I would like to suggest adding a new activity type and gear option – namely “Stroller Run” – which I believe would be very useful and motivating for many parents who are also athletes.The need and benefit* Many parents, myself included, combine training with stroller running. This is a very common activity, but it has a different character than regular running – it requires more effort and impacts pace and stats in ways that are not currently reflected in Strava.* There are already suggestions in the Strava Community Hub about this, for example the idea “Stroller running/pulling a bike trailer (and sports with extra weight in general)”, which has received support but is still marked as “Not Currently Planned” (communityhub.strava.com<

In the past, I’ve been able to change the organizer of the club events on the strava club I help run. The purpose is to let people know who is the ride leader for that club event. I am unable to now change it on the website. There is no menu for it. 

Is there a bug on the Pace Zones? My p/km numbers changed drastically today and the variation is vast in values on Zone 1-3 and displays the same values (<5:33-5:33) from.Zone 4-6. Something is just off. *I meant Pace Zone Bug in the topic. Unable to edit...

I use Strava mostly for riding.  Has anyone noticed a dramatic drop in their fitness score recently?  I was out of town for 4 days and my score went from 81 down to 37 and I even logged a run while I was out of town.  I don’t understand how this could be.  I look at it after every ride so this is strange.  I have asked others to check their scores and they don’t see any big drop.  I looked for updates but there is no announcement of one related to fitness score changes.

I just signed up for a Strava annual membership. I authorized the payment with my credit card. I don't see anything in my app or online Strava account yet. Will this be processed immediately?

Hi all,I’ve found myself wishing for the ability to filter my cycling power data for indoor vs. outdoor rides. This would enable users to have a clearer sense of training progress. For example, power records can be more difficult to hit outside to due to various factors (wind, traffic, hilly terrain, etc.) versus on the indoor trainer in ERG mode with set power targets. Isolating outdoor and indoor power would be interesting and helpful.Cheers!

Hello,I’ve recently been experiencing an issue: when I start an activity using a route I created, the route no longer appears on the map. I have no way to view the planned path during my ride/run.Could you please help me resolve this? Thank you in advance

Earlier, when I clicked on "Share", I used to see multiple options — one with only stats, one with map and stats, etc. But now I can see only one option, which is the transparent one.I have made the activity visible to everyone and removed all privacy restrictions, but it still shows only one sharing option. 

I can't mention someone in an activity comment using the App but it works when on website. If there is user restriction to not be mentioned, why it works on website?

I connected my "gymbook" app to apple health today for the fist time and now my workout is not showing on Strava at all. I have search for the workout everywhere on strava, but no luck. it is showing on my apple fitness though.How do I get the workouts to register on Strava?

Hello - My ticket number is #3034516.  I have not heard back from support and am looking for some help.  I purchased a subscription (and have had my credit card charged), but it is not showing up on my main strava account.  I think it has something to do with using apple pay and the e-mail on my apple pay is an old strava account.  Any help would be great!

Hi - I see a lot of folk having the same issue:I have two 100% valid email addresses, I use them all the time - one is work, the other is personal. I want to change strava default from one to the other...So, I go through the usual bog-standard method on either PC or mobile app. I change from personal (which has been working for years), to my work email. This worked fine. But after a few days I decided to change back to personal. This fails every time, same error message “something went wrong, please try again”I know about the verify codes/spam folders etc. I’m a long-time paid supporter. I know about not being signed in on multiple devices/accounts. I understand all that usual crap, logging in and out of accounts.I suspect this is a bug, that prevents reusing a previously used address, or simply a flawed system overall. I desperation I sent a ticket, and (having just now tried again) managed to change the email successfully this time. Hello all, recently I been receiving a server error when trying to post my activity in my clubs. I am able to post to about 2 or 3 groups, after that I am unable to do so. I also did a double run but struggling to post my second run in any group. 

Hi allI have a issue when I'm creating a trail running route. I have built various routes in the past, so not an entire newbie. I have been struggling lately with trail running routes. I use the global heat maps, I know the area, I know its been used often, but as soon as I start building, the "builder" simply refuses to use the heat map route, and uses other routes instead, taking me on an entire different route. Besides going manual, is there another way of "forcing" the builder to use the heat map?
