Can I request for a refund? My account on strava auto deduct my gcash and subscribe on its own. Please i need refund 

Pretty much what the title says but until pretty recently in Recover Athletics when you completed an activity you had the option to append it to an existing Stava activity. That seems to have gone now. You can still upload to Strava but why take away the append to activity option...

This should be an option for paying users at the very least. It seems to be a new update today that everyone’s watch is now listed in the first line of their activity. Comes across as overt advertising and Strava trying to make every dollar they can. There’s also legitimate reasons some people wouldn’t want to advertise this (sponsorships, not using a watch someone gifted you, general privacy etc). With all the other things we can customize it feels inconsistent to not be able to edit this. Hoping for a change. Thanks! edit: I’m aware we can probably export the file and re-upload without it being tied to a watch but it shouldn’t have to be that complicated..

“Give a Gift” Subscription is back!The give a gift option is now available again in Strava website and app. You can find it at the top right corner in the webpage dashboard or in the settings page on the Strava Mobile App under the Account section, which is called “Gift a Subscription”. This is one good way to give others the gift of premium features in staying active using Strava.However there is one thing that is missing. It is currently not available in other regions, especially in some areas in the Asia Pacific. Some users might be confused or see it as a bug since upon clicking the Give a Gift button it only redirects you to the homepage or dashboard. This can be a loss to the Strava market, since there is a wide number of user in these regions. Opening this feature to all regions can be a great opportunity for Strava to gain more premium users, especially during this season of giving. 

hi all, i recently re-subscribed, and all of my activities have disappeared from 2021 until now, and my newer activities aren't uploading now! confused! Anyone know how to solve this? TIA

Hi,All my runs on Strava show Elevation Gain on the feed card instead of Pace.They are flat runs, marked as Road, and recorded from my Strava app. I do not use any apple watch or Garmin watch. I’ve tried editing the activity type, refreshing the app, but nothing changes. Other people’s run show Pace correctly.Can someone please help fix this or tell me how to make it show Distance | Pace | Time instead of Distance | Elevation | Time?Easy Long Run | Run | Strava

First, I do not have a pro/paid strava account. I’m only using the free mode.When in the maps section, the layer for aspect is on and I can’t unclick it to remove it from view. Every time I click it, I’m taken to the create a pro account because it is a locked layer. I took a screen recording of it, but I’m unable to share a video. Hopefully the screenshot helps. Has anyone experienced this bug?Thank you

Hello, I don't understand how to stop Strava from automatically pausing my rest times when I run. In fact, instead of running for 1 hour like I do, it counts 50 minutes since I took a 10-minute break. I don't have a pause button in the settings. Thank you in advance. Kind regards.

If someone I'm following comments on a recorded/saved activity I used to be able to use the @ to bring up their name and reply to them directly. Now they just don't appear. Other people appear but not the ones I want. I use an Android/Google phone. This has only just started happening in the last week or so.

I have tried to contact support twice during the last months by creating a support issue from the Strava app of my iPhone. I am trying to change my old email address that is registered for Strava that has been deleted for many years. I don´t have the password to change the email to my new address. I expected a reply to my new address but I feel my support issues are simply ignored. Pretty surprised since I´m paying 99nok for the app every month.

I’d like to identify a “segment of the month” for my team, and then have a competition to see who can complete the segment the most amount of times within a month. I am not interested in fastest time, just most attempts of the segment. I know I can compare times on a segment within my club, but I am interested only in the local legend of the segement, within my club, within a single month. How can I track this? Thanks!

I love the Strava personal heat map - it’s a big reason i’m a subscriber. I love maps and it’s extra motivation for me. Since the AWS issue 2 days ago though, some runs that had previously shown on my heat map are no longer showing. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern - I’m missing a run from July and some from other months. I’d love this to be fixed because I had been trying to run on every road in my area, but now my map isn’t accurate so I’m disappointed. 

I have a Fitbit versa 4. Workouts show up there but not on Strava. I have to manually enter walks and runs. Before I had to refresh in Fitbit for it to show up in Strava now it’s nothing. Have reinstalled both apps, and logged out. Strava’s help was not helpful 

Just saying…  The Padel sport has gained around 18 million players, and its growth shows no signs of slowing down.Today, there are approximately 30 million padel players worldwide...and it is still not on Strava. Come on guys!

It looks like a mass attack, since some of my friends were also flagged at the exact same time.All our activities are 100% legitimate, and this seems to have been done just to harm our profiles. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to contact Strava support directly.Can anyone please tell me how I can get in touch with Strava or report this situation properly? Hi there,when tracking my rides with Apple Watch, the data recorded is a plausible and consistent match with other resources, e.g. komoot pre ride track planning.Importing the recorded track however, has a strange impact especially on altitude information. A track with 300 meters of altitude difference (Apple, komoot, paper map) e.g. easily gets imported as 600+ meters in Strava. This gives a wrong information for the training status and kind of nags on my credibility with those who joined me for the ride 😉 😉Why doesn‘t Strava simply take the well recorded data from Apple, but applies some additional magic during import, that actually goes so significantly wrong?thanks a lot!Thomas

I am contacting you because when I tried to save my today’s activity the app failed to save it ( sometimes it happens if the internet is not available exactly at the time so I thought it will be registered but it never did ) so I logged out and in again and was surprised to see all my data has disappeared and it is as if I am starting all over again with no pictures or previous activities.Would you be kind to help me retrieve my data please as last few months hard work is now gone and I can not see my profile. Yours

My activity on strava, also shown on Garmin, companion app, wahoo app, Zwift but not on strava. Have logged in and out, disconnected and connected again, turned phone off and on but no activity on strava. What can I do?
