We are expecting the fix to go out soon - once the fix is out, we’ll be sure to update this thread and let you know!  Hello all, I'm having an issue when trying to zoom out on a map screen where it starts to zoom out to see anything an area but then the whole screen goes white like a cloud cover & i can't see anything. This does it on my own maps aswell as friends maps. Strava has been updated to the latest version & is running on an android s24 . 

Why now do I see “CO2 saved” on the downloaded map when its not a commute but just a ride? I could give a toss on any ride how much CO2 I save or create. How do I get rid of this on the saved maps?

Clicking on the media doesn’t do anything. If I clicked ok the most left media, it exits the profile page. And if I clicked on the most right media (All Media), it goes to setting coz the icons overlap.

Since 2022, I have been using Coros for swimming, and I have never had any issues with data syncing to Strava. The data has always been accurate, exactly matching the records on my watch. However, over the past few months, the total activity time displayed on Strava has been completely off and inaccurate.Even when I swim for only 60 minutes without any pause time, Strava sometimes records it as 90 minutes. This means that when the data is uploaded, my activity appears to extend into the future. For example, if I start swimming at 6 AM and finish at 7 AM, Strava records my total activity as 90 minutes, making it seem like I finish at 7:30 AM (even when it isn’t even 7:30 yet Hahaha)This issue has only started happening recently. At first, I thought it was an error with my watch, but all the data on my watch appears to be correct. Additionally, my friend, who uses the same watch model, has never experienced this problem. This bug has been annoying me for months. I use a feature that prints my played tracks on Spotify in the activity description. I usually add something descriptive about my ride and add that *before* the playlist.If I use [enter] for a line break in that text, the cursor is then magically jumping to the very end of the description, and my fingers working faster than my mind often backspaces a bit, then deleting some of the playlist entries. This is clearly an input error of some kind in that particular field, and I also have an incredibly hard time selecting text over several lines, because the text is first moving slowly, then moving super fast.This is on a fully updated iOS, the scrolling snafu mentioned towards the end might be an iOS thing, but the [enter] issue is unequivocally only present on the Strava app.

I joined the free trial and I canceled it but after the trial it charged my card I want a refund now please

Hi everyone,I recently encountered an issue with my Strava account. I followed a large number of athletes in a short period of time, and it seems that Strava flagged this behavior as spam. As a result, my ability to follow other users has been temporarily blocked. I'm a genuine user who simply enjoys connecting with and supporting fellow athletes, not a spammer. If anyone has experienced this before or knows how to resolve it, I would really appreciate your help or advice. Thank you!

Try as I might I can’t seem to suss out the path I have to follow that’d bring me to a ‘delete these pics’ button. Seems like it should be in Profile, but for the life of me I’m just not there yet.I managed earlier in the week to stumble onto it, as much for adding an avatar image as to show some scenes from activities I’ve engaged in. Now it’s time to clear out some space, but I can’t find my way back to where that can be accomplished.Any/all appropriate suggestions welcome, thanks!

This is an Android bug.  Repro steps:Scenario 1: Create an activity (either through syncing from Garmin or manually) Tag someone in the post (e,g, “@Bob Smith”) Notice that a second or two afterwards the tagged person’s first name disappears (so just “Smith” is shown) and if you are still typing, the cursor often jumps around. It’s unclear at this point if the person is actually tagged or not.Scenario 2:Same as above, but in the comment section of a post instead of post descriptionRepro rate: 100%

To my surprise I have a difficult hill climb.  The Hill is Challenging for All activities.. Walk, Run, or Ride.Why is something so simple not available in Strava yet.  I created the segment in a Walk, but can’t track the segment in a public segment.  Is there a link I can submit my feedback.. Thank you, Scott.

