Anyone else having this issue?Super simple:curl -k -X GET "https://www.strava.com/api/v3/activities/<ID>" \  -H "Authorization: Bearer ***" returns:{"message":"Resource Not Found","errors":[{"resource":"Activity","field":"","code":"not found"}]}The privacy controls are set to ‘Everyone’. I can’t return data for any activity.Clearly the token is fine, else its unauthorised. Thanks

I went for a run and saved it on my Android phone. I tried to upload it but it keeps getting stuck at saving. I dont want to lose my progress so I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

I have accepted the One time Code option on my smartphone, but this totally messes up my login on a browser on my Mac! I use a password manager, so email/password for me is working fine, but not at STRAVA, where they stubbornly want me to enter a one time code EVERY TIME!!! I use STRAVA regularly on my browser, as this is a lot easier to work on maps and routes.I hope this super enoying “feature” will resiolved fast. I checked some of the responses, but I am not interested in using my Google or Facebook account.  

Hi there,  I build the Fitshot app, client id 130939. I submitted an limit increase 8 days ago now, and have sent countless emails since then.  My app has not been accepting new reviews for days and is now getting negative reviews on the app store. I can’t possibly go into the weekend like this.  How can I possibly accelerate the review process? (even for a small limit increase while the application gets reviewed?)

I use a new iWatch to capture heart rate data. Notice how there are long periods of time when the data is not being continuously imported. Any suggestions on how to fix?  

Strava Live Segments are not showing up on my Garmin Edge 530. When I look at the course map, I see the segments highlighted in green. But I never get the segment notification.. However all segments were starred and are synced with my Garmin (they are in the segments list).  How can I fix this?

Recently I face an issue that my Fitbit activities are not synced correctly. All the data are correct: distance, heartbeat and so on. But the GPS track stops in Strava after 2 km, no matter how long the track is in Fitbit. My last three activities face this issue and it worked before without any issue.  I have already disconnect the accounts and connects them again, but without any luck. Do any other Fitbit user face this issue or can give me a hint why this happens? It's annoying because it's start out of the sudden. I have attached screenshots of my last activity. Dear Strava, I would again like to request that you add the climb categorisation filter back to the segment explorer/maps interface. The new interace is really awful for discovering climbs, and I am at the point of now using other software to plan my routes. Please change it so we can select category, 4, 3, 2, 1 and HC segments, because it is absolutely vital for route planning for many people, particularly for those living in/visiting mountainous areas. I really cannot understand why you would remove such a basic and useful filter for segments. Thank you.

Hi everyone,I uploaded a cycling activity to Strava using a GPX file exported from Komoot.In Strava’s elevation profile, the segment between 5 km and 20 km appears completely flat (0 m), even though both Komoot and GPX.Studio show a clear climb reaching 130 m in that section.I also couldn’t find the “Correct Elevation” option in the activity menu, and Strava Support couldn’t resolve the issue.Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas on how to fix this or force Strava to read the elevation data properly?Thanks! Strava Activity  

Why isn’t there a downhill mountain bike mode yet? We have the tech to decide when someone has been driving but can’t seem to figure out a way to auto pause an activity when they’re driving or on a chairlift? This drives me crazy

When I share my Zwift rides on X or Facebook, I only get the option of 3 different maps, rather than the in-game screenshots which were available previously and which I’ve used in the past. I haven’t changed any settings (as far as I know) so can anyone walk me through how to get this option back please?Thanks in advance. 

In areas such as:Heatmaps My ActivitiesI would like to be able to multi-select activities to see, for example, all run, trail run, hike, walk, snowshoe. Another option would be to allow people to select all foot, bike, snow, water, etc. categories. I think multi-select is the best option because it gives the most flexibility. 

Can we please add a feature that automatically deducts the distance and elevation from your ride when taking a chairlift or shuttle? I realize this may be difficult for shuttling in particular, but the chairlift lines are already showing on Strava, so you should be able to deduct that from your ride. My partner and I are doing a yearly cycling distance challenge, and to keep things legit I have been starting a new activity at the top of the chair and stopping it at the bottom so that the distance rode on the chair isn't included, but it would obviously be much nicer to just start the activity in the morning and stop it when we are done riding and have Strava figure out the non riding sections.

Garmin have just informed me that it is Strava that limit the number of starred Live segments that can sync on Garmin devices to 100.. So who’s not telling the truth??

help me, why when I want to save my activity, it keeps loading and the save button can't be pressed  

I've noticed recently that on some segments there are some athletes that have two efforts shown, from different years (one example looks like this:  1.A in 2021  2.B in 2021  3.B in 2020  4.A in 2020 ...  9.C in 2021  10.D  11.C in 2018). The rides are not marked different (ride/mtb ride) and the profiles are the same (same url).Anyone knows what this is about?

I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing an issue with the app. After completing my run, I tried to download the transparent photo to share it, but it just keeps loading and never finishes. The image doesn’t appear, and I’m unable to save or share it.I’ve already tried restarting the app and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists.Could you please look into this or let me know if there’s a fix? I’d love to be able to share my run using that feature.Thank you in advance for your help!

Why can't I have the ability to block an individual from seeing my activities without them knowing? I think this should be added when you upload a workout and enable me to block individuals too. 

How can I include my power meter info on my velomobile ride?  It is available on a "ride", but not on a velomobile ride.Thanks for your help!

Hi there. I’ve just noticed that routes on the Android app now have filters for saved routes which is excellent and very welcome. I am only able to see 20 results from a filter search however and they are listed in the order that i created them, most recent first. I can also no longer see a full list of my routes if I have applied no filters, only 20, most recently created first.  Although I am very satisfied with the new filters, I feel that only being able to see 20 results at a time is very limiting. I would rather have a full list of routes with no filters than only being able to see 20. I have unistalled/reinstalled the app and logged out/logged in again.

I’ve tried a number of time to create any route, but keep getting the error message...“Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again. This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.” I’m using a laptop to try to do so.

I think this counts as a bug. When I first upload a run, the Athlete Intelligence summary will pick up on any detail I might include in the run title or description. For example, if I mention orienteering it will say something like “challenging orienteering run”.Now, the altimeter on my Garmin watch doesn’t work very well, so I almost always use the “adjust elevation” functionality after uploading. After I do this the Athlete Intelligence refreshes, and invariably loses sight of this detail: the summary will now be more generic. It feels like the activity title and description are not being fed to the AI model the second time round.

I appreciate that Strava lets us mask our home location, but I noticed today that prevents us from showing up in leaderboards. Why? The start of a popular climb is nearby my house - just barely in the zone - but the website says I’m way down the leaderboard because of a very old track (apparently before I configured my home area). But how does a segment near my home inform where I live? How is it different than any other segment? Could you ignore our home area for segments?  

I track all my rides and make use of the commute feature. Therefore 80% of my weekly activities are commutes. I have created a club with my family but they only track their training but not commutes. In the club stats I am always by far the best but that's just because all my commutes count towards that. How can I set up the club, so that commutes are excluded? Makes it a bit more fair if you compare club members.
