 Hello! i have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial.Today when I checked my account was charged 1year subscription! 88.27$ Receipt number 347685 Can please get my refund? I rarely use Starva.

Hi there,I have started a running plan on Runna so use my watch for this, the information and data is mostly then syncing with Strava. However there seems to be 2 bits of data Strava doesn’t have.It’s not using the activity data to populate my best efforts or the performance predictions. But all other data points are syncing.Has anyone else had this issue? 

When viewing a map on a desktop, if there are many segments, scrolling down to check them causes the map and elevation profile to move out of view, making it difficult to track their positions and elevation. To improve usability, the map and elevation profile should remain sticky while scrolling through the segments, ensuring they stay visible for better reference.Currently, as a workaround, I have to zoom out to keep both the map and elevation profile in view while reviewing the segments.

While the basic workout details appear, the GPS map and full route data are often missing unless I manually export the GPX file from the Mibro Fit app and upload it to Strava myself.This is frustrating, as automatic sync should ideally include the complete workout information—especially the GPS map—for accurate performance analysis.Here are the main concerns: Automatically synced activities from Mibro Fit to Strava do not include the full GPS route or map. Manual import via GPX works fine, which means the data exists but is not transferred properly via the sync integration. I would prefer not to manually export and import every workout just to get the full data. I kindly ask your team to: Investigate the current sync integration with Mibro Fit. Tengo tiempo que al otorgar kudos algunos si se puede y otros no me dice la app que espere un momento y lo intento más tarde y todo igual incluso en ocasiones en todo el día no se puede dar kudos ya cerré seción y volví a entrar y nada  --English translation: For some time now, when I give kudos, some are possible and others are not. The app tells me to wait a moment and try again later, and everything is the same. Sometimes, even throughout the day, I can't give kudos. I've already logged out and logged back in, and nothing.

Bug report: On the mobile app, I (and others) cannot see the full text of my recent activities.  They are cutoff.  The “read more” option is missing.  It is strange.  If I view my wife’s recent activities from the same days, I see the “read more” link and it works.  If either of us try to view my recent activities, the “read more” option is missing.  The text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Note 1: The full text appears on the website (i.e., no problem with the web interface).Note 2: My older activities have the “read more” link (no bug).  It is only my recent activities in which the full text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Bizarre!

Dear Strava Team,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent change in your platform requiring users to subscribe to Runna in order to access training plans—something that was previously included as part of the Strava experience.As a paying Strava subscriber, I have valued the platform not just for activity tracking, but also for the useful features that supported my fitness goals—training plans being one of them. Moving this functionality behind an additional paywall feels like a step backward. It’s disheartening to now be asked to pay extra for a service that was once part of the core value of my Strava subscription.While I understand the business decision to partner with Runna and expand premium offerings, I believe core training plans should remain accessible to paying Strava members without requiring a separate subscription.Please reconsider this approach or at the very least provide a basic tier of training plans within the standard Strava subscription. I've created a new segment, and people who have passed nearby, not on the segment itself ( on activities prior than the creation of the segment) appear on the results table. Since they have not really crossed the segment I would like to remove their times from the table, or maybe remove the times prior of the creation of it. Is there any way?

Bonjour,ma femme est moi habitons ensemble avec nos enfants! Nous avons voulu prendre un abonnement familial! Mais il ne marche pas car il dit que ma femme n’est pas du même pays ! Ce qui est totalement faux . Le service après vente étant totalement nul , je demande à résilier mon abonnement car j’en ai vraiment marre! Ils ne font aucun effort pour parler Français. Tout le monde ne parle pas anglais. autre chose vu que l’abonnement ne fonctionne on a essayé de créer un autre compte pour ma femme ! On a créé le fichier archive ! Mais impossible de le transférer sur le nouveau compte !     

I was looking to buy a bib for the Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon and had posted on multiple groups. I then saw a post of a member stating they were selling two. I messaged them and sent them money via e-transfer for the bib, however they never sent me the bib and blocked me on whatsapp and on Strava. This account needs to be blocked off Strava as I am sure they are only there to scam people. Account name is: Ivy Smith. 