I have a back up android phone (no sim) that I like too use as an off line map on gravel rides.I used to have my downloaded routes (using wifi) with global heatmap and the back-to-facing-north compass-button. I would combine it with a “real compass to check if I was on the path, that I thought, and if I lost my way or got uncertain the heatmap helped a lot to read the layout of paths in forests so that I could identify my location and get back on track. Same features were useful if I changed plans and wanted to ride an improvised route.This doesn't appear to work as well as it did some time ago:one thing: The compass-button has disappeared (there's a separate topic that goes two months back). It's critical” to know north on the map, and since it rotates quite easily...I don't have to explain.another thing: a week ago or so when I accessed my downloaded maps off line the heatmap wasn't with it any longer. HelpI have been using strava for creating my routes for years, but recently paths that have always been recognised I am no longer able to use, it won't even let me run through a park!I know I can make it work if I login on a web browser but that is not convenient, it was a bit of a nuisance beforehand on the odd path but now it is so many paths it has made the route planning unusable.Has this been recognised by Strava? Or shall I give up now and find a new route planner?ThanksKaty 

Strava recently made changes to the Android app, generally for the better.Unfortunately, the developers forgot to do proper testing, which I noticed today.I had completed a 3.5 mile jog and it being a beautiful day in Northern CA, I took an extended break, sitting on a bench.  When I completed this segment, I took a screenshot of my Strava screen (File: Strava 1)About 25 mins later, when I decided to get my rear in gear and do the return 3.5 miles, I looked at my phone and noticed some weirdness on Strava.Even though I had been sitting still on the bench, I saw my SPEED was changing!  Huh?  I took some screenshots as evidence.  I also noticed that I had GAINED .06 miles in distance during the time I had been sitting on the bench!  Too funny. A week ago while cycling it would show average speed, current speed, time elapsed, distance elapsed, and heart rate all at once very legibly. Now it flip flops between average and current speed when you’re paused or mid ride, and shows only distance and time elapsed along with the changing speed metric. I understand maybe some people prefer this, but maybe you could just make this optional? I want to revert back to the UI from a week ago.

Hi! I just bought a strava premium subscription in the understanding that I would be able to see my current running pace (rather than the average) as I am training with intervals in specific paces. Yet, I cannot seem to find this feature. Can anyone help me with this? :) 

On the sharing page, the format of my transparent image has always been different with others - no sports icon before (i.e. run, bike), and NOW:Now I just updated into the latest version, still no sports icon, and there’s one new item which doesn’t make sense at all added -  a “Carbon Saved 0.00 kg CO2” displayed on the page.(I didn’t choose anything on “Type of Ride”, not “Commute” either)Please see the attached screen shot. Does anyone know how to solve it (1. how to have the sports icon, 2. how to remove the Carbon Saved info)? 

When I want to share an activity, the statistics show the carbon saved instead of the elevation gain.I have commute turned off

Hi, i am using the new Strava template with transparent background for my bike ride, which so far were showing kilometer, Time, and positive elevation but my last few bike ride were only showing Time, kilometer, and CO2 saved (which always shows as 0 btw) i didnt change any thing in the settings, ils only on my 3 last bike ride i see the same data as before on the activity, but not on the template with transparent background (first one you see when you click share)

There still seem to be a few glitches with the revised Segment creation tool that was released a few weeks ago.  I recently realised that a Segment I created a while ago would be better if it was slightly shorter (the finish was a bit too close to an obstacle).  I therefore tried to edit it to reduce the length by about 10 metres (the length is about 600 m).  When I tried to save it I got an error saying it was too similar to an existing Segment and so would not be saved.  I don’t think there are any other similar Segments so I think the problem is that it was too similar to the original version before I started editing it 🤦‍♂️.  Hence the question - how should I make small changes to existing Segments ?  I suppose one way would be to delete the Segment and create a new version from scratch (I don’t know how I would find the Activity the original was created from, and it may have been deleted).While on the subject, could someone PLEASE reinstate the functionality that the Seg

I am a Strava subscriber. My connected followers have their power curve and power charts displayed in their Strava app. Also displays under results. I am not able to see this under my profile, only estimated power zones (which has always been there).Is the additional power curve graph and new power results a new feature? How do I enable? I have my bike weight and body weight configured - still nothing.

Why isn't there an option to see all my saved routes on the map at once? Since the map can show multiple nearby routes that are "powered by community data," then why isn't there a way to show just my routes? I don't want to have to go to my saved list and click individually for that single route to show on the map. I want a visual showing all of them.

I loved the sharing feature, but for cycling it now replaced altitude with "co2 saved". Seriously?!? I thought this was simply a fitness app, I do sports for my personal health ...Please let users choose the old vs new one (e.g. with a new "road cycling" sport)
