’s showing me rides that are miles away from my location. 

The Flyover thing is kinda nice, but as I play through  an activity the frame rate progressively degrades on my iPhone 15.  I’ve been a paid subscriber for many years and the appom my iPhone 16 promax just started to show only average yesterday. Is there a setting that changed?GPS works fine, but the app just started to say the GPS is intermittent today. Mapmyride works fine (I always have MapMyRide running in the background and have for years because Strava has failed a few times over the years and luckily I had Mapmyride running to save the stats (MMR has NEVER failed me)Is there now some kind of adjustment for the app to show live speed? (Bicycle)I’m going to erase and reinstall and try it. Will report if any difference Thanks

There seems to be a bug with the weekly log whilst tracking strength exercises, when completing a strength exercise, it doesn't count towards weekly log.Although it shows a dot on the graph which is accurate, "current" still shows as 0, and "to go" still shows 2. Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place, I'm new here lolThanks

Hi Strava team,I was reading through the info on developers.strava.com/docs/uploads about how devices are detected from FIT files using the manufacturer and product fields.I'm working on a small project where I compare GPS performance between different devices — for example, two watches worn during the same race — to analyze things like drift and accuracy. I’m generating FIT files from that data, which include the manufacturer and product ID fields as specified in the FIT format.I’d like Strava to show the correct device name when those files are uploaded, if possible.Just wondering: Is there a list somewhere of which manufacturer and product ID pairs in FIT files are recognized by Strava and mapped to device names? My relative efforts shoes the bar charts with all my activities but underneath in the details it only shows 5 instead of 7(if i ride every day) All my rides have a HR information from heart monitor. Any ideas why is this happening? Thanks
