Earlier, when I clicked on "Share", I used to see multiple options — one with only stats, one with map and stats, etc. But now I can see only one option, which is the transparent one.I have made the activity visible to everyone and removed all privacy restrictions, but it still shows only one sharing option. 

I can't mention someone in an activity comment using the App but it works when on website. If there is user restriction to not be mentioned, why it works on website?

I connected my "gymbook" app to apple health today for the fist time and now my workout is not showing on Strava at all. I have search for the workout everywhere on strava, but no luck. it is showing on my apple fitness though.How do I get the workouts to register on Strava?

Hello - My ticket number is #3034516.  I have not heard back from support and am looking for some help.  I purchased a subscription (and have had my credit card charged), but it is not showing up on my main strava account.  I think it has something to do with using apple pay and the e-mail on my apple pay is an old strava account.  Any help would be great!

Hi - I see a lot of folk having the same issue:I have two 100% valid email addresses, I use them all the time - one is work, the other is personal. I want to change strava default from one to the other...So, I go through the usual bog-standard method on either PC or mobile app. I change from personal (which has been working for years), to my work email. This worked fine. But after a few days I decided to change back to personal. This fails every time, same error message “something went wrong, please try again”I know about the verify codes/spam folders etc. I’m a long-time paid supporter. I know about not being signed in on multiple devices/accounts. I understand all that usual crap, logging in and out of accounts.I suspect this is a bug, that prevents reusing a previously used address, or simply a flawed system overall. I desperation I sent a ticket, and (having just now tried again) managed to change the email successfully this time. Hello all, recently I been receiving a server error when trying to post my activity in my clubs. I am able to post to about 2 or 3 groups, after that I am unable to do so. I also did a double run but struggling to post my second run in any group. 

Hi allI have a issue when I'm creating a trail running route. I have built various routes in the past, so not an entire newbie. I have been struggling lately with trail running routes. I use the global heat maps, I know the area, I know its been used often, but as soon as I start building, the "builder" simply refuses to use the heat map route, and uses other routes instead, taking me on an entire different route. Besides going manual, is there another way of "forcing" the builder to use the heat map?

For the last couple of weeks, while on a ride, upon finishing a segment the results of that segment will remain on screen long after the segment ends. They remain even if additional segments are attempted.i will take a picture next time this happens but its annoying.

I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my account. I signed up for a free trial on July 10, 2025, but I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription.The recent charge of $52.35 was an automatic renewal that I was not aware of. While my account shows the transaction date as August 9, 2025, the money was actually deducted from my bank account on August 27, 2025.As I have not been using the paid features since the trial ended, I would like to request a full refund for this transaction.Thank you for your assistance.

I seem to be getting a lot of new followers lately who don’t have any followers and don’t seem to be active on Strava. What is this about and is there any way for Strava to catch and limit this? Thanks!

So i have an issue, i recently got a new app to track my strength training workouts. Before i just used strava to log a workout. And then noted the weight on a piece of paper.This new app automatically exports all of the data to apple health, and it works great. The problem i have now is that strava dosent let me import it.Strava works just fine to import something like a run from apple watch, but when importing the strength training from this app it dosent even show up in the list, of available imports in Strava.  Is there anyway to make this work, without going through a third party app like Rungap, which also sees the strength training exercise.

When looking at my profile and the “My Stats” section it is only showing I have done total of 45 runs 0miles and this year 15 runs 0 miles.This is completely incorrect I know I have done 353 runs, for 1,187.6 MilesHow is it that these stats are now showing as total Garbage. Anyone else notcied this. 

I’ve been noticing some inconsistencies with the transparent share feature on Strava, even when using GPS.I always record my runs using a Garmin watch, so all my activities have GPS data. But here’s what’s confusing:• Sometimes, the transparent share option shows my route with the shoe icon (looks really nice).• Other times, it only shows the route without the shoe icon, even though the run is recorded the same way.• All these activities have GPS data, and I don’t manually edit them. Why does this happen? Is it linked to the activity type, GPS details, or something else? How can I make sure the shoe icon option always appears when sharing transparently?

Hello, it's been almost a month and Strava support hasn't responded to my refund request. How long does this take to even get a simple reply from support? 

This is someone paying subscriber fees to advertise a hotel.  I can’t see this ending well for users if our streams become filled with Instagram-like influencers and “curated athletes” pushing product. Strava of course needs revenue streams, and I accept the sponsored challenges as that mechanism.  But this? Strava needs to come down hard on it. A subscriber who is a hotel

I went to record a run and Strava had logged me out and was making me fill in my name and birthday. When I had done that it gave me a new account. When I tried to log out and into my original account the email was now in use for the account I had just made without knowing. And I have no idea how to get it back. Please help

We all have the feed on the startpage. Only my feed wont stay on the date of publiced but it has a random order now. I see a rit from 5 days ago, 1 from yesterday, 1 from today and they all are ones if already seen. After like 10 uploaded rits from other i finally see 1 that was uploaded 5 minutes ago
