Does Strava automatically detect and delete activities that are cloned? Exmaple activity is recorded with watch and garmin at the same time.

Fake activity time - fake KOM's

Hi, I have a friend whom I suspected of editing routes to get KOMs, he's quite clever at it, but recently he accidentally cloned and didn't remove the original activity in time. He recorded it on a Wahoo Roam, and then after modifying the file, there was no trace of what he was recording with, and his time relative to the completed route was shortened, which also equaled earned KOMs. Unfortunately, he's doing it more and more often, unfairly taking KOMs from people who really train a lot and are good athletes, I've flagged these activities a few times as red flags, but Strava isn't doing anything about it. What can you advise? Because the guy is literally ruining the fun for others.

hide achievements on ride map

I’m really intent on having my achievements not be written over the map of my ride. Is there anyway that anyone knows how to do this? Is there a setting that will make it so they don’t get written over the map this has nothing to do about hiding my rides from public view or hiding my achievements from public lists. I just don’t want them written on the map.

Live segments not displaying on iphone

I have a premium subscription and I also have live segments enabled in the options, but the segments marked with an asterisk are not displayed during training.

Flyover not working

Flyover was streaky (not sure how to describe it better). Restarted phone. uninstalled , re installed app. Now it goes extremely slow and goes out of center, so I cant even see But now it also happens with  runs that worked before. Also tried some of my friends . They work just as normal. Tried uninstalling/re installing , cleared cache - all of that multiple times. Restarted phones. Getting really frustrated here. Cant get ahold of support either.

Runna+Strava combined subscription

Hi,I have currently active subscription in Strava, but I have seen that there is new option for combined Strava + Runna subscription available - here is the link https://www.strava.com/strava-runna.I can’t use this new available option because I am being redirected to the my account page where I can only “resubscribe” option available. I have created 3 tickets for this an no one even respond for this!

If an activity is partly a hike and partly a run, how should it be entered?

I had a period several years ago when I wasn't cleared to run, and so I hiked. Fast, because I had to take my frustration out somehow. So I sometimes have hiking segment records from that time "stolen" by people who have done a combination of hiking and running over an activity, but it's clear that most or all of the specific segment was run. I maintain that such an activity should be called a run since some of it was run. But I'm getting some pushback on that. Am I out of line and I should just live with it? Or is there a policy I can point them at?

Rides hold on Save Activity screen after finishing. Can't name and complete.

It's been a problem for over a month now off and on. Android phone recordings just don't save properly. This is basic and not something that should be happening for more than a few hours without an update fix. Sort it!

Monthly elevation challenges

I repeatedly had to notice highly ranked individuals in the monthly elevation challenges that had made use of mechanic aid (funicular especially).In my opinion, that makes no sense whatsoever and does not live up to motivate any real athlete.STRAVA should do something about that annoyance.

Hey Community,I want to change my E-Mail address. Back then i clicked on login with google and now there is an error occuring every time i try to change my mail address. I already disconnected my google account from strava but i can still only login with One Time Codes. Can you help me fix this issue? Best,Moritz

How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because I've sent you a refund request email with the terms explained by old support. how long to take the reply, because I was surprised there was no notification and immediately subscribed for a year. too much money was cut from my e-wallet, please help team strava thats money for my school

Hey guys!! It's been 5 days already and they didn't even respond to any of my ticket submitted. Can you help me guys in this problem? They didn't  give any confirmation or notice on deducting that money through my E-billing App. Badly needed that money. Hope it will get refunded. ​@StravaSupport

How long des Straa Support typically reply when doing refunds?

It's been a week since I've opened up my original ticket and I've yet to see any reply. I have opened up a new ticket but there still isn't any reply. I have been getting really worried since I need the money back for my tuition. Has anyone been in a situation like this with Strava's support team? I'm getting really worried and panicked now..

Refund update

Hi I'm waiting for the update for the refund I requested last May 31, 2025 according to your policy that I can get refund if I cancel within 14 days after the purchase and it was an accidental purchase I've sent multiple tickets but no response at all as one of your admin said it's a lot on que how long does it will be resolved next week next month or next week your support is so bad can't handle the complain of the customer refund my money it's been so long

Just Hoping for Some Insights on Refund Request Experience

Hi everyone! I just wanted to kindly ask if anyone has experienced this before. A few days ago, I submitted a refund request to Strava Support for a subscription renewal that I wasn't expecting. I’ve already canceled the subscription and sent all the necessary details, including my GPA ID and screenshots. It’s been about 3 days without a reply, so I gently followed up. After that, I noticed that the priority of my request changed from “Normal” to “High.” I was just wondering — has this happened to anyone before?🌱 Does the priority change usually mean they’ve started reviewing it?🌱 How long did it take for you to get a response or result? I truly appreciate any kind of feedback or shared experiences.
