I love the Strava personal heat map - it’s a big reason i’m a subscriber. I love maps and it’s extra motivation for me. Since the AWS issue 2 days ago though, some runs that had previously shown on my heat map are no longer showing. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern - I’m missing a run from July and some from other months. I’d love this to be fixed because I had been trying to run on every road in my area, but now my map isn’t accurate so I’m disappointed. 

I have a Fitbit versa 4. Workouts show up there but not on Strava. I have to manually enter walks and runs. Before I had to refresh in Fitbit for it to show up in Strava now it’s nothing. Have reinstalled both apps, and logged out. Strava’s help was not helpful 

Just saying…  The Padel sport has gained around 18 million players, and its growth shows no signs of slowing down.Today, there are approximately 30 million padel players worldwide...and it is still not on Strava. Come on guys!

Hi everyone,I’m reaching out because someone has been harassing me on Strava by flagging several of my activities without any valid reason. It looks like a mass attack, since some of my friends were also flagged at the exact same time.All our activities are 100% legitimate, and this seems to have been done just to harm our profiles. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to contact Strava support directly.Can anyone please tell me how I can get in touch with Strava or report this situation properly? Hi there,when tracking my rides with Apple Watch, the data recorded is a plausible and consistent match with other resources, e.g. komoot pre ride track planning.Importing the recorded track however, has a strange impact especially on altitude information. A track with 300 meters of altitude difference (Apple, komoot, paper map) e.g. easily gets imported as 600+ meters in Strava. This gives a wrong information for the training status and kind of nags on my credibility with those who joined me for the ride 😉 😉Why doesn‘t Strava simply take the well recorded data from Apple, but applies some additional magic during import, that actually goes so significantly wrong?thanks a lot!Thomas

I am contacting you because when I tried to save my today’s activity the app failed to save it ( sometimes it happens if the internet is not available exactly at the time so I thought it will be registered but it never did ) so I logged out and in again and was surprised to see all my data has disappeared and it is as if I am starting all over again with no pictures or previous activities.Would you be kind to help me retrieve my data please as last few months hard work is now gone and I can not see my profile. Yours

The app crashes when I try to record a new activity or want to open a previous activity!Uninstalling the app didn't help

My activity on strava, also shown on Garmin, companion app, wahoo app, Zwift but not on strava. Have logged in and out, disconnected and connected again, turned phone off and on but no activity on strava. What can I do?

Why does Strava not have the feature to share directly to TikTok? 

I completed the Castelli “Never Stop Riding” challenge and when I went to redeem my promo code, it asked for name & email but then redirected me to their website rather than presenting a promo code.. I uploaded this on reddit and it seems like a lot of other athletes have the same experience/problem… I dont know who to reach out to for help or visibility on the issue… I’m sure I’m not the only one with the problem. 

I would like for my profile to only show my city and/or province, but not my country. Multiple friends have it this way, but I can not manage to show it this way. Is there any way to do it?

Tidak ada penawaran atau pun notifikasi yang di berikan pihak strava untuk melanjutkan berlangganan atau menghetikannya, namun tiba tiba saldo saya langsung berkurang yakni sebesar 609.000. Saya disini memohon dengan sangat untuk pengembalian dana ini, uang tersebut seharusnya saya gunakan untuk keperluan yang lainnya.

I retired from the company and was using that email address for years. Since it is no longer valid, when I try to log in it states it send a code to the work email, which I cannot access. How do i stop a company auto tagging their brand on my "How did it go section"?

For example, in my training today, it says the temperature was 23ºC. This temperature doesn't make any sense! The information should be the average temperature during the activity, or the maximum and minimum. I ran with a final sensation of 29ºC, but Strava says it felt like 23ºC. How can I solved it?

Good afternoon, I'm afraid I accidentally subscribed to the Strava app. When I opened the app, I accidentally clicked on the subscription because I thought it was a free trial because I wanted to try and explore your app's features. However, today (October 15, 2025) I received a text notification message from my account saying that I had made a transaction, when in fact it was not, it was an accident due to my own misunderstanding. I investigated my problem and found I was not alone. Today, I canceled my subscription and tried to submit a refund ticket. I searched the internet and social media for information about the procedure. So, I decided to contact you and try to consider my refund request because the money is the remaining money for my living expenses until the end of this October and I really need it back. the latest lawsuit from Strava against Garmin is just another example of why I’m so glad I cancelled my Strava subscription 2 years ago. I don’t miss it and this latest lawsuit is why I continue to tell my friends who still have a subscription that they should cancel.

There is a user who has joined nearly every Strava Club. with very few exceptions everyone of his rides is recorded on a supposed Turbo Trainer, with no supporting evidence that he has completed the activity claimed. no link to Zwift or similar. He claims rides and distances that are simply not credible. recently he recorded two rides in one morning, for which there were simply insufficient hours to manage it. I have raised with Strava admin. who simply ignore the problem, other than to suggest his rides be flagged.  Any suggestions as to how to deal with such a cheat?
