Generally, "endurance" is translated as "持久力" (jikyuuryoku), which refers to physical stamina. "忍耐" (nintai), on the other hand, means "to bear or put up with" and often evokes a sense of mentally tough training.

Strava has set an annual cycling goal for me of 7,000km.  I would like to change this number.  I can get to the screens where you set goals, and I can set goals for other activities, but I can’t edit/change this cycling goal.  The text on the screen says it can be updated, but I can’t update it.  I’m using the free version of Strava.  Can these Strava set goals be changed?  When using the free version?  Thank you.

We are seeing an empty payload being returned from the clubs endpoint for most users since this AM:https://www.strava.com/api/v3/clubs/nnnn/activities&per_page=100No errors, just a 200 and an empty array. No changes on our end, no changes to the API that I can see?I don't see anything in the API status: https://status.strava.com/

On may 18th, I was editing one of my shoes from the iOS Strava app. After a run, I went to « my shoes » section, saw the proper list as usual :mizuno wave Daichi 7 salomon ultra glide 3 mizuno wave ultima 16 « pour tapis » Mizuno wave rider 28 bleu vertthose last ones are my usual pair of shoes for the running. So I clicked on it to « modify » , check the « make default » box, and validated.once back to the list, this pair disappeared ! I checked the « retired shoes » section, it’s not there. I have an old pair of « mizuno wave rider 28 », but it’s an old one. The new one had « bleu vert » at the end to make the distinction.I went to check all the runs I’ supposed to have done with those shoes, and the shoes reference has left, there’s a sad «-« character instead.of course, it’s annoying. I have tried to ask for help from the support, but I’ve been told that « they are limited to investigate these sorts of issues », which, I won’t lie, puzzled me for the rest of the week… so ? It would be great to see an improvement where you can choose to exclude e-bike riders from segment KOM and Local Legend stats.  I would assume AI would be able to automatically determine if someone is riding an e-bike based on acceleration, avg speed, etc.

I’m an endurance cyclist, and I’ve noticed that Strava only counts the day I start a ride as an “active day,” even when the ride spans multiple calendar days. For endurance events that extend beyond a single day, Strava still considers it as just one active day.This seems like a bug or a design limitation, as it doesn't accurately reflect the effort and time spent riding over multiple days. Ideally, each calendar day that includes recorded activity should be counted as an active day to better represent multi-day endurance efforts.

My PRs are not showing in my activities. My Garmin displays PRs but Strava isn’t recognizing them. I has done it before, and I’ve not changed any settings but it’s not doing it now. When I look at my best efforts, it’s not my recent best effort. It’s frustrating as this is how I can easily see my PRs. Any ideas on how to fix??

Hi,I've noticed that in the past few days, geotagged user photos are no longer visible on activity maps or route planning heatmaps on the web version of Strava (they were clickable blue dots).Instead, I now see commercial POIs (e.g., pubs, even McDonald's, Burger King,) that never appeared before?I use Strava primarily to explore routes based on local photos, (in particular trail conditions of remote places), and this was a key reason I paid for membership.Can you please confirm if this is a permanent change or a bug. If possible, I’d like the previous behavior with photo overlays restored?Thank you.

Walks have been added to running challenges as of January 2024 and as a person who does both run and walk acitvities as separate sports, this has ruined the experience of challenges in the app for me, and in general.My walks are no counting towards running challenges which rightly used to be separate. They are separate sports.I found an idea here from last year where somebody requested the opposite and now it has been implemented. From their point of view, they were lesser abled and some walks "felt" like runs to them, which i acknowledge - however, the solution there is ti simply record a running workout on your device, not a walk.To improve the experience for walkers then more 5k, 10k and monthly mileage challenges can be set up to keep it interesting. Last year I really enjoyed tracking my walking challenge and sepaately doing the running challenges. Now there are fewer challenges in total which seems like the app is getting worse, not better.Also importantly need to point out that

Hi there, Are passcodes now mandatory? I seem to have been switched and am now required to log in via a one time passcode each time I log in on my mac which is something I really don’t want to have to do. I’m very happy using a password, all a passcode does for me is fills up my inbox, if everyone started doing this it would have an absolute cluster. J

Has anyone had and solved a pairing issue between a Series 7 Apple Watch and iPhone? The app on the phone has all the settings turned on but won’t show the orange check mark for Motion & Fitness and the “Finish” bar is grayed out. Thanks!

Hey folks,  I used to be able to make posts on my profile page and in clubs but for the last few months, it is giving me an error. It just says ‘something went wrong’ and does not get posted. I don’t think I have changed anything. My Strava version is uploaded and so is my iOS. What may be the problem? I’m attaching an image of the issue I face. Thanks in advance. 

I ran a ½ marathon 3 days ago with the Strava app on my Apple Watch & the activity is showing as “not synched.” I have tried the forced shut down, logging out & logging back in the app & it will not synch the workout. I have done workouts after the ½ marathon that has synched with the app. How do I get that 1 workout to synch?  

I have synched my Strava account to my Peleton Tread. I get most of the data coming across fine when I run on the Tread. But what I don’t get is any elevation data which means that all my elevation data on Strava is undercooked. How do ai change this so it comes across?
