Good day, i have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial. but then, yesterday (july 27, 2025) i got a text message about my e wallet (gcash) that says i made a transaction but i really didn't, so upon searching about my situation, I'm not the only one who experienced it. then yesterday i tried to get a refund request to google play because of what i searched online about the procedure when you accidentally purchased to sn google app but i received their email to me that says it didn't meat their policies of refund, so now I decided to reach out to you to try considering my refund request because the money is not really meant for me, and i really need it back. i hope it finds you all and thank you.

How to stop one of my two Strava accounts

Hello, I explain the situation, I bought a Bryton Rider S810 and I tried to connect it to Strava, I did all the things that were required, but when I went for a workout it did not show in Strava. I also tried to send it to Strava manually. It showed up as being done, but I did not find it on Strava. Apparently I have two accounts, so I tried to stop the second account, but without success. On my MacBook I have the good account and I see all the results of my Strava friends. So I would like to use the same account on my iPhone, but without success. So, does anybody have a solution? How to report fraud on Strava – adding the same activities multiple times

Despite flagging, Strava did nothing about it and instead blocked me from flagging.I only verified the current month, and as you can see, these are the same activities — identical ride times, average speed, elevation gain, and even the recorded temperature.Profile https://www.strava.com/athletes/15609475

This new update keeps cropping my photos and I looks bad to me. I can't share (advertise Strava) when I can't see my photos properly. How to fix?

Map changes feedback: North Orientation

Add the North orientation arrow back to maps. This would be useful to know what direction we are pointing in when navigating, and just for ease of use.

false flags in cycling (non ebike)

How does one get around false flags? I mean, I don’t mind a road ride on a gravel bike being flagged because I’ve beaten a shed load of KOMS but, I certainly didn’t so I can’t work out why it would remove me from any leaderboards. Any ideas? None of the speeds are unusual for my historical data either….

Adding a new activity

Several watersports are already listed (sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc.) and I would like to add wingfoiling but (for an somewhat obscure reason) there is no obvious way to add or even suggest such addition.

HR is not changing in segment effort comparison

Wrong times on segments

Some of my segment times are incorrect.  When I look at “comparisons” against earlier times for a given segment, there is a point on the segment that Strava randomly adds 20 minutes or so to my current time, as if I stopped and waited for 20 minutes, even though I did not stop at that point.   For example, I rode in Dupont yesterday and on Wilke Trail the replay of the route on the computer shows my position roughly equal to my earlier time through most of the segment, then at a few hundred yards from the end, my current ride time jumps up 20 minutes, leaving me 20 minutes slower than the PR ride, even though it was almost identical.  I have had this happen probably 6 times.

Hello! So, this is similar to other inquiries. I just can't calm my mind because i am a student and the annual subscription is a huge amount for me.Last June 18 i tried to get me a free trial to strava app, i processed everything thru strava app. Then after a few hours, i cancelled it (also thru strava app bc i thought it would be cancelled to where i also subscribed). Then just this July 18, 1680php was deducted to my gcash account. I just found out that i needed to cancel it thru google play.I then cancelled it thru google play and submitted an appeal. It was denied, saying it does not align with their policy. So i contacted strava support. Submitted a ticket, they replied and asked me to give them necessary details. I finished doing that then also emailed their zendesk account. I already did everything you guys are saying to get support. I just now want to know if i should just sit and wait or try and try strava to notice my report. I already followed up yesterday.I would appreciate

After running daily for 3-4 weeks, here is what i re-learned

 After running daily for 3-4 weeks, I learned a lot about running, which I actually forgot because I was running a lot in elementary school. Here are the points I re-learned. 1. Weather. This is a surprisingly good thing I learned. The weather is the most important factor in running. If it is too hot, with the sun shining, it adds extra pressure. And when you don't have a cap or anything to cover your head in this heat, the pressure doubles. On the other hand, days with clouds and wind can help you a lot when running, as you feel grateful.2. Track. The place where you are running is kind of crucial. Since I happen to live just two steps away from the running track in the local park, it makes running easier and more convenient to reach. So I don't have to spend extra time to get there, which keeps me motivated.3. People. Sometimes, running on the track can be very crowded, especially after 6 PM. It makes running enjoyable because you are running with other people, but it also makes it c

Live Segments gone again

I got a new layout on my phone (iphone12) but it’s not showing live segments anymore. It is telling me that I’m doing splits, which I’m sure I didn’t ask for, but I’m not seeing any data on these either. Any way to restore live segments please?

Element Bolt not uploading to Strava

I just completed the Etape du Tour de France yesterday. My HUAWEI watch also records and uploads almost immediately. The problem is that the watch battery often dies on long spins like that. What can I do to get the Element Bolt uploading, with and without WiFi please?

Family Plan Problem - Ireland/Northern Ireland

I signed up for a family plan today and invited some of me fellow club members. When one of them tried to sign up, they got an error to say they must live in the same country as me. We do of course both live on the island of Ireland about 10 miles from each other (one in Northern Ireland and one in Republic of Ireland). This is very common for many club members due to the political border that exists. When I look at my profile it says "Europe/London", so I had no idea this would be an issue. I can not even see on my account or profile the "country" that I live in.  How do I even see what region/country my account is in? It seems crazy that you need Strava support to view/change this.  I have raised a support ticket (https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/requests/3442235), but have got no answer in a week.

Incorrect distance/time when uploading TCX files from NRC

Hi everyone,I’m new here and happy to join the Strava community hub !I started running about 10 years ago, back when Strava was just getting started. At the time, I used Nike Run Club and have since built up over 2.200 km of running history that I really don’t want to lose.I’ve linked my Strava and NRC accounts, but unfortunately that only syncs new runs, not the old ones. Since there’s no way to import my historical data directly, I requested my data export from Nike, which provided me with TCX files.The problem : when I upload the TCX files to Strava, the distance and time (the pace too, as a consequence) are often incorrect. I’ve tried a few sample files, and these issues appear consistently.Has anyone else run into this ? If so, did you find a reliable solution or tool to fix it ? Ideally, I’m looking for something that can help me batch-correct hundreds of runs without having to edit them one by one.Thanks in advance. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated !

Kora Cycling Challenge in Nepal

I conduct the Kora Cycling Challenge in Nepal since the past 15 years - this year, our challenge got 6200+ riders to ride in about 20 locations in Nepal and also about five locations worldwide - including Vancouver, Sydney, Laos, Scotland and three locations in the US. It is widely popular.Have formed a Club as well only called Kora Challenge - that lists the events on the Mother location - Kathmandu - loops of 50kms, 75kms, 100kms and 165km around the valley - with the last one having a 4000+m altitude gain. Every year, riders do about 300,000 kms in total - about 7.5 times around the earth - in one day.Wanted to work with Strava to make this into a Public Challenge - so that athletes could do their koras anywhere on the globe.This happens on the Third saturday of every July - next one on 18th July 2026. Want to know if this is in any way possible, or is the CLUB my only way to get people to join - btw, already over 1000 athletes in the club!Check out www.korachallenge.com or social m

Latest Map Change with all info shows

I thought I’d share about the latest map update.  While on a road ride that I had mapped out, if I’m looking at the map with all the info that is now on the screen at the bottom, it’s very hard to pan in or out without messing everything up.  I would rather have the whole screen showing the map like it was before.  Just allow me to either be looking at the Miles/Heartrate screen or the map, not both at the same time.
