Hola, a alguien más le pasa que la distancia con la aplicación nativa no coincide con Strava. En mi caso el Samsung wacht7 me dice que he corrido 6 km y en Strava me sale 5.80 km. Algún detalle en la aplicación o algo que sepan

Why dont we ever hear back on suggestions we’ve taken the effort to register? All we see it a small amount of upvotes, and never hear back again. The reason for the small amount of votes is because of the effort it requires to register on the community hub. If this was an easier process for the average Strava User (voting) we would see a surge in upvotes! Come on Strava, you can do better? 

Welche Vollhirnis sind auf die Idee gekommen, dass bei der letzten Slide des Sportjahres, nur jener teilbare Überblick anpassbar (nur Laufen, nur Radfahren, etc) der dieses hässliche Design orange mit schwarzem hintergrund hat. Wie viele instagram storys nicht gemacht wurden, nur weil bei der transparenten Übersicht alle kilometer (egal ob mit Rad, zu Fuß oder schwimmend absolviert) zusammengerechnet sind. Unfortunately, the request has not been approved yet, even though user growth is ongoing and we’re close to hitting the current cap.I’m curious to hear from others: Has anyone here successfully gotten their athlete limit increased beyond 1,000? How long did the approval process take in your case? Were there any specific metrics, usage patterns, or implementation details (e.g. webhooks, deauthorization flow, caching strategy) that helped with approval? I made a new segment but I am the only person showing up on the leaderboard. when this first happened I tried deleting it and make it again, that didn’t help. after waiting for a few hours nothing changed except people who have ridden that segment today showed up. Why aren’t the rides by people in the past showing up and how do i fix it?

Criei um segmento de 1,440 km na segunda feira, dia 08 de dezembro e está até agora atualizando os resultados. Os segmentos que eu criava demorava uma hora para atualizar todos os resultados. Por que está com toda essa lentidão para atualizar os resultados de um segmento?

I have a Strava Premium subscription, but I still can’t see my Year in Sport.What is causing this?

I’m getting notifications and emails about my year in sport, but every time I try and click on the link to access it, I get a message saying “link not valid”. It’s not showing as available on the web either. Any tips?

Hihas anyone had this issue?my account has reverted to ‘free’ midway through a years subscription without any input from me. I contacted Strava support who suggested I had a duplicate account which is not the case. I cannot prove that my account is paid for other than a screenshot of my subscription on my phone. I don’t have my original email as this was deleted. This is extremely frustrating!

I’m getting a little frustrated that my subscription issue isn’t resolved yet. I was told that the problem was determined by your customer service team and I gave authorization for the resolution last Thursday but nothing has occurred since then. Ive noticed when my Android phone gets to be about 2 years old or almost paid off Strava will stop tracking my rides and I have to restart the ride.  I notice that it happens when I take a photo it seems to stop my strava.  I usually have to hit stop and resume ride to make sure im connected. The weird thing is its happened to me and my wife with all of our phones that we have had since using Strava   We have Verizon and reception is good.  As soon as we get new phones Strava works perfect.  Any thoughts on why this happens other than a possible scam by cell phone.  

I participated in the Valencia Marathon. Somehow, a commercial challenge from Nike got added to my Strava account. I don't want this commercial junk. I don't see any way to remove this challenge. Does anyone know how I can remove it?
