Hi, In roughly the past week, my Apple Watch has stopped recording Heart Rate data for activities. I’ve tried all the recommended fixes:restarting Apple watch checking health settings (correct, nothing has changed on that front) re-installing app recording different types of workouts disabling low power mode on workoutThe watch itself is recording heart rate perfectly fine, and the Strava watch app is recording GPS data fine. When I finish a workout, it simply says Average heart is 0. What could be going on?  

HiMany times I’ve a problem with automatic uploading the activities. When I finish the activity I receive a massage from Strava that sais: manual upload.It doesn’t happen every time, but at least once or twice a a week I use Apple Watch and Wahoo computer I checked and all devices, apps and connections are enabled Thank youAriel

Hey, I've lost the connection between my inspire 3 and Strava after updating it. I tested to long in, out of Fitbit and Strava app and restart inspire 3 and cellphone! Still no solved!

I recently had my Apple Watch Series 8 repaired for an unrelated issue (water ejection feature was not working). I had to log out of and unsync my watch prior to sending it and when I have come back to install and log in to the Strava app on my watch I am not able to complete the SyncI have logged out on my phone, deleted the app from both my phone and watch, all to no avail. Both my phone and watch have the latest software updates for iOS and StravaThe app on my watch was working perfectly prior to sending if off, but since I have had it returned I cannot complete the log in and so cannot use it. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello, my morning run has disappeared. I use a Samsung Watch 4 Classic without the GSM module. My run finished properly, I pressed finish and then done, and when I got home I waited for my watch to sync, but now it didn’t do anything. The app says “0 unsynced activity” and there is no sign anywhere that my morning run took place. Please fix this and restore the data of my morning run.

I would like to ask about my Strava connection with Amazfit. I’m getting an “error connecting your device” message, even though the Zepp app is already linked to Strava. The activity data is syncing automatically to Strava, but my gear (like Garmin) is not detected in Strava. 

It looks like there has been a change introduced in how the pace is being displayed for running activities. Before the change, the pace for splits would be shown as moving pace (i.e. ignoring for example pauses at traffic lights). Now, any pause is reflected in the pace, resulting in uneven outcome. When I checked my recent runs, I saw that an October 5 run was still recorded as expected, but next run from October 7 and all runs since then have the splits pace all over the place. 🫤Is this a bug or an intentional change?(Recording my runs with the native Apple Watch Workout app and importing from Apple Health to Strava via the iOS Strava app.)

I have successfully connected my Amazfit GTR 2 to the Zepp app and linked it with Strava. However, my Strava activities do not show that they were recorded using the GTR 2. I have ensured that the Zepp app is synced with Strava and both apps are updated to their latest versions. I have also checked and reauthenticated the connection between Zepp and Strava, but the problem persists. We have a running club in our office.I am the developer of an application currently using the Strava API (Client ID:  126230.Recently, some new users encountered the error:"Error 403: Limit of connected athletes exceeded",even though we believe we haven't reached the 100-athlete limit for development applications.Could you please help us verify our current usage, and if needed, grant a quota increase?This application is intended to help a small group of runners automatically track and analyze their activities via Google Sheets.Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I have a list of applications we publish with Strava integration features and a lot of them have reached the athlete limits. I have filled out the form multiple times over the past few weeks and have not received a response or an update. Is there any way to expedite these athlete limit requests and make a mass update to multiple client Ids at once for those of us with White Label applications? 

I am getting a green screen come up on all live segments for the last week or so.  I use iphone and am on the latest version.  My brother is also reporting the same issue.  He is not in the same area as mee so don’t think its GPS related. 

Hey guys, I rode down skyline queenstown early this year. On one of the days a trail that I rode which may be really new does not have a name on it. It clearly shows on the map but no name. Is there any way to name this trail at all?

Hello Strava community!I applied to the Developer Program with my app about more than a month ago. This is actually my second attempt; the first time, they asked me to provide more screenshots of my app. I applied to increase my user limit from 1, because right now no one can use my app except me. After submitting additional screenshots, I received this email in response:'We've received your submission to Strava's Developer Program. It's under review, and there's nothing else you need to do for now. Once your app has been approved, we'll contact you with more information.'Given that I've already gone through one round of feedback and I'm trying to make my app available to more users, how long should I expect to wait for a response regarding this second review?

Hi Strava Team,Our application encodes .FIT files from pool swim activities and sends them to Strava via the APIWe recently found some swims that have an incorrect Pace and Moving Time, after some investigation I noticed that in the ‘Laps’ list for the Strava activity it only lists 36 out of 63 Laps defined in the .FIT file, the ‘moving time’ is calculated from these Lap messages so its short.There are no other errors shown on importI have spent a lot of time looking at the FIT fields and they look correct, please could someone take a look at the attached .FIT file to see why Strava only seems to read the first 36 Lap messages when there are 63 in total?When I import the same .FIT into TrainingPeaks it reads the whole file and gives the correct swim pace TIA

It differs to others, because its truely customizable.To use it, you need to register (eg via google). Its required to keep bots away, generating load on the backend. Thanks!

After each ride my Garmin Edge automatically uploads the ride to my Strava account where I add a couple of photos, edit the title, add some notes; all done via a web browser. Then later a duplicate of the ride appears on my account with a generic name (e.g.morning ride). Both rides are under my name. It appears I am a member of a Group (consisting of me and..., well,  me). I select Leave Group but after my next ride I have to go through the process once again. How did I start a Group? How did I join my own Group? More importantly, how can I prevent further duplication? Thank you. 

I am getting crazy while trying to fetch gear-equipment from Strava to Supabase (I am building an app). connection works fine, but then it doesn’t get the bikes. It doesn’t show any errors either. I have tried everything, but still never find the way. Is there anyone that has faced something like this before and can give me some advice?Thank you in advance,Borja

Seems like inclines and decents are combined when syncing data from polar into Strava. I get roughly double elevation gained.

Hi!  We have an app called MWatch. The purpose of this app is connect to our smartwatches and the users can manage the health data.  We have more than 15k active users, so, when they will share the exercises in the Strava app, the app returns a error saying that the app reached the total number of athletes connected. When I checked the number of athletes in the API, I saw that the Strava is allowing just one athlete. How can I up this number? Our app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=br.com.grupomulti.multismartwatches&hl=pt_BR&pli=1 

Hi everyone,I'm trying to share an activity overview, but the link sends me to a strava login/registration page.There's also this message: "This activity cannot be found. It has been deleted or is private".I checked my privacy settings: activities are for everyone and Flyby, too.The map is not hidden.When I try to share the map instead of flyover, I get this message: "Impossible to find the requested activity".What's wrong?Thanks for helping.

My total stats is not changing for my followers. It’s stuck on 100 km, when the correct total is something else. I am wondering if it stoped updating after changing privacy settings to “only followers”. Tried to change them back to “everyone”, but it still has not updated to correct stats.. Anyone?

Hi, seems each one of my devices - PM,HRM, etc all create their own ride under the ride i record so all the information is in separate places & it looks like i’ve done various similar rides at the same time, is there a way where this can all be summarised in one ride?
