August 24, 2025 at 10 in te evening, 1,500php was automatically deducted to my Gcash. I noticed it on the morning of Aug 25 and cancelled it immediately. When will I get a refund? 

I don’t know what Strava is attempting to achieve with their maps/routes feature, but currently its horrible and I find it very difficult to follow routes via the app.  Strava has INTENTIONALLY made an app that doesn’t talk to my watch- and wants us to run our apps and watches independently.  When I’m at run club at NIGHT and I’m DOWNTOWN trying to follow a route I did not personally create the last thing I want to do is keep taking my phone out. I also don’t want to memorize a random route.  I WANT my watch to mirror the route to me- I WANT my watch to give me map cues like my google maps do that gives me a small vibration and tells me a turn is coming up.  WHY does my Strava app and my apple watch not run at the same time? WHY would I want to track a run on my watch and my app separately? It is UNSAFE for Strava to allow people to create routes and then make those routes so challenging to follow.  Why is this unsafe? Because taking the wrong turn at night during run club could easily

BUG?I have an annual running distance goal of 1000km. I am a paid subscriber. If I look at my progress, Strava reports that I have done 729.3km on a little widget on the left hand side of the dashboard (via the browser on a laptop)If I total the running kilometers by looking at the Training Log (runs only) then adding each of them up in 2025 totals just 664.7km. A difference of 65km! One possible cause is when my watch sync’s with Strava it adds as a run and I have to later change to a walk - It would seem if this is the case the ‘goals’ should automatically re-calculate. Please fix this bug as now I don’t trust the ‘Goal’ anymore. Thanks,Martin

I did a ride a ride at 8.12 this morning and returned home at 12.30, the ride loaded to Garmin app okay but hasn’t uploaded to Strava.I know there’s been issues overnight and a fix was put in place however the issue seems to have remained.is anyone else still experiencing issues loading up to Strava?

I have just written a blog and had to manually download the pics and data to put in  the blog. Is there a tool that can extract a blob of data including pictures data etc ? Hello, I’ve reached out to the Strava support team multiple times and submitted several tickets regarding a refund request. Unfortunately, it’s been quite a few days, and I haven’t received any response apart from an automatic bot reply. I’ve also checked my junk folder regularly, but still no updates. I’m really hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue. Your help would be much appreciated. Can someone escalate this one quickly?

Hi, yesterday as usually i went runnig, and opened my strava app. I saw that i am logget out, so i logged in with my email, but my account was empty, no activity history, nothing. Looks like someone came to my account and changed email or something. I found that I cannot share my own ride maps in facebook but I can share others. It is strange.For myself:  For Others:Share others rides It looks the action is incorrect.

Surely there has to be a way for Strava to be able to correct the distance of a run/ride.Parkruns are always 5km, yet my bl00dy Garmin watch always records it as 4.9xkm. Surely the AI’s can recognise this and adjust the distance?Similarly did a ride with my SO, she recorded on her phone and got 18.x km, my bl00dy Garmin watch gave me 16.x. The km markers indicate is was 20km.Time to sort this out.

I am trying to delete cycling routes and it won’t work on either desktop or mobile, there just isn’t the option to ‘delete’. I have Edit or Embed on desktop and Edit a Copy or Driving Directions (random) on the mobile. It sounds like some people have expereinced this before but I can’t find a solution.

Is there anything wrong with route suggestions?I'm living a normal area with many options, yet for 10-11km I only get suggestions of 6-7km.This is ridiculous.Suggestions were much better in the past, but somehow your algorithm changed.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this item from appearing in my feed please. I have the feed set as latest activity and I am not a member of this particular club, see the "join club" button. The post is about hiking which I don't generally  track in Strava, it's cycling or walking (not mountains) so I don't see why I get this item in my feed. Just seems ridiculously infuriating and in the way. What settings do I need to change to remove this item, I have looked for a "mute" option but there doesnt seem to be anything. Any help is appreciated. 

As the person maintaining the library of Strava segments for Zwift, I’ve noticed Strava hasn't been matching certain activities to certain segments.It seems to apply to segments that include multiple loops of a circuit, or repeated sections of road. The following segments are affected by this bug (there may be others):Deca Dash Queen's Highway After Party LaGuardia After Party Bon Voyage Sacre Bleu Hilltop HustleWhat makes this an especially odd bug is that it doesn't seem to apply to older segments. But newer ones - at least those created after April 2024, although I don't have a precise date - are affected.  Here are some older segments which clearly include multiple loops, yet they are still being matched to activities just fine:Volcano Circuit, 10 Laps Libby Hill After PartyThere are other older segments I could list, these are just two examples. Wasted 10 minutes completing the survey. Tried to enter my name and email address at the end, the fields only allow the letter e and numbers. Folks are complaining about this on reddit too.Everyone makes mistakes, but come on! Someone really should have tested this. Strava should be embarrassed.

I was logged out of my account, logged back into it using what I thought was the same email, but I was logged into a blank account. Anyone have any idea how to get access to my account again?

Has it seriously been years?I see that filters were requested for the desktop version of Strava that are available through the app. Are search filters being considered for the desktop version? Is that a feature that’s out of the realm of possibility?

I think it was because I commented my phone number on a post :( I need help appealing to get it back please!!  From reading the "Understanding Account Enforcement" support page, I see that a permanent suspension is reserved only "more serious offenses". Sharing my own phone number is not a serious offense, therefore a warning would have been the correct response based on Strava's own policy updated July 31, 2025 I have paid for the subscription for years, this is really crummy. If there's anyone in here that can do something I’d appreciate it so much!! Is there a phone number we can call for a real person? 

Refer to ticket above opened on the 8th AugI receive a Strava code from a sporting organization. Strava debited my credit card and I followed the procedure sent out for a refund and as indicated in the ticket the refund should take 3 to 4 working days to process. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and after 3 emails to the support team there has been no contact. 

In June and July this year Strava debit my creditcard, so double payment.8th of August i asked to refund one of them.Asked several times for a response but still no reaction or update.ticket #3472983.Can someone maybe help me or give me an advice to get my money back? I like Strava very much but the follow up on this issue is not nice.thanks in advance ,Leo 

I have tried to contact support twice during the last months by creating a support issue from the Strava app of my iPhone. I am trying to change my old email address that is registered for Strava that has been deleted for many years. I don´t have the password to change the email to my new address. I expected a reply to my new address but I feel my support issues are simply ignored. Pretty surprised since I´m paying 99nok for the app every month.
