How to change email with APPLE ID login

I login with my APPLE ID at the first time, then I changed to a Android phone...I have to login with a email address, my current email address is a strange long address ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com, I want to change the email, but even with correct password, it always shows something like 'you account is temporary restricted, please try login later', how could I solve it.

Let's Talk About High-Mileage Mountain Running Weeks

I slept nine hours last night for the first time in recent memory, and likely since I started my climb from 40 miles a week to 100 miles a week around two months ago. This sleep logging is actually a noteworthy "activity" and since Strava is my only social media, and I'm trying to be more social, I felt like it was worth sharing some sentiments. As such I decided to do a write-up on the experience of the marker leading up to, and my adjustments afterwards. The aforementioned mileage increase was initiated after conversing with a valued high-mileage friend, slash mountain muse, regarding some issues they were experiencing in life. Issues that I perceived to be directly, and indirectly, a result of stress load in part due to a running routine. I have also  been waiting in tow to make a leap to normalizing more trail miles for years. I moved myself near trails and tailored a work schedule for trail running over the last seven years, but more so this last year. That seems crazy t

Hello, i've written emails to the strava support team and ive created multiple tickets to apply for a refund but many days passed and i still have no response from them.(I always checked my email and my junk email folder and still nothing.I only got an automatic bot response.)

Hello, I’ve reached out to the Strava support team multiple times and submitted several tickets regarding a refund request. Unfortunately, it’s been quite a few days, and I haven’t received any response apart from an automatic bot reply. I’ve also checked my junk folder regularly, but still no updates. I’m really hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue. Your help would be much appreciated. Can someone escalate this one quickly?

Locked out over 24 hours

I was trying to signin after being off Strava for a while and could not remember the password. I finally found it and changed the password but it still doesnt let me in. Its been over 24hours. I emailed support and cant get a response. Not sure what to do at this point.

Hi, I have an old friend that i have a concern about. Her activity numbers on the desktop home page have remained unchanged for an extended time. Her setting is private. Does this necessarily mean she no longer using strava? thanks for any help? DeeM

How to flag activities if someone block me

hello, i notice in one segment that been using motorbike to get the KOMs, but the athletes block me and set as private account so i can't flag his activities and only his mutual can see it. Any idea how to flag those activities? He's been cheating for many times.

Hey everyone. My name is Tracy and I'm new here as a writer. I've been using Strava for a long time to track my walks and hikes. Now I have a bike. Wanting some input on power meters to get a better calorie burn reading from Strava. Don't want to break the bank. Something that will give me a better reading on my power. Thanks in advance

Subscription purchase not active

Hello - My ticket number is #3034516.  I have not heard back from support and am looking for some help.  I purchased a subscription (and have had my credit card charged), but it is not showing up on my main strava account.  I think it has something to do with using apple pay and the e-mail on my apple pay is an old strava account.  Any help would be great!

Today 11.09.2024 the amount corresponding to one year's subscription was withdrawn from my credit card.I would like to cancel the subscription that has been extended and have the amount paid back.what should i do for this?

Terrible Customer Support

Three weeks to regain access to my account and Strava charged my single account for two annual subscriptions. Only got the charges reversed through my bank and Strava support was beyond useless in the matter. Terrible.

Locked out of account

I tried to change my email associated with my account, but after entering my password incorrectly a few times, I decided to just hit “forgot password”. After changing the password, I tried to log back in and now my account is temporarily suspended. I’ve waited 24 hours per instructions I’ve read on this forum and contacted support but nobody has replied to me. Is there any way to fix this?

How long does it take for strava support to recover a deleted activity?

Hello:)) A few days ago I accidentally deleted a hike that was very important to me. Because there is no way to recovered deleted activities on strava yourself yet, I contacted the support team (ticket #3031177) but haven’t gotten a response yet. Does anybody know how long the process usually takes? Thank you!!

In App time wrong but online correct

I ran a 5k in 23 mins 12 seconds with my Garmin watch recording. It uploaded to Strava and all seemed fine. Then, the App changed the time to 38 mins 39 seconds but the website version remained at 23 mins 12. Not sure why this has happened. Any ideas on how to fix this for future runs?

E-bike user continually posting as ‘normal ride’ - this is driving me crazy. 🥲

Hello everyone. I hope you can help me. I don’t race my bike outside but I rely on segments for interval training and my own performance monitoring. Basically, I take Strava segments very seriously. I give kudos to those athletes who legitimately take QOMs from me, especially if they are solo female riders like me. However, for more than two years, one particular female e-bike rider continues to use her e-MTB as a ‘normal bike’ on Strava. I have flagged her rides continually and even sent her polite emails explaining, with YouTube links, how to mark her rides as e-bike. She has not done this and she has unflagged all her rides. I have sent emails to Strava support but not received any response or any action. She continues to ride her e-bike and take QOMs from genuine riders like myself. I have a whole folder of her rides and of pictures of her on her e-MTB. Aside from being extremely annoying, I am at the end of my tether. Can I flag this rider/Strava user? How can I get

Motorcycles and Ebikes

I'm catching flack from Motorcyclists when I ask them to (please) not use the E-bike Category to record their rides. When I look at segments and totals for my ride they are blown out by motorcyclists results. How are we supposed to compare like categories when users are in the wrong category. As an Enduro Race Timer by trade, I fully understand the difference between all of the different users, categories and the abilities of each. The general response to my requests has been that Ebikes ARE Motorcycles. I can't even begin to explain all of the reasons Ebikes do not equal a Moto.  All I'm asking is that the Moto riders out there find and use an appropriate app for recording Moto Sports. Sure, STRAVA, add it in PLEASE! EMTB'ers just want an equal playing field.
