Route Names

Is there a way of flagging or changing mistakes in Starva's route suggestions, that come upon the home page from time to time.I've noticed some mistakes in Welsh route names where words are missed out, which results in the names of the routes making no sense and irritating.Cymru am Byth.

Strava you have no rights to my exercise data. Nor do you have the right to try to charge me to access my own data. You will never get a dime from me as long as you continue to try to run this site by trying to coerce paid memberships. My Data is My Data. It isn't yours to try to hold over my head for money. Your business model needs a rethink.

Why does it show “Power Watts” and not “Pulse Rate”?

Why does it show “Power Watts” and not “Pulse Rate”?I have a GARMIN Venu 3 watchWhen I do my standard run, it shows Power Watts on strava, but if I do a test run, just turn on the workout on the watch and turn it off after 5 minutes, then the app shows “Heart Rate”. I would like the pulse to always show, how can I fix this, friends?

Group Challenge Online Access

Hello Sträva users! I have recently created a Group Challenge that I am sharing with my work colleagues. I am able to see the challenge in the active section of the Strava app but I am unable to find it on the website version after I log in. I see all the other challenges I accepted but not the one I created and belong to. What I am I missing here?Would like to be able to bring it up at work and show the group progress but not seeing how to do so. Please advise.Thank youMark

The Pittsburgh Dirty Dozen Race - some of the steepest hills in the USA

Every autumn, on the steep streets of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a local bike race is held that is not quite like any other. Called The Dirty Dozen, the race was founded in 1983 by Danny Chew, a former Pro Road Racer who has twice won the Race Across America. With his brother Tom and their friend Bob Gottlieb, Danny’s goal for the first Dirty Dozen was to find and ride Pittsburgh’s steepest hills. The 1983 version of the race consisted of only 12 hills, but since 1988 13 hills have been featured, and the race was dubbed “The Dirty Dozen” in the vein of a “Baker’s Dozen” which = 13. In the intervening years, the race has grown in popularity attracting many local cyclists and even some who travel to Pittsburgh to see what all the fuss is about. How steep could these hills really be? Need help! My profile doesn't show my activity so I'm now following myself!

Hi!I'm new to Strava - signed up to track my challenge progress for CRUK. I did my first run today using my apple watch. It recorded fine and I had an email congratulating me for my first run. The link in that email opens in the Strava app on my iphone and shows me my run. But, when I go back to 'home' there is no activity showing for me. So, I now follow myself! I've linked my Strava to CRUK and it's showing no activity.I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but can someone please help!

Update account details

I’ve been trying for nearly 2 years to reset my email and password as the existing ones are no longer usable.I have tried to get a response from Strava using both the in apps help support and emails.I’m only able to login through Facebook which I wish to no longer use.I would really appreciate it If someone could contact me as I’m finding things extremely frustrating as a financial member and getting no response. 애플 로그인으로 스트라바를 로그인했었는데 현재는 삼성 핸드폰을 사용해서, 애플 로그인이 어렵습니다. 사용하던 아이디를 그대로 사용하고 싶은데 방법을 알려주세요. 모든 활동이 활성화된 상태에서 계정이 잠겨 있고 비밀번호를 변경하려고 했지만가능하지않다고 나옵니다.  내 친구들이 내 활동을 볼 수 있기 때문에 내 이전 계정이 여전히 활성 상태라는 것을 알고 있습니다. 변경 가능하게 도와주세요. TRANSLATION: I used to log in to Strava with Apple login, but now I'm using a Samsung phone, so Apple login is difficult. I would like to use the same ID I was using. Please tell me how. My account is locked with all activity active and I tried to change my password but it says that's not possible. I know my old account is still active because my friends can see my activity. Please help me make this change.

Tracking family members with Strava

My daughter has a Garmin Edge and uses Strave.  We are many times in places with no cell service so the Find My App on the phone cannot track her.  Is there a way for her to share her real time location with me if she does  not have cell service, but I do?

hey guys! I just ran a long run and uploaded it from Garmin connect. It usually works fine but the run is not connecting to the stats on my profile. I checked to see it's visibility ect n it says it was fine- anybody else had this?  Thank you!

Fitbit Sense 2

Has anybody else had problems with Fitbit?I’ve recently done 2 x 5km runs and the information from my Fitbit device has differed massively when it’s linked to my Strava account. I’ve just completed a 5km run in 27ish mins and when the data reached Strava it said I’d done 3.24km in 18ish mins. The pace was the same at 5’32”/km. I've already deactivated and reactivated my Fitbit to Strava and that hasn’t helped. has anyone got any ideas?

Speed wrong

I am a paying user so please don’t answer with “subscribe ….”. I use an iPhone 15 pro max. Everything is updated, Strava app has been re-installed etc. Strava doesn’t show the church speed during cycling any more. When I start it takes at least a kilometre until a speed is shown at all. But right after showing it, it freezes for a few minutes. That issue repeats. So I never have the actual speed.  Curiously, the distance is shown correctly. I assume it’s not an gps issue. Has anybody a solution?

Cheating user

There's a user who keeps uploading activities without having ridden them on a proper bicycle. It's a velomobile and therefore has almost no wind resistance. He sets KOMs on flat segments almost every single day, no matter the wind condition - with heart rates consistently low and sometimes not even pedaling. I have asked him nicely to properly designate his activities - no response. I have flagged all his activities - he unflags them and has started flagging some of mine as a response. I have already opened a ticket to report this user but I do want to make sure that such blatant acts of cheating and flouting the user guidelines are properly handled and the user's profile blocked. New Member here. Martial Artist looking to continue fitness journey

Hello Strava.I'm new to this app as I've looked for a different solution to track my caloric output during training sessions. I had heard that this was a good option for many sports and activities that I do for cross training (running, weightlifting, walking, yoga and HIIT) that support my Martial Arts practice. I had been using my Apple Watch to track calories but it is too big and dangerous to use while sparring and jiujitsu grappling so I moved to a Coros tracker in conjunction with Strava.I'm currently a black belt in mixed martial arts based in tae kwon do, brazilian jiujitsu, kickboxing and western boxing. Looking forward to interacting with Strava!

problem with Strava

Hello dear creators of Strava! I am writing to you because of the latest update with Strava routes, they are very poorly generated, they are of the same type and do not correspond to the requests at all. I understand that the developers wanted to do the best, but I kindly ask you to return the previous version of generating routes for a premium account.
