I did a light run this morning but there was something strange when I looked at the results of my running recording, it said I ran 16 kilometers at a pace of 1 even though I didn't run up to 16 kilometers so I hope problems like this can be fixed

Hello,I manage to merge two activities using third-party tools, but when I do, I lose my power data.Is there a way to merge activities whilst keeping the power data?

Via 'kaarten' heb ik een keer een eigen route samengesteld. Ik zie deze nergens terug. Wanneer ik een route loop die  grotendeels overeenkomt met deze eerder ingestelde route,  krijg ik steeds te horen dat ik van de ingestelde route ben afgeweken. Of het bericht dat ik weer terug ben op de route. Ik weet niet hoe ik deze melding tijdens het lopen kan verwijderen? Groet.  Peerke.

I've noticed that the "Edit” option is not available anymore when I try to edit any of my own routes (not activities) in the "My routes” section. Only the "Embed” and "Duplicate” options are available.Is this a bug? The workaround is to duplicate your route and then edit it. But in this case you'll have to go and delete the "original" route manually.Please, let us know if this is a temporary issue or the "Edit” feature is gone forever...

I’m not sure if this is the same thing others seem to have mentioned regarding GPS.Before a golf round, I start the ‘golf’ activity on my PIxel 3 watch on Strava (not fitbit). After it’s been going a little while, I then open golfpad on my phone and start a round. This then opens golfpad on the watch. At this point, Strava is still recording and golfpad is doing its job. However, after about 12 minutes, I notice that the strava icon has disappeared from the watch. When I finish the round, I can see Strava has recorded an activity, doesn’t seem to know it’s golf and has recorded around 10 minutes and with peculiar tracking route.I think if I open the Strava app on the phone instead of the watch and do the same thing it works properly but this means my phone is simultaneously GPSing for Strava and Golfpad and this kills my battery during a round.Any reason why the watch app would just stop recording and not give the usual (or any) screen to check with you that you’ve finished?

Has the web version been updated recently? Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks!

The last changes to Strava Routs management are not the best one - Routs can`t be deleted or edited without been duplicated - is absolutely inconvenient when you creating routs and then try to make some changes or when you share a rout with friends and the only way to make changes is to duplicate it. It turns out in a mess of useless routes been saved.What other users think about it?

My Strava walk from yesterday did not upload, which I found unusual. I checked all my settings, but nothing seems to have changed. I asked a friend if her Apple Watch was syncing with Strava, and she said it hadn't been working for the past few days; it worked fine on Friday evening. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

The map only mode added a smart feature today that gives you suggested routes. It seems cool and I may use it, but it disrupts how I use the map. When I'm out on a ride, I look at the map only mode with global heat map to see where others have gone and choose my path from that. The new create route feature covers the map and shows one possible route at a time, sometimes zooming out. I can't find where to turn off the feature so I can just use the map as normal. Please help!

Last 2 activities didnt upload to strava from my dash. App says they have uploaded. All settings seem correct in app and strava. Anyone help please ?

Hello. When deauthorising an athlete from the app side (not the athlete clicking ‘revoke access’ themselves), should we see: the app being removed from the My Apps page for the deauthorised athlete? the “Number of athletes currently connected” reduce on our API connected Strava account (My API Application)?Thanks for your help. 

As could be seen from the screenshot, the route reverse function does not work properly. In the past there would be no issues. This make the modification much difficult and complicated when dealing with sophisticated routes. This does not happen just once but I just found this recently. Strava route making used to work well but seems not anymore. Is it the right time to change to Komoot? 

Today, 9th May, (3 hrs ago) our app started getting a 403 error when accessing data for all authenticated athletes (this is for refreshing access tokens, collecting data - everything). Our code has not changed and we’ve received no communication as to why this might be happening. We are not even remotely close to hitting our agreed rate limits.Interestingly we are still receiving webhook events, however when we try to collect data associated with the webhook events there’s a 403 error.Is anyone else experiencing this? https://status.strava.com doesn’t report any issues.

Golf Activity Update Request: add an option button for “walking” or “golf cart”. Obvious reasons, walking would track steps, mileage, correct pace, etc. and golf cart would just track duration. Maybe this would be an easy fix for incorrect pace. (see below), would this be considered a bug or incorrect data tracking?

Upon checking on your Terms and Conditions Support page online, it was stated that we are entitled to get a refund as long as the cancellation was done within 48 hours. Luckily, I immediately cancelled the subscription the time I knew I was renewed. I kindly request your immediate assistance in processing my refund. I have created a run club for my university on Strava, and one of our members is unable to post her activities to the club feed, even though other members can post without issue.We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Updated the app to the latest version Deleted and reinstalled the app Reviewed and adjusted the club settings Despite these actions, the problem persists.

I went for a run with someone and she ended up going a bit faster at the end, and taking a different route. She tagged me, so when I opened Strava to see my run that synced from Strava on Apple Watch, I clicked accept on her invite to tag me. But it seems in the process, my run disappeared and now I only have her run on my profile. How can I recover my run?

I’m currently unable to access my paid subscription account. When attempting to login to Strava, it connects me to an old account that I do not use. If I try to login through apple or Facebook, it wants me to create a new account connected to my Facebook.I’ve submitted several support tickets over the last four days, but cannot get a response. 

I am trying to change my email address, however, when I try to enter my password once selecting my new email it’s says incorrect password so it will not send me an email to change my information. I am now stuck with my mum’s email. 

Hi all is there a way to review a segment PB time against other rides I have done over that segment. Trying to find out where I am gaining and losing time over a specific segment. 

Since the latest Strava update my Samsung health data won't sync with Strava. Have tried logging in and out and restarting my phone. And have toggled off and back on the syncing buttons. Any ideas?

We’ve recently received feedback from users that our Magene C506SE and  Magene C706 are not being correctly identified on Strava. Instead, the platform displays the model identifier of our competitor, iGPSports. This issue is critical as it may confuse users and affect the launch of our new C706 model.Could you kindly assist in resolving this recognition discrepancy? Why is this happening? What Am I supposed to do? Please help

My activities have stopped posting my time on the feed view in my profile. I can tell the time is uploading, because when I click into any individual activity I can see the time, and it seems like it’s counting towards my weekly totals and such. But I can’t see it on the feed view next to distance any pace. Any idea why this is happening, or how I can get my activity times back?

Hi, I’ve been using Strava for a few weeks now and every ride I’ve recorded using Apple workouts via my watch or Oura ring via record activity have been imported to Strava fine and auto recognised all the various segments and added them. Never planned routes just go out and ride.i spent today setting up a new Garmin 1040, linked Strava and did a short 5 mile ride, one that I’d done several times using Apple workouts.it imported OK but shows no segment times, even though there’s at least 10, does that mean that I have to import every Strava segment I want to use into my Garmin before it will record segment times. I did notice I hadn’t told garmin connect to use Strava segments, will that be enough? thanks
