Hi all, I would some suggestions on how to get actual help from Strava Support. I’m currently stuck with a cancelled subscription, and I am wanting to subscribe to the Runna + Strava bundle.  This journey so far has been harder than training for a marathon. I am now into week 4 of attempting to subscribe to the bundle. Here’s the run of events. Week 11. See the new bundle, attempt to subscribe. Says I can’t due to subscribing through Google Play.2. Read FAQ on Strava website. It suggests to cancel my plan to get the bundle. I do this.3. Once cancelled, I attempt to buy the bundle, but now I can’t resubscribe. 4. Enter Support Ticket #1 - No responses at allWeek 25. Support Ticket #2 - Automated response right after it was created6. (2 days later) Support Ticket #2 - New textbook response with links to the FAQ page that told me to cancel so I could get itWeek 37. Support Ticket Created with Runna - I get some conversations going here. Over the course of a few days, eventually Runna Supp

Bug since the last few days. Tried restarting the app, clearing data, and reinstalling. Android. Click a profile then try clicking any pictures including the button saying 'All Media '.

Does anyone have the problem with map visibility in app? When I zoom out, the map is looking like in the fog and cannot see whole activity on the map 

I have attached the images produced by strava app when i'm sharing my activity to Whatsapp, Instagram or even just saving the images in gallery. This is happening even when i set activity privacy to 'everyone'. 

Hello. I wonder if anyone else has successfully had their profile restored? Or had the same issue? I changed phone handsets (iPhone 11 to 16 pro) and around the same time had a temporary network issue. My apps including Strava had all transferred over, I’d connected my Garmin watch to my new handset, and synced the Garmin and Strava apps on my new phone. The network issue was sorted, my old phone traded in and wiped, went back into Strava on my new phone- and my profile is now gone. Same login, but no profile photo, no activities, following no one, no photos- but randomly 5 followers. Nothing else. Have contacted Strava who send automated replies with links to suggestions such as restoring deleted activities. There are none to restore- no suggestions work. I would really like my entire profile including all my contacts (65 or so). Is it fixable? Can Strava restore my profile in full from their server? Are there any other solutions. I'm new here, a vintage roadie (both me and most of my 10+ bikes). I've been using Strava for four or five years, mostly to track my yearly mileage.I'm interested in downloading my activity through the API. I know about the bulk export feature and have used it, but will be looking for something more real-time.

 How a lethargic morning ended up meeting my college alumini.Plan was to just go to the park and do a 60 min time spent with a slow jogg.Indeed , started with very jogging pace, however after 2 nd km it came back to my normal pace( as per strava )even though effort wise both mentally and physically was not even average effort.7 th km tried to put the effort with strides and looked like it I was struggling beyond 4.20 pace.But happy to complete the 60 min.Post run, the interesting part was, I saw a person like  my MBA alumni and I started scrolling LinkedIn to find him.Finally , I broke my hesitation to hay hi to him and test was a free flow conversation.Some learning: ” most of the daily problem can be avoided just like that of we know HOW TO SPEAK,HOW TO ASK QUESTIONS,MBA helps.”A 60 min after probably an year.https://strava.app.link/xF25tgUMsCb

Is there a way I can standardize the way my activities are shown in my FEED?   One of my Indoor Cycling on my feed is:  Distance, Elevation Gain, Time.  And then my next one is: Distance, Time, Average Power.  How is it chosen the order in which it shows this and can I change it?  Thank you.

Every time I log a weight training session in Hevy it automatically cascades through to Strava and is visible to me but none of my followers.  I have changed setting to ensure these are visible to all, I have also tried the usual logging out and back in of both apps to no avail. Any help appreciated

Hi All! I am old-new to Strava. Had an account last year when I used a Garmin watch. There were no issues with syncing my activities. I got my Apple Watch last November. Ever since I was struggling to import data from it to Strava. I created a new Starva account today with a different email address. Finally I managed to connect it to Health and Fitness and my activities from the last 30 days were synced.My question is: Is there a was to sync or import all the rest of the activities that I recorded with my Apple watch since last November?

Ive been looking at lots of running leaderboards on local segments, and finding that most of them have the number 1 (or sometimes multiple) spots taken up by activities that are obviously not legitimate. For example: person is on a train, person is driving, person is cycling (on an activity labelled as running). The main giveaway is when they are running sub 2min km over the segment. It detracts the achievement of those who have really put in the effort for a quick time.Is there a way to report these activities? I cant seem to find one and if not, I think it would be a useful feature. Thanks

I was injured and had to take 12 weeks out away from running and I was doing plenty of walks and I resumed my running on the 19th of April and the first tab is still showing walking and it's very frustrating and really annoying me because running used to be the first tab so this week is my 12th week of running so I hope next week it goes back to showing running as the first tab and not walking because I will be very annoyed.

I would like to be able to find all commute-related topics in one place in the Community Hub so that I can upvote the ones that I agree with.Unfortunately, the search bar is insufficient because not all topics were created with the words “commute” or “Strava Metro” in them. And there might be other keywords that I am unaware of too, but this seems like a random way to discover the universe of commute topics that are available.Can we create a tag for commutes?

When recording a run from the  Strava app on my Apple Watch. It is not syncing to the Strava account on my phone. I have tried to restart both my phone and watch, updated all software and even deleted and reinstall the app. Not sure what to do, please help.

For example, in my training today, it says the temperature was 23ºC. This temperature doesn't make any sense! The information should be the average temperature during the activity, or the maximum and minimum. I ran with a final sensation of 29ºC, but Strava says it felt like 23ºC. How can I solved it?

How can I request for my subscription refund? I accidentally subscribed your free subscription without knowing that I'll have to pay if it expired, I barely used the app and without prior notice you automatically deducted the subscription in my account?? A yearly subscription at that.. I want it processed ASAP

HelloI have had multiple discussions with Strava regarding an illegal segment which has been created on my private property, which I want Strava to suppress.This segment is endangering users as it is an hazardous one.Strava is continously answering that it is not its role to verify segments whereas my property is clearly identified as private on OpenStreetMaps.I made a complaint to the French authorities but Strava did not change anything. Would anyone be kind enough to help me solve this problem as it seems Strava considers itself above European and French laws ?Is there any way to find the name of the creator of one segment to ask him to suppress it ? Many thanks in advance Jean

Twice now, I have posted a comment on a friends activity. I’ll get a notification that they’ve liked it or replied and when I go back, I see that the comment has been changed and shortened. They aren’t long comments, just a couple of words, so I don’t see what benefit shortening them has? Also the really annoying thing is on both occasions, because they’ve been shortened you’ve removed the laughing emoji at the end - turning what was a humorous tongue in cheek comment (totally normally between friends) into a passive aggressive one. It’s really rubbish and the upshot is, I won’t comment on my friends activities now which is a shame - as the social side is Strava is one of my favourite features. Can you explain pls??

Does Strava automatically detect and delete activities that are cloned? Exmaple activity is recorded with watch and garmin at the same time.