I’m looking for a solution to create reports on activity and calories burned. Can I also create such corporate challenges here?

Tengo un problema Cada vez que mi esposa sube una actividad se me sube a mí strava también y no se cómo quitar eso, el robot de strava me manda a unas app que ni mi esposa ni yo las hemos descargado. Necesitaría ayuda porfa Gracias 

I recently noticed a suspicious rider on a leaderboard of segment I did.I viewed the activity ans the whole ride was suspicious. I reported the ride. The user was set on private. I requested to follow him which was denied.After some time I noticed some other suspicious segment times of this user. So I decided to investigate further. I found six rides of him. All of those rides are impossible to do even in a car or with a motorbike. The average speed is quite high with just under 40kmh even on his long rides. His longest one I have found ist around 220km.  The high average speed is Not the most suspicious. His routes go on high traffic roads but he never has to stop or reduce his speed. IT seems as there are no traffic lights or cars for him. On some rides he was on technical back roads and even some gravel roads. Still the average speed remains high and He can Ride the sharpest corners with more than 40kph. He simply does not have to slow down. I reported all of the rides I have found

and just like that my activities no longer show anyone else riding with me or me riding with anyone eslse. What have I changed and how do I change it back?  Please/Thanks 

Hello,When I want to check the “Best Efforts” of the people I follow, everything is fine besides POWER data in CYCLING. No matter whom I check, including pro cyclists, it says “No PR - Yet! A PR will be recorded when they record a ride of 5 seconds or longer (with power data)”. I checked at least 15 profiles - nothing. And I am sure I have seen their power data on the bicycle before. Elevation, distance etc. is normally displayed, though.When I check my own power data on the bike in the “Best Efforts” section, I see it (5, secs, 30 secs, 1 min...) but it says “Only you can see your power data”. This is strange, and might be connected to the non-visible power data of the other people. I checked my privacy settings and nowhere have I excluded power data in the visibility.I wonder whether others encounter the same issue?Kind regards, Nik

Id love the capability to challenge my friends to the fastest segment time over a weekend. Is that in the pipeline to be created?  Right now group challenges are pretty limited.ThanksBeeJo

Over the past six months or so I’ve increasingly received follows from obviously fake accounts (always a sexy stock/AI photo for the profile and zero or maybe 1 activity over the history of the account). I’ve been blocking them as they come in, but it’s getting more frequent (received three yesterday). Strava, what are you doing about this activity and what do you recommend I do (beyond blocking) to stop it?

Max speed differs from values in Garmin Connect. I have 14.5 km/h in Strava and 16.0 km/h in Garmin. How can that be? Distance is the same and Elapsed Time is same. 

Hello!Had this issue for a while now. While everything works perfect when recording and uploading data with my watch.(Watch is getting old)But the issue start when i try to record activities on my phone(android) with the strava app instead of my watch.While im out running, values display like they are suppose to. For example, 45 min running time and distance 8km and Avg pace 5:30min/km and correct GPS map data.But the moment i save the activity, all data gets messed up.Running time change to 20 min. Distance remain at 8km and Avg Pace becomes 2:30/km and so on.Why is that happening?

In the training overview I can't see max speed. I have only 5 values. A friend sees 6 values and my speed. Ww both use Garmin watches. Any idea?  

The ‘Choose a Sport’-list in the Maps section doesn’t scroll at all, just some text flickers a bit when attempting. I am not able to choose Kayaking which renders the whole app unusable to me. The issue is the same on both my iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro 3rd gen, both running iOS 18.5. Are others experience this bug? 

On iOS, in the route builder if I turn on any of the heat maps the builder crashes. How to fix this?

Bonjour, j'ai un souci depuis la dernière mise à jour de Strava.  Quand je suis en vélo et que je débute une sortie avec un itinéraire défini. Ce dernier s'efface de la carte après que l'écran se soit éteint … Je suis obligé de faire retour sur l'accueil de Strava et de retourner dans "enregistrer" pour que l'itinéraire s'affiche de nouveau. C'est absolument pas pratique car je dois déverrouiller mon téléphone en roulant.  Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ? J'ai désinstallé l'application mais rien n'y fait.  D'avance merci !
