Saya benar-benar tidak berencana untuk melanjutkan langganan setelah uji coba gratis berakhir karena saya berlangganan hanya untuk mencoba aplikasi sambil jogging. Saya lupa membatalkan langganan sebelum uji coba gratis berakhir. Uang yang digunakan seharusnya menjadi uang saku saya untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari dan biaya makan jadi saya minta maaf jika saya akan membuat Anda merasa tidak nyaman; Saya harap Anda dapat memenuhi permintaan saya untuk pengembalian dana. Can I start Strava (Hit RECORD) at home and get the track me link to shareShare the link to people on the car ride to the Start lineand then at the Start of the race hit  PLAY/Start/Record arrow button and it will start my Run at the actual starting line or will it revert back to home location where I first hit Record?? I want to Start and share at home - get that out of the way and then just only have to hit the Play Button right at start of Race - 63rd JFK 50 11.22.2025

With every update, the photo gallery gets worse and worse when it comes to adding and browsing pictures from my activities. First there was the awful change in the app with the new gallery layout where you now have to swipe each photo manually, instead of having them all displayed top-to-bottom like before. On top of that, captions aren’t visible in the normal view anymore. You have to open a photo, read the caption, go back to the main screen, and repeat the whole process for every single picture. It makes no sense and just makes the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating.Now I’m seeing changes creeping into the photo gallery on the desktop version too. In the new layout, the caption is shown somewhere at the top and only with a limited number of characters, long text just gets cut off. And as if that wasn’t enough, all the photos in my older activities got scrambled and no longer show up in the order I originally uploaded them. I always document my trips with photos and

Dude, this app is bad enough with the stupid participation trophy of getting "Kudos" every time I take a walk or go on a bike ride. But now every time I finish a ride I have to watch this ridiculous full screen animation that fills the screen and gives me motion sickness to "congratulate" me? I did not sign up for Strava to have some robot give me a participation trophy every single time I go out for a walk or a bike ride. TURN IT OFF ALREADY! GIVE US THE OPTION TO DISABLE THIS NONSENSE! I don't even want to click the notification icon to clear out the stupid "Kudos" every time I ride.  And stop calling them KUDOS for crying out loud. Is it 1982 where every thing is RADICAL DUDE! Strava needs to get over themselves. Most of your users aren't 12 years old. 

I would like to see my MAP (only the map) in full screen so I can take a screenshot or clip of my workout.  Is this possible in Strava?

Hi,15 minutes ago I wanted to try out a 1 month free trial I got offered both via mail and in the app itself to try out the member function. I thought why not? Clicked through and was shocked when I saw that I got billed 75 euros for a 1 year subscription. There is nothing anymore in the app or in my iTunes account about a free trial. Canceled it immediately but now it says that the subscription runs until 14.11.2026. what is this scam? I want a full refund - not interested anymore in this membership.

For my run club, I create events every week. Let’s say they usually start at Sally’s Donuts at 1234 Main Street. With the update, Sally’s Donuts is no longer affiliated with that address so I have to just put in the address every time. And it shows the address as the location. That’s not gonna fly! Bring back Sally’s Donuts! The old app version knew where Sally’s was, so all I had to type was Sally’s Don… and it would populate. Not all businesses are gone. Many are still there. Please get them all though!

after a training the Strava app allows different things to be hidden to the public. Like heart rate. Is there a specific reason why it is not possible to hide cadence? In some cases I would like to be able to hide it. My request would be to also make it an additional field that can be hidden.

My Activity Feed on the Dashboard is missing on the desktop. It's there on the mobile app but not on the desktop.

Hi Strava Team, I’d like to raise an issue regarding my recent activity sync. I just completed 42.30 km — my first-ever marathon, and I intentionally went over the distance to make sure I covered it completely. However, when the data synced to Strava, it came up short, which is really disappointing after all the effort I put in. Please look into this and fix or adjust the synced distance to reflect the actual 42.30 km. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible, as this run is very important to me. Your immediate response to this issue is greatly appreciated Thank you,

For months, people have been noting that routes disappear while in use, and saved routes do not show up in the app. What is the delay correcting these simple issues?

Hello, I've just found out I didn't cancel my subscription and apparently it was written off less then two weeks ago and I just noticed yesterday.. can I please cancel and refund the subscription since I wont need it coming time and its a big chunk out of the budget? 

Hi, a couple of my runs are not showing in my club stats but are showing in my overall weekly stats for last week. I know which ones that aren’t showing and my settings on them are no different to before (as far as I can see) Visibility is not hidden from clubs. Any idea how I get it to sync back up? I have logged out of both app and website versions  

For a few weeks Strava is showing my milage for the year as an incredibly high number. I have also lost past data on the graph Any help on how to set this back to the correct numbers will be grateful recieved.Thankyou  

This week (Nov 3rd - Nov 9th 2025) I had three activities of running. First on Nov 4th, 2025 12.12km and 1.01km and the third one is on Nov 7th, 2025 13.13km. In my profile activities appear the total mileage is 26.26km, but in my club’s leaderboard it only appears my 1.01km of running. Could anyone help me to overcome this problem? I’m afraid that next week will happen again like that. Thank you
