For the last couple of weeks, while on a ride, upon finishing a segment the results of that segment will remain on screen long after the segment ends. They remain even if additional segments are attempted.i will take a picture next time this happens but its annoying.

I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my account. I signed up for a free trial on July 10, 2025, but I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription.The recent charge of $52.35 was an automatic renewal that I was not aware of. While my account shows the transaction date as August 9, 2025, the money was actually deducted from my bank account on August 27, 2025.As I have not been using the paid features since the trial ended, I would like to request a full refund for this transaction.Thank you for your assistance.

I seem to be getting a lot of new followers lately who don’t have any followers and don’t seem to be active on Strava. What is this about and is there any way for Strava to catch and limit this? Thanks!

So i have an issue, i recently got a new app to track my strength training workouts. Before i just used strava to log a workout. And then noted the weight on a piece of paper.This new app automatically exports all of the data to apple health, and it works great. The problem i have now is that strava dosent let me import it.Strava works just fine to import something like a run from apple watch, but when importing the strength training from this app it dosent even show up in the list, of available imports in Strava.  Is there anyway to make this work, without going through a third party app like Rungap, which also sees the strength training exercise.

When looking at my profile and the “My Stats” section it is only showing I have done total of 45 runs 0miles and this year 15 runs 0 miles.This is completely incorrect I know I have done 353 runs, for 1,187.6 MilesHow is it that these stats are now showing as total Garbage. Anyone else notcied this. 

I’ve been noticing some inconsistencies with the transparent share feature on Strava, even when using GPS.I always record my runs using a Garmin watch, so all my activities have GPS data. But here’s what’s confusing:• Sometimes, the transparent share option shows my route with the shoe icon (looks really nice).• Other times, it only shows the route without the shoe icon, even though the run is recorded the same way.• All these activities have GPS data, and I don’t manually edit them. Why does this happen? Is it linked to the activity type, GPS details, or something else? How can I make sure the shoe icon option always appears when sharing transparently?

Hello, it's been almost a month and Strava support hasn't responded to my refund request. How long does this take to even get a simple reply from support? 

This is someone paying subscriber fees to advertise a hotel.  I can’t see this ending well for users if our streams become filled with Instagram-like influencers and “curated athletes” pushing product. Strava of course needs revenue streams, and I accept the sponsored challenges as that mechanism.  But this? Strava needs to come down hard on it. A subscriber who is a hotel

I went to record a run and Strava had logged me out and was making me fill in my name and birthday. When I had done that it gave me a new account. When I tried to log out and into my original account the email was now in use for the account I had just made without knowing. And I have no idea how to get it back. Please help

We all have the feed on the startpage. Only my feed wont stay on the date of publiced but it has a random order now. I see a rit from 5 days ago, 1 from yesterday, 1 from today and they all are ones if already seen. After like 10 uploaded rits from other i finally see 1 that was uploaded 5 minutes ago

Guys, this has never happened before. Yesterday, on August 26, I went for a run using my Huawei Watch Fit 3. The running data appeared in Huawei Health, but it didn’t sync to Strava, even though it had always worked fine before. Huawei Health is already linked to Strava Huawei Health is up to date Strava is up to date What could be the problem? 

Hi. Can someone explain this for me. On some messages I send I get double red ticks and number. Others I get nothing. Others I get 1 tick. What does no ticks or 1 tick mean please? The person has been online since since message was sent. Have they deleted my message before reading it somehow? Thanks

Hi everyone! help 🙏🏼 I have a problem. Yesterday I rode 225-230km on my bike but then at the end I got on the bus and after riding 5km I remembered that I hadn't turned off the recording. When I saved the recording, it said that I had to cut off the part I rode on the bus, I did so and after saving I had the first 74km of 225-230 left. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

I signed up for the September 50K for the Canadian cancer society. I can't figure out how to find it.

I have Just completed a 5.06k run and set a new PB of 22:48, I tracked this on my garmin forerunner on a 5k route I run regularly so I know it is the correct distance. I have stopped my strava on my phone and the activity is down as 5.75k with a 5k time of 19:30. I have tried editing the 5k time but it will not save, usually I would just delete the activity in the gps is wrong but it is a 64 second PB so would just like to know if anybody knows a way I can make it right before deleting it?Kind regards.

August 24, 2025 at 10 in te evening, 1,500php was automatically deducted to my Gcash. I noticed it on the morning of Aug 25 and cancelled it immediately. When will I get a refund? 

I don’t know what Strava is attempting to achieve with their maps/routes feature, but currently its horrible and I find it very difficult to follow routes via the app.  Strava has INTENTIONALLY made an app that doesn’t talk to my watch- and wants us to run our apps and watches independently.  When I’m at run club at NIGHT and I’m DOWNTOWN trying to follow a route I did not personally create the last thing I want to do is keep taking my phone out. I also don’t want to memorize a random route.  I WANT my watch to mirror the route to me- I WANT my watch to give me map cues like my google maps do that gives me a small vibration and tells me a turn is coming up.  WHY does my Strava app and my apple watch not run at the same time? WHY would I want to track a run on my watch and my app separately? It is UNSAFE for Strava to allow people to create routes and then make those routes so challenging to follow.  Why is this unsafe? BUG?I have an annual running distance goal of 1000km. I am a paid subscriber. If I look at my progress, Strava reports that I have done 729.3km on a little widget on the left hand side of the dashboard (via the browser on a laptop)If I total the running kilometers by looking at the Training Log (runs only) then adding each of them up in 2025 totals just 664.7km. A difference of 65km! One possible cause is when my watch sync’s with Strava it adds as a run and I have to later change to a walk - It would seem if this is the case the ‘goals’ should automatically re-calculate. Please fix this bug as now I don’t trust the ‘Goal’ anymore. Thanks,Martin

I did a ride a ride at 8.12 this morning and returned home at 12.30, the ride loaded to Garmin app okay but hasn’t uploaded to Strava.I know there’s been issues overnight and a fix was put in place however the issue seems to have remained.is anyone else still experiencing issues loading up to Strava?

I have just written a blog and had to manually download the pics and data to put in  the blog. Is there a tool that can extract a blob of data including pictures data etc ?
