Dear Strava Team,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent change in your platform requiring users to subscribe to Runna in order to access training plans—something that was previously included as part of the Strava experience.As a paying Strava subscriber, I have valued the platform not just for activity tracking, but also for the useful features that supported my fitness goals—training plans being one of them. Moving this functionality behind an additional paywall feels like a step backward. It’s disheartening to now be asked to pay extra for a service that was once part of the core value of my Strava subscription.While I understand the business decision to partner with Runna and expand premium offerings, I believe core training plans should remain accessible to paying Strava members without requiring a separate subscription.Please reconsider this approach or at the very least provide a basic tier of training plans within the standa

the latest lawsuit from Strava against Garmin is just another example of why I’m so glad I cancelled my Strava subscription 2 years ago. I don’t miss it and this latest lawsuit is why I continue to tell my friends who still have a subscription that they should cancel.

There is a user who has joined nearly every Strava Club. with very few exceptions everyone of his rides is recorded on a supposed Turbo Trainer, with no supporting evidence that he has completed the activity claimed. no link to Zwift or similar. He claims rides and distances that are simply not credible. recently he recorded two rides in one morning, for which there were simply insufficient hours to manage it. I have raised with Strava admin. who simply ignore the problem, other than to suggest his rides be flagged.  Any suggestions as to how to deal with such a cheat?

My activites is not uploading to Strava from Garmin since the last update at Wednesday. Neither when they are connected. I have tried everything and it is not working/uploaded to Strava.

Is it just me or is this new map and route creating interface on the app terrible! It’s so sad, I enjoyed how it worked before. Now the new layers and historic heat maps don’t work and the routes it generates when you create a route takes u all the wrong directions on a well trodden path. I feel like unsubscribing 😿

Hi everyone, please help me how to get refund on Strava. I'm struggling to reach them. I lost 1,500 pesos because of auto deduction. That money is for my medicine. I am sick and I need that money.

When I finish a ride on strave and save , it adds double the mileage ie if I do a 40 mile ride and save it.then it will add 80 miles in my total for year. Any suggestions  anyone.Thanks Dave H

Sometimes, on longer rides, with many segments, there is a list of hidden efforts.  Sometimes when I have gotten top ten overall they will appear in the hidden efforts but also not in the top results. Sometimes I don’t bother checking this list.  But I always want to know when I get a new top ten overall.  Is this a random result?  Or is there something that can be done to change this?

How can I see if I am on someone’s favorite list?

Dear Strava, It’s really frustrating that Strava calculates average pace based on overall time instead of moving time. This issue discourages users from uploading their activities because it makes the pace look slower than it actually is. When I sync my Polar device “Polar vantage V3” with Strava, it includes the entire session’s time, including rest breaks, which skews the pace calculation and makes it inaccurate.It would be really great if there would a fix for this or workaround so users can track even their swimming activities accurately on Strava. And something to keep in mind for the future, what could really elevate the Strava experience for swimming users, is creating achivments, trophies etc… Like Best/fastest 100m 400m 1000m | I don’t see behind the scenes of this, but perhaps it wouldn’t be complicated to impliment such a feature compared to fixing the issue of inaccurate timing. 

I went through the “cancel subscription” steps (on the website, don’t have the app) several times in the last few days, but my account just keeps saying:You’re verified for the next year! Your student plan (-50%) is set to automatically renew on November 3, 2025.I already contacted customer “service” a few days back, but no response so far. How can I cancel my subscription?

Bonjour, Il y a quelques jours j'ai pris un comme dans mon quartier sur un segment plutôt facile. En rentrant je poste mon activité et e la rend publique . Quelques jours plus tard je me rends compte que mon activité a été signalée car j'utilise soi-disant un moyen de déplacement autre que la course à pied. Hier, j'ai contesté ce signalement mais ce matin je me rends compte que j'ai encore été signalé. Je soupçonne je soupçonne la personne qui a le kom de me signaler en permanence afin de le garder. Savez-vous comment faire ?

 I have seen little real innovation on Strava for a long, long time.  Instead, I see the price go up.Garmin, on the other hand, has new devices, new algorithms, new radars, new sensors, etc, etc etc. Their price went up too -- but at least they are innovating.If I had to choose which would I give up?   Strava or Garmin?  You already know my answer !

Hallo,aktuell verstehe ich wirklich nicht, was die Klage gegen Garmin bezwecken soll. Gerne habe ich bisher beide Plattformen parallel genutzt und mich über die reibungslose Kommunikation der Plattformen gefreut. Es ist aus Sicht des ambitionierten Hobbysportlers eine Symbiose und keine Konkurrenz.Im Grunde verarbeitet Strava MEINE Daten und bereitet sie für mich auf. Die Daten sammelt Garmin und ich leite sie (bisher) alle weiter. Strava hat dadurch den Vorteil keine eigenständige Hardware anbieten und entwickeln zu müssen. Ferner ist Strava eine Nutzung (z.B. auch um Headmaps zu erstellen) möglich und ganz ehrlich, wer nutz die Funktion bei Gamin bisher schon???Abgrenzung hat noch nie geholfen. Mein Wechsle von Polar zu Garmin war vor Jahren vor allem deswegen erfolgt, weil Polar sich abgeschottet hat, bei Garmin hingegen jeder Powermeter, jeder Brustgurt genutzt werden konnte. Beliebt also zu überlegen, ob man Strava wirklich (noch) braucht…Viele Grüße

Buenas tardes,Me he encontrado con la siguiente circunstancia y no se como puedo resolverlo, he intentado todo pero nada.Ayer derrepente se subió una ruta a mi cuenta sin que yo fuera de 13500km, descuadrando por completo todas las estadísticas.Strava me la ha denunciado pero no me la ha eliminado, lo he intentado yo y ha sido imposible.¿Sabriais como hacerlo?

preciso mudar minha data de nascimento, está apresentando que eu tenho 9 anos e eu tenho 27!! já tentei de tudo, suporte não responde e olha que sou assinante 

Tengo problemas con los registros de actividades en mi Strava. Cuando hago senderismo y cuando hago ciclismo de montaña o ruta me muestra un súper error en las rutas, no me marca las rutas guardadas y me insinúa que estuve en un carro haciendo las rutas. Por favor necesito ayuda, ya que con mi Strava es que marco mis entrenamientos y mi rendimiento. Gracias 

Give the option of grouping multiple activities from the same day in one post to avoid clogging up the feed with warm ups/cool downs etc. Activities grouped together would be able viewed separately when clicked on, or could be scrolled through by swiping through on the feed screen. This would allow athletes to separate their activities on their watch if that's what they prefer to do, while reducing the amount of separate activities for the day and still sharing the information about all parts of the run.

I record my run with strava apps, but After i do my run, i uploaded my activities, it shown that its uploaded but never shown in my activities record

Having given kudos and comments on a number of athletes in my running club after yesterday’s Great Scottish Run my comments seem to have been disabled for almost 18 hours. I just get the “something went wrong please try again” error.

hi I am trying to get strava to upload my achievements, my friend and I ran the same run and it gave her many achievements and me none, I have Garmin vioviactiv 6 and every activity uploads straight to strata

Hi all im in need of some help! I sent this to strava support a week ago but had no reply. I logged out of my account which was associated with an old email that isnt active anymore, meaning i cant change passwords as every time i click "forgot password" the email is sent to this inactive email! Is there any way to regain my account or potentially change the email without actually being logged in? Any help would be great! I dont want to lose all my runs!
